Definitely a hole in the wall, but they have a little bit of everything for last minute needs. However, the quality of service definitely has room for improvement. I overpaid for a very cheap power supply that didn't supply enough voltage along the 5v rail while under load. The store manager did a quick voltage test of the PSU not hooked up to anything and demanded a r20% restocking fee since his little test showed it working. The manager argued with me for some time, insisting I upgrade to more wattage. The PSU was already 600 watts but I wasn't consuming more than 350w and he knew that. Moral of the story is, don't expect any kind of service or support from these guys. They just want your money.

I was recommended to this place for my laptop to get a new keyboard. I took it in and told him I needed a new keyboard, and he charged me $60 just for "troubleshooting." But he told me that it would count towards the repair. I was also told the price of the keyboard was $40, he charged me $57. And an additional $15 for shipping. And still charged $79 to replace the keyboard. I am very glad I now have a new keyboard in working order, but the laptop worked just fine with an external keyboard and I felt that he was dishonest about charging so much. Especially for charging me for troubleshooting when I told him what was wrong. That's just ridiculous.

I would only visit the place and website if there was no other alternative. Even though the products are of decent quality, there seems to be a bit of a problem with language barrier and the website is too slow to navigate.
