We visited BW Automobiles several times in February to view the cars which we saw in their website. We were fortunate to be served by Edward whom we felt was very professional, helpful and not pushy at all. Eventhough we were not ready to purchase any car after several visits, Edward was not deterred. He kept checking if we have found our dream car and update us if there were any new arrivals. His regular updates brought us to the showroom again in March and we fell in love with a Mediterranean Blue BMW X2 which was in the showroom. On the 1st of April 2021, our family became the proud owner of that X2! Thank you Edward, for your patience, professionalism and assistance in making our dream into reality. Servicing only for first year, not based on mileage. So do not wait for the service mileage, otherwise you will be charged for the servicing .

Had a great experience purchasing my car from BW. Their cars are well groomed in the showroom. I was served by Ken and Derrick, they are very professional and honest in their recommendations. I prefer buying from established dealer with own workshop that can give u some assurance they know the conditions of the car and how best to maintain it. These is the 2nd time I purchased from BW. The last time was about 2.5 years back during a Car Expo. When I was thinking of changing my car recently, I approached BW straightaway. Their fleet of cars are well-taken care of and reasonably priced. Their services are prompt and their staff are friendly especially Tang whose service is tip-top!

I was initially apprehensive buying from a dealer but the professional-looking showroom and their professional attitude helped to address my concerns. Cliff was very responsive to all my questions. Knowing that it's my first Merc, he took the time to explain all the knooks and crannys about my new car. Understanding my nervousness about buying secondhand, he threw in a new battery although it wasn't needed, plus an STA report. Inn Ee also turned around the paperwork quickly so i was able to collect the car within the week. The handover felt like christmas came early when they thoughtfully "gift-wrapped" my car. Understandably secondhand cars will not come in perfect condition, I think they have done everything possible to spruce it up to an almost brand new state. Well done and keep it up!

Marco's service attitude is very good, and the price is very reasonable. It only takes three days from deposit to pick up the car.

Fast transaction. Saw car Saturday and drove home weds evening. Salesman willing to deliver car after hours. Served by Edward.

1. Good price compared to other PI and AD. however, you get the most basic configuration.

2. clean and neat workshop

1. Check paint work carefully when collecting your car. don't be distracted by sales guy; check for scuff marks on safety buckle, deep water marks on roof, chip marks on door handles and front boot etc.

2. have to buy their servicing package after 1 year so they will honour warranty.

3. beware of the 20k / 1year free servicing policy, which expires in 1 year. different from other major car dealership.

4. car servicing parts and oil does not comply to manufacturer's recommendations.

I contacted BW on FB and Edward replied within minutes to explain all the process. I went down the next day and immediately decided getting MB C180 on the spot. He patiently explained all the procedures from getting loan to transfer ownership and follow thru with all questions you have on whatapps. The whole process take around 1 week. Highly recommend.

He was able to provide me technical knowledge although i have already done my research on the cars that i would like to acquire. Wonderful place to buy a car. The staff are all very professional. The Sales person that served me, Marco was really impressive. His knowledge about the different cars, insurance, loans and vehicle registration was outstanding.

They have first class service, and have a dedicate and impressive service centre so you do not need to worry about warranty even when purchasing high end cars like BMW, Mercedes, etc.
