I was initially apprehensive buying from a dealer but the professional-looking showroom and their professional attitude helped to address my concerns. Cliff was very responsive to all my questions. Knowing that it's my first Merc, he took the time to explain all the knooks and crannys about my new car. Understanding my nervousness about buying secondhand, he threw in a new battery although it wasn't needed, plus an STA report. Inn Ee also turned around the paperwork quickly so i was able to collect the car within the week. The handover felt like christmas came early when they thoughtfully "gift-wrapped" my car. Understandably secondhand cars will not come in perfect condition, I think they have done everything possible to spruce it up to an almost brand new state. Well done and keep it up!
