Absolutely the best place to by a boat ,saved thousands $$$ Jeff was the salesman ,wife only changed colors 5 times, he was great , Melanie, Kristen , was great , no problem with registration Texas is the worse , in and out in 5 minutes , Troy and his guys in the shop were fantastic , owned boats my whole life ,the walk thru guy was very patient with my many questions , Troy even called to check up on me the next day ,,

Hands down an amazing place. We made an out of state sight unseen purchase with Buzz's due to the immense demand during the Covid-19 Pandemic. There were a few supply chain issues to get an outboard motor but Buzz's did everything to get us on the water ASAP. Driving from Minnesota I was incredibly pleased to be greeted with friendly staff, quick and easy purchase process, and a very thorough walk through of the boat. Once we were on the water back in Minnesota we experienced a few kinks in new boat ownership and Buzz's was there to help us with a warranty issue and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it right for us. I don't write many reviews but I couldn't not write one for Buzz's. If it was worth it for me to travel 18 hours round trip to get my boat it is absolutely worth your time to check them out. Thank you Buzz's, you guys are amazing.
We have purchased many boats from Buzz's and have always had a great experience, Recently Buzz's solved an issue with the manufacturer on one of our boats and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. In today's world it refreshing to see a family owned business go the extra mile to keep their customers in the happy boating mode. Thanks Ron & Mindy Bazata
Be careful or they will sell a boat right out from under you. Hurried us to get to Kearney to look at the boat we wanted. Then when we got there at 4:45, told us we only about 45 minutes before they closed. Would have payed full amount for the boat, but they wanted to see our trade-in. Laid down the deposit they asked for at 5:30pm (when they said they were closing) and was back the next morning at 8:00am with our boat in tow. Drove over 400 miles in two days, only to have them open at 8:30am and tell us they were sorry...that the boat was sold last night at 7pm. Used the excuse that they were a small business and that's why there were issues. They have been open for 64 years and apparently don't have procedures in place to handle this sort of transaction. Again be careful when doing business with this "team."
Fantastic experience with Paul and Buzz s Marine. Called to inquire about inventory and let me know they had a fresh trade that fit what I was looking for. He communicated extremely and kept me informed of the process and made sure that I was able to lock the boat down since I was from out of state. Paul was able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in on short notice. Upon arrival, the boat and service was even better than expected. I had a 12 pm appointment and had all paperwork and boat checkout done by 12:20. I couldn t ask for anything more.

Here's an idea... Change your Google sight to show that you close at noon on Saturday and not four p.m. as it states. I hate wasting my gas and time getting off the interstateI to come see your closed. IT pisses me off. Then your employee pulls in, slowly drives by, stares us down, and ignores us. real classy!

We are new to boat ownership. We just purchased a Four Winns H190 SS. From the first moment of seeing it on the website to Jeff calling us, it was probably the easiest, least stressful purchase ever made. You can tell that everyone that works at Buzz's truly cares about their customers and values them. The process to finance was very quick and smooth. When we picked up the boat, Jeff walked through everything in great detail and left nothing out. Because of Jeff's great detail, we launched the boat within an hour of purchasing it with perfect success which was very exciting considering it was our first time. The other surprising part of the experience is we were also given everything we would ever need to enjoy the entire boating experience. We will be Buzz Marine fans for life.

Paul provided excellent information to consider when thinking about purchasing a pontoon! Very knowledgable and was able to answer every question!

The employees at Buzz's were great. We were traveling across Nebraska heading to Lake Okoboji, Iowa from Colorado with three jet skis, a paddle board, a packed truck and the family. We had trouble with our trailer and tire and found out that it could have been a major catastrophe on the interstate if we didn't end up at Buzz's. The employees at Buzz's were friendly, kind, and so very helpful. They gave us great advice and service. We even got suverniors Thanks Troy and Kristi! You guys really helped calm a family's nerves.
