All ways have great fun here with the grandkids,Biggest down fall is lack of venue spaces for family especially in peak season when the caravans are fully booked also, queueing starts a good 2hrs before doors open,we do have to pay for the upstairs band as the two grandchildren have special needs but this still doesn't guarantee a seat with proper view of stage,The grounds are always clean and well maintained and the interaction between staff when walking around is always great and friendly....Please Please sort the evening entertainment.

Butlins, good music and lots of OK food, thankfully out of season and no kids - must be hell on earth in high season. I'm a grumpy old man with kids grown up. Must be paradise for families during summer!

Went for Tots Trip with a 3y and 17m. Great rides for the kids, swimming pool was fab and clean, entertainment put on was good, Red coats were really friendly, entertainers were great with kids between shows. Accommodation was clean, recently refurbished. We stayed in Fairground apt 131. Really nit picking but knife could do with sharpening and hob was difficult to operate as touch function as opposed to knobs. Not many places served lunch so be prepared to eat in the apts. Recommend eating at the Firehouse (like Nandos), avoid the pub opposite (beachcomber, or something like that) food was overcooked, lukewarm on arrival, some of order missing and the other group we were with didn't receive their order for about 20mins after us. Staff seemed more interested in singing the Disney soundtrack on the stereo rather than actually being attentive to customers. Never been to Butlin before but would definitely return for another Tots week

A great fun place for families of all ages. Lots of shows, entertainment and fun things to do. If you book accommodation packages lots of things are included in the price. My advice is to choose the dining packages as well as they're great value.

Butlins have made a massive change around. Before they used to charge you for everything, now they don't. Loads of things to do, great food selection, and amazing staff! Even the cleaners were great, they taught my son how to shape towels into many different animals. I will be going back here, and would recommend others to go aswell!

The modern Butlins is a far different place these days. We stayed in a Seaside apartment which was really clean and comfortable and a perfect base for access to the many entertainments on offer.

We took our 2yr old and my sister has a 3yr old. Both families loved it. The girls had plenty to do and the prices weren't as expensive on site as I expected. Things we loved: every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly whether they were part of the entertainment team or the guy cutting the grass, they were all good with kids. The fairground rides are fantastic because the kids are well strapped in and you can go on some of the bigger rides with them. Butlin's is clearly set up for families and they do it well.

Amazing place we are from the US and visited family in Skeg during Christmas. We went to Butlins on our last day there and the kids loved it!! Wonderful place to make amazing memories!

A great place for all the family to get away and enjoy plenty of activities. Loads to keep the kids amused, with entertainment, funfair, activities and arcades. Adults can relax at the bar or at one of the places to eat. We certainly will consider returning.

Butlins is a great place to stay with family. They have entertainment all day and activities to keep you busy e.g the swimming pool, which is my favorite bit especially the vortex and if swimming isn't your thing don't worry they have a fairground with a range of rides etc.

It is a very large complex which is very clean. The music has been great and varied with different venues to choose from. The complex itself has quite a lot of options for families, couples or individuals from the pool, gym, golf etc

So much to do for the kids. Much better value than Centre Parcs. Accommodation great, we wanted security chains putting on the front door to stop kids opening it, they were fitted within 10mins of me asking! Spa lovely too!

Butlin's Skegness is a great place to visit and stay overnight because of the free (mostly) fairground and excellent room quality and cleanliness, however the only set back for me though is the price of the food but there is a variety of pubs and restaurants in walking distance to butlin's so overall you can't really go wrong here :) hope that this helps

Nice day out. But was dissapointed about having to pay for private rides on the grounds when we had already paid for a days pass. Bar was also too exspensice. Would have given more stars if it wasn't for that!!
