Very nice resort, stayed there for 4 days, 3 nights. The food was amazing, there was different choices of food everyday and all you can eat too! However breakfast could use more variety as it is the same everyday. The rooms were nice and cosy with plenty of rooms and space. We ordered the silver room. The facilities were great! We loved the pool and the entertainment shows every night. Prices are a bit expensive though but I guess it is a resort so they are high. But overall it is one of the best resorts I've been in, we are definitely coming back again.

Comfortable chalets, basic supply of kitchen equipment (if you cook a lot you might want to bring decent knives, non-stick pans, they do provide but not always amazing.) Good selection of restaurants including a pub food type, Italian, burger king, fish and chips, ice cream etc. You can download menus if you need for prices etc You're also only about 4 miles from Skegness town centre. Facilities include swimming/ flumes, a spa, kids funfair, beach. I didn't try everything so can't give any guarantees. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Parking wraps round the centre so you can park quite close for loading etc.

We went to watch the main show in the skyline bar not enough seats even 15mins after it opened then was asked to move as blocking a stair way when we were not doing so the staff were not welcoming at all

brilliant place for a family holiday so much for children and adults alike. Everywhere always clean and tidy the staff are always very pleasant. Entertainment is always good but the places can be a bit packed during High season, so always grab your seats early. The food on half board or full board is always really good.

Absolutely amazing, spent 3 days here in accomodation, the room was lovely and clean, the skyline pavillion was amazing, entertainement was all great, my 4 year old had an amazing time, the food was great ( premium dining) definitely will be returning next year. The only problem is the expense, you pay a lot for the holiday, but then spend a fortune while youre there too, so if you go id definitely limit the money you spend whilst there, we went all out went bowling and to the cinema etc but the biggest cost was the arcades, the grabbers are all rigged so you cannot win so i wouldnt even bother with those. Everything else was perfect

I thought it would be a hell hole but I couldn't have been further from the truth. Absolutely loads to do, all the staff I met, without exception, were lovely, even the massive doormen! We had a gold apartment and it was big, clean, airy and very well equipped and was cleaned daily. The food was good quality and not too pricey though beer is expensive. Skegness & Ingoldmells are minutes away and offer even more to do as both are completely dedicated to holiday makers with loads of attractions.

Me and my fiance stayed at Skegness Butlins resort for 4 nights and 5 days and it was absolutely amazing the entertainment was brilliant and for all the family not just Kids, the food we got was breakfast and dinner was lovely and the best part was it was an all you can eat buffet which was fantastic. The bed was super comfy and I could have stayed in there all day and would have if it wasn't for the fantastic entertainment they put on throughout the day and being just a few minutes walk from the beach meant we spent most of the day at the beach as well.

Overall good experience, water park is crowded and long queue for all slides. Most of the outside kids rides are covered in the day visit pass. Be careful while riding the striking cars with kids , it doesn't have proper seat belts, kids may bump on to the handle.

We stayed for 5 days during the Christmas Spectacular event. Accommodation - what you would expect from Butlins, if you look too hard it's a bit grubby. Carpets haven't seen a Hoover in a while but more than bearable. We had a fairground More

Great 70s night with lots of great name bands and tributes... the place was buzzing and everyone had an amazing time... the only downside is that in places it really could do with a lock of paint ... looked a bit tired in places

Me and my wife went here with our 3 year old and 8 month old. It was specific week designed for kids under 5 called just for tots. They both absolutely loved it. There is so many activities to do, loads of shows on and special guest appearances from cbeebies etc. We enjoyed it so much we are going again next year.

A great place to have fun with the kids, activities and shows aplenty!!only downsides are the accomodation (im in silver rooms) is slightly outdated and the walls are far too thin, every noise can be heard which is far from ideal!!other than that we're having a wonderful time.

Came to Butlins on a Sun deal. Had the most fabulous time. My son is two, we stayed in standard accommodation which was room only but had recently been refurbished so was lovely and clean, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with a bathroom with a shower only. TV in each room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the double room. Standard rooms are the closest to all the action, we were right across from the little stars fairground and soft play. We were less than 5 minutes from the pavilion and less than 10 minute walk from the pool. We stayed Halloween week and there were lots of activities on for children. All the staff were really happy and helpful. Will definitely return.

Wonderful well looked after resort. Every member of staff was polite and friendly. Lots of things to do, for all weather's and its all easily accessible. The food in every restaurant we tried was really yummy! Great choice and lovely cooked meals, service was a little slow for out of season but worth the wait. Worth noting that for the two restaurants Firehouse and Ludos they ask for a reservation, you cant just turn up. Accommodation was found nice and clean but as the week went on found that housekeeping went a little slack, we had to go ask them if we could borrow a hoover as the floor hadnt been hoovered in 3 days, with 5 of us there and one being a messy 3 year old it got very messy very quickly! They come and sorted it for us though. The pool was fantastic fun, plenty to do and kept really clean. The outdoor "rapids" were a bit pants as it was very shallow and you had to push yourself along anyway. The other slides were great fun and my boy gained so much water confidence that he told us off for trying to catch him when he come off the slides! Overall we had a great time and we will be visiting again. My little one really enjoyed himself.

Butlins, like. Let holiday vilages in the UK coast is well run and clean. The o my downside to Butlins is the "parents" who see it as a place to let their children run wild while they spend the day at the pub drinking.

This year was our fourth and I have to say I am disappointed. So far 3 of the things my children and I have tried to do have ended in disappointment. Things seem to be closing earlier than stated. Our meal out as a family at the firehouse was met with slight disappointment too quality and quantity not as good as last year. Some issues in our apartment too shower missing covers and seal so poor pressure an leaking everywhere positioning of furniture over only plug sockets in main bedroom made it difficult to use anything as did only have one useable socket in the kitchen. I loved this place until this year's visit and now I feel like we won't be coming back at least not next year. Maybe in the future I would consider trying again .

Lovely place, extremely busy when we were there. Nice rooms and lots to do. We will definately be back. Be aware that the Butlins of old where you paid then got the rest of the holiday free ish is a thing of the past. Still a brilliant place for the kids as well as decent entertainment for all.

In general it was great my rooms are very small, the beds uncomfortable and the name of the larger pool and justify but even if it is the largest are not necessarily better (personally I prefer those center park)

70s weekend was very good. Excellent live entertainment with comedy slot from Mick Miller. Brotherhood of Man, Slade and Mud were good, Bootleg Blondie and Bootleg Bee Gees were very good. The highlight for me were The Alter Eagles, they were phenomenal. Only disappointment was The Bay City Rollers, who in their slot, didn't do all their own songs. The Pub & Kitchen had more sophisticated environment and the cocktails were authentic with full alcohol content. Wow!! The Deck was excellent dining experience, fully recommend. Fantastic choice plus bespoke dishes cooked on demand. Every member of staff in all venues were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made it a very positive experience and they came across very genuine. The only criticism of my stay was the big puddle that blocked main pathway to my accommodation. With adverse weather before and during my stay and with no drainage, it was there all weekend. There was no attempt to sweep away. That is main reason giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Fully recommend this venue, will definitely visit again.

Great base for us the explore area. Evening entertainment was great too. Only slight problem for me was how far away the Gold accommodation is from skyline, as I have mobility problems. This ment I didn't stay out very long at night due to the long walk back..

Butlins is definitely formatted for a young family clientele. I found that for children (especially boys) of 13+ there was little scattered for them and the things that were available were all costly which in due respect to the cost of the break makes for an expensive visit there.
