The resort is great for kid's, plenty to do, they especially loved the pool & slides, couldn't get them out. They also loved the funfair. The only negatives were the queues for the acts, puddles everywhere (drainage not good) & the dining package, it was like a feeding frenzy most day's!! We asked for ground floor rooms near the facilities but were put upstairs, they did move us on request but we were then put at the back so a longer walk in the rain. Would definitely go back again but would be in the summer.

It doesn't matter how old you are you can still have a great time here. Plenty to do and the entertainment is for all ages. The food in the various eating areas is great. so give it a try and happy holidays.

Had a nice time. But felt it was aimed more for children 8 and under. We have 2 teenager's. Bought passes but most thing's that they would want to do you had to pay for. So that let it down for me. If you're buying passes for the entire family. Everything should come under that.

Great for a week away, recommend half board really makes you appreciate not having to wash up, and the food is good quality if a little samey. Entertainment for the week is good with lots of free shows during the day with optional extras which you can pay for, night time entertainment is good with plenty of seating for everyone although this year I thought he shows were lacking something, been going for 30 years and I think this year was the only time I have been a little let down by it. There's normally a celebrity or someone that relatively famous but this year there wasn't! The kids enjoyed it especially the meet and greet with the skyline gang. And with the funfair being free. There's always something for the kids to do. With the town a few minutes drive in one direction (or a short bus ride) it's close enough for a day trip and engolmelds the other direction with the market and fantasy Island there's something for everyone.

You only lay for your room everyting else is overpruced to use. The onsite resturants are to expensive ti use. Has onsite supermarket. My room upin arruval was durty and had soiling and urine stains in the carpet also wuth the smell of urine in the air. Car parking is a joke. Wont book here again.

Again an amazing family holiday. Can't fault the action packed days. If you want to do something from 1000 to 2200 then this is the place for you. One downside, there is so much to do there isn't enough time in the day.

Came for esf football tournament, it was very well organised. The pool at Butlins is excellent but opening times a little inconvenient. The beach is lovely but again the gates are closed roo early. The fair has a few free rides but children have to be 137cm to go on alone. Only a couple are free and you need to pay for others. Drinks and food are not cheap but food is nice. Good apartments are well laid out for 2 families to share. All in all we wood go again but not for a main holiday only a short break.

The land that covid forgot... the room was sealed when we got here saying it had been deep cleaned then sealed.. The floors are black ( after 10 minutes my grandsons feet were black) the kitchen, bathroom and living was gross. We complained and was told the cleaners cant enter due to the fact we might give them covid ( wrong way round i think) around the site the is no social distancing with either guests or staff and no mask enforcement if i make it through this HOLIDAY without catching covid it will be a wonder.

Amazing Xmas new year pantos. Staff red coats slightly bullish . Accommodation clean food was high quality . Biggest disappointment guest putting table displays out at 1am on morning leaving no where to sit for the show. When many other guest complained nothing staff could do touching property

Don't be put off by Hi di hi. I went for a music festival weekend out of season. No kids and all the rides were closed. The food was extremely good with a very wide choice, e.g English, carvery, Italian, Chinese, plus a wine list. The rooms were say Premier Inn standard. The staff very friendly and efficient. The staging of the music over 4 stages was well run, although obviously you couldn't watch everything. Saw some great acts, had to make tough choices.

Lots to do for kids but accommodation needs modernisation. It's apparently being updated this year and there will be no basic accommodation only silver and gold. Hope this doesn't mean price increases!

we have been visiting butlins every year for the last 8 years without any problems and have loved it every time apart from this year, i am disabled and had an altercation with one of their managers who threatened to make me leave the site and told me i shouldnt be allowed to go anywhere on my own because of my disablement, this really hurt me and left me distraught, i went to complain at customer services (witch where fantastic with me) but as i also suffer severe anxiety after seeing the manager again i had to cut my stay short i booked fri-fri but had to leave last night because of the feeling of unrest, my wife and two small children had to also cut short there stay, i hope this dosent happen to anyone else.

Visited here in May. It was raining alot, so it was annoying with the toddler rides being outside as opposed to Minehead where they are inside. Also the play area, they don't sell hot drinks or food like Minehead. We didn't go swimming so can't comment on that. Also could smell people smoking weed on site... i mean come on, its a kids holiday.

Good place for a holiday for kids lots for them to do all on site including a small fair loads to explore in the site and if you pay the food up front when you book it's an all you can eat breakfast and evening meal. Only let down is the beds not comfortable and small in width if your in a room for 2.

Great family friendly fun at affordable prices. Lovely resort with beautiful gardens, super shows, entertainment, activities and nice modern accommodation. Swimming pool has many different types of water activities. Outside rapids a family favourite. Pantomime worth a visit, Redcoats friendly.

Lovely shows, great range of included in price activities, food at 'the deck' very good, esp. Cook while you wait stands. Redcoats friendly and well set up for young families at tots week, lovely touches like baloons and sticker books. Issues, gold accomodation a bit worn, queues long at times for shows, to many amusement machines in unenclosed areas, a nightmare if you have toddlers. Roast section in restaurants not up to standard, frozen veg heated up.
