Do not buy any property, deeds, or whatever from this company. This is a scam through and through. My mom bought two homes at the buying summit in January of 2015 they were both purchased for way above market value (my mom did not know that they were above market value) and they were trashed. We never got renters in the homes however we did get buypd to finally give her SOME of her money back. It was just a fraction of what was paid into this scam. STAY AWAY

I bought a Note on a property using my Retirement funds through BuyPD. I got interest payments deposited into my account for 2 years, then they stopped in September 2016. I have been calling BuyPD, Accuplan, American Estate and Trust, Note Servicing, Insiders Cash and getting nowhere. I am worried about my Retirement account.

Some of my money is just cash which I am trying move to a more reliable company, but there again I am getting the run around. They keep saying that they have not received paperwork for the Transfer.
They are fast when it comes to taking your money, but will they ever let us take it out?
Watch out.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - Class action suit should be initiated.

These people are happy, happy to take your money, then you receive ZERO service.

I am so disappointed with BuyPD. The customer service is not only horrible, it's non-existent. I have been calling their office no less than five times a week for the past three weeks and I only get the same recording and eventually voicemail. I was assigned a "Property Specialist" at the Buying Summit and it seems he only specializes in not speaking to his clients directly and avoiding calls. AND, my expectations are quite simple. If you say you're going to do something, do it or at least keep the customer (me) advised of unexpected delays or changes in the schedule. How can we develop a long term, business relationship if I am the only side making contact with the other? I am hoping that this post gets someone's attention at this organization and changes are made to address these concerns. I have now started contacting Guarding Law, a business affiliate of BuyPD, in hopes that they are a better at the customer service thing. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

Stay away from this organization. I have now been burned on all fronts by this scam. I take responsibility for not doing a through background check on them. They have left me with nothing but problems and bad investments. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to right the wrongs. DO NOT believe a word they have to say.
(I would have given them 0 stars, if it had been possible.)

I too fell victim to their slick talk at the Summit. I bought two houses and two trust deeds. The supposed 5 year trust deeds only lasted 3 months and then they were paid back. The two houses in Missouri were dumps. One never got rented, yet they promised there would be a renter. The other was derelict and they lied about the amount of rent being paid. I am though, one of the lucky ones. I fought back. They bought the unrented house back off me in 2015 and then I had to fight harder to get them to buy back the second house, with the assistance of the BBB of Utah and Consumer Protection of Utah. We went to arbitration and I won. Don't give up! Fight.

Properties sold at way more than fair market value. Absolutely no customer support after they get your money.
