Very small place with allot of stuff. They had what I needed, and it was a bit obscure.

Repaired the screen on my laptop. Very friendly and affordable.

I have bought several upgrade items for my home PC from Byte Tech over the last few years. They have good prices on a semi-limited inventory - but they usually do carry the good stuff that you would want. I bought my motherboard, CPU, RAM and video card there - over a period of time, not all at once, and my machine smokes! (not literally). They know their stuff and will assist you if you are not sure if something will work or not or if there is a better alternative. Overall friendly people.

I completely believe it was a language barrier and the fact that I was in line for a drink at a convenience store that messed up MY understanding of the specs the guy on the phone was giving me. So, take that for what you will. Once he got it looked up and we understood each other, he quoted me a price that was pretty competitive. I'd say, give the place a chance.
