I am so disappointed with BuyPD. The customer service is not only horrible, it's non-existent. I have been calling their office no less than five times a week for the past three weeks and I only get the same recording and eventually voicemail. I was assigned a "Property Specialist" at the Buying Summit and it seems he only specializes in not speaking to his clients directly and avoiding calls. AND, my expectations are quite simple. If you say you're going to do something, do it or at least keep the customer (me) advised of unexpected delays or changes in the schedule. How can we develop a long term, business relationship if I am the only side making contact with the other? I am hoping that this post gets someone's attention at this organization and changes are made to address these concerns. I have now started contacting Guarding Law, a business affiliate of BuyPD, in hopes that they are a better at the customer service thing. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
