Willy T's Chicken Fingers Review

Nice atmosphere but the chicken tenders are bland I didnt even taste the salt and pepper. I'll try something else the next time..

Sports themed atmosphere. Tv's at every table and can choose your own channel from cartoons, to news, to sports. Chicken is great, all the food here is prepared quickly and served hot. If you love southern sweet tea then this is the place for u.

Please. Please. Please. Fully cook the sweet potato fries. For the life of me I cant seem to get a fully cooked batch when I order them. I come there only a few times a month. Makes me sad inside every time.

My wife ate there last week and brought some buffalo ranch sauce tenders home, and they were delicious!!!

My wrap was good, a little pricey considering I paid around the same amount at Phil's BBQ for my plate and wasn't hungry again later.
I'll be back just won't get the combo next time

Always a great place to go, friendly staff and good management. If you have any problems, they are more than happy to address your concerns and meet your needs.

We ordered and then went to pick up our meal so we could eat at home. The service and food were excellent. Employees and pricing was awesome

This is the closest place to work, so I usually convince myself to eat here either well before lunch or right at the turn. The food is amaizng, the CSRs are attentive and friendly, and the cooks know their way around a kitchen. Superb local eatery!

Update: We came back and ordered take outs for my whole family and was very surprised about how you guys listens to your customers! I edited my 3 stars to 5 stars! We highly support local business owners here in Eufaula, AL.

Foods has been always great but everytime we ordered here I always noticed the burned styrofoam from the inside due to hot chicken tenders. Hope they will use foil to put under those food especially when they are serving newly cook chicken tenders/wings.

Always fast and filled with southern hospitality. Reasonably priced food that tastes great. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Great food and always fresh. Very clean environment and quick service. Kind of on the expensive side to be a more casual dining but has never stopped us from going. A family of 4 (2small kids) cost us about $35-$40 to eat. With the new $35 tailgate special though feeds us all for same as we normally spend and gives us leftovers as well. Its a great deal. Their ranch dressing is the best i've ever eaten. They have catered a many of events for me. Will go above and beyond to make customers happy. I am a local resident and we eat their at least 2-4 times a month.

Willy T's Eufaula. I don't know how else to rate this place. Really clean. Friendly staff. Amazing chicken fingers. The medium buffalo sauce was some of the best I've ever had.

Just like I remembered when we had one in Columbus. The food was fresh and hot, the service was excellent, ans the price points are affordable.

I've always loved Willy T's. It's one of those places you need to experience at least once. If you're not from Eufaula and are just passing through on your way to the beach and need a stop, this is a must. It is right off of Hwy 431 on the south side of town. It is a good, quick, sit-down meal of chicken fingers, wings, or burgers. You can't go wrong with any of that, fried or grilled. Check it out!

I love Willy T's burger plate. A great place for you and your family to eat. Good environment good service. Doing football season it's a great place to watch the game and enjoy your wings and burgers.

The food was awesone!
The atmosphere was loud and disruptive.
To many teens running in and out of restuarant. Teens very loud and playing around the establishment. to much going on to enjoy eating in the restuarant.
Next time we will order and take out.

OH MY GOSH!!! As many times as I've been to and through Eufaula... How did I miss this gem!!! You can get Chicken fingers at thousands of places in the south... But this was By far the best EVER!!! Will stop back in when I'm down that way!!

There chicken fingers are great, they do really well with their catering. Most of the time its pretty clean.Just not after a rush. I would recommend their chicken fingers for a catering event

Currently sitting in line at Willy t s. The classic pull forward command was given about 25 minutes ago in the drive-thru. I ordered a simple salad. My family owns a fast food restaurant and I understand the complexity of any drive through. However, at Willy t s, there is no sense of urgency, no apology to long-waiting customers.... help me help you.

On this day, I ate with two other people , we all placed an order at the same time. After seating, there orders arrived, rather fast, but mine was coming they said. I waited for at least 7 -10minutes for my order to arrive. The others were almost finished when it came. I was not happy, speeding threw my meal sucked. The food , was okay, not great. Just being honest

WAY pricier then expected for what you get! Two burger meals and drinks was over twenty bucks.

The food was great but the prices were ridiculous. It was nearly $20 for 2 people and we ate the snack size tender plate. I could understand if the chicken tenders were huge but 3 small, anorexic tenders? C'mon man!!!

I didn't realize one regular chicken strip would be cut into 3 pieces for a 3 piece snack. I've managed restaurants. This money saving tactic, secures bonuses for the management and owners. All the while, jipping the customer of fair price for fair serving.
People, really it check out.
The wrap was more brown lettuce than meat when dissected.

This review reflects my overall rating of this restaurant. Though my latest order was wrong, thankfully they have good enough customer service to fix it. However with only the drive-thru open, having to go through the line twice for one order allowed for me to become late to work. Learned my lesson, from now on when ordering from Willy T's I will check my bag before I leave. Expect this from McDonald's but not a locally owned restaurant.
