This was a nice place to take the kids for brunch. They loved the waffles. The food was nice, but the servers were a little inattentive. I had to retrieve our own cutlery after trying to get our server's attention. The bloody mary wasn't served with ice and after attempting to get her attention again, we just used the ice from our water. It wasn't busy at the time we were dining, so there isnt a real excuse to the lack of attention from our server. I'll go again, but will likely sit at the bar if the kids aren't with me

This was our first time at Another Broken Egg. I ordered the omlete with crab and the fancy grits. My husband ordered the chorizo egg dish. Everything was delicious. The coffee was hot and our waiter kept our cups full. The fancy grits were wonderful. I'm glad my husband and I shared this dish as it was a large bowl. Our waiter was very attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely be back.

Went for a late lunch on Saturday. Waited entirely too long for our food. It was good but not nearly worth the money. Mimosas were tasty but $9 for a small glass. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

How can you not like cheese and egg omelets. Staff good. Saying that, I always find the wait for a table unreasonable when vacant tables are in site...guess staffing is the issue. Food always good. Coffee a little bitter. Waiter said it wasnt coffee and chicory, but it sure tasted like chicory was added. Always a good visit.

Food was good, waitstaff was pleasant, wasn't too crowded. However, someone needs to remember that menus require being wiped off now n then. We used to wipe ours down with sanitizing solution after taking them back. They shouldn't have food all over them.

Great Food HORRIBLE service. I tried the one in Baton Rouge Originally & it was amazinggg! i had a great experience. I raved to my Finance about it & was anxious for him to try it, so we went to the one in Mandeville & I feel so embarrassed because his first experience was horrible. They ran out of biscuits, took an hour for our food to come out, people came way after us & got their food before us, waiters were in-experienced, just Horrible over-all. Im never the one to leave bad reviews but It had to be known! It sucks because their food is sooo good, but it was hard for me to get over the bad service. I won t be back to The Mandeville location EVER!

Service was just terrible. They can t seat people properly, as there is no designated hostess. We could not get refills on tea despite sitting there with empty glasses for 15 minutes. Worst customer service in Mandeville that I ve experienced.

Great restaurant! Food is fantastic and in good size portions for the price, which is very reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu, professional, and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was good, some places you go the noise is so loud you can't carry on a conservation. Will be returning frequently!

Amazing service from mostly young people, (High School age). Management does a great job hiring the right kind of people. Everything on the menu is fantastic. If I could pick a favorite, it would be the City Grits and Eggs Blackstone Benedict. It's all good tho! Love it.

Because the owner asked I am adding comments on why the 3 rating. A scrambled egg, bacon and potato bites is just not exciting nor did I expect it to be. It is what I ordered and was fine, but I can't give it rave reviews. The waitress was very pleasant and the food arrived quickly. Still, a 3, average.

The service was good. I like that it isn't as claustrophobic as the original location, although finding the place isn't intuitive once you're in the Chenier. The blackberry grits were a nice combination of sweet and savory, although I recommend adding butter to it. The lobster and brie cheese omelet was delicious! I recommend anyone who goes here to try it at least once! The reason I don't give this place five stars, is because sitting at the booth was unpleasant. They're on coasters, and it can be too easy to move the table as you try to move around. Tables are the safer choice.

25 min wait to be seated with open tables. No one even said hi or sorry for the wait or even greeted the customers. It took over 20 minutes just to get our drink orders taken once seated. Then a 15 min wait to get them. The coffee was so thick I added 4 creamers and water to it and it was still horrible. How do you mess up coffee? I sent it back and still got charged for it. Of course I didnt get silverware to even stir it with and had to get a spoon myself. I even had to get my own sugar. They were seriously short staffed the day after New Years. My server was rarely on the floor or even seen. I had to ask another server just to bring my daughter's drink that was forgotten. The table next to us who sat 5 min before us was already paying their tab before we got our food. The manager actually went looking for our food which had apparently been sitting there. We got to the restaurant at 10:40. We finally got our food as the LSU game was was doing the kickoff right past noon. Never even got a refill on drinks or asked till our meal was there...served by the manager with not as much as a smile and the place was already half empty. The toast was burnt, the white gravy was lumpy, and my eggs were cold but there was no way I was sending it back knowing how long I might have to wait....especially with a toddler. Not a good way to start off the New Year. Everyone was rushed which I understand but a little common courtesy and friendly attitude would have gone a long way...or at least silverware and hot food.

Great breakfast, but a little pricey. We had two omelets, one bacon, one coffee and one juice and it was $43 with tip. The omelets were really good and full of meat, cheese and veggies. The bacon was crisp and not greasy. It was delicious. I would definitely eat here again, but not often because of the cost.

Wait was long but they had many open tables. Most staff are very young and seem less than enthused to be there. Food was ok. Ordered beignets as starter that never arrived. I was given a coupon for free order for next time although its only good mon-thurs which seems stingy. May not return.

1st time there. Great service, thanks Courtney. Traditional breakfast deserves a different name. It was wonderful. Crawfish skillet - tasty, just spicy enough but not too much. Atmosphere pleasant, friendly, a must try.

As great as the food is, the service here is reprehensible. Every time I've gone in for breakfast, they've been understaffed - and the employees who are working seem to have no idea what's going on. Several times, there's been one waiter/waitress for the entire restaurant, no hostess, and nobody working the bar area. Like I said, the food is delicious (especially the "city grits"), but the service is mediocre at best.
