1st time at Butlins and having great fun with the family. 1 of my kids have a milk allergy and they've been great, just have to let them know when we go into restaurant and they can't do enough for us!

A magical experience for everyone. Its like a British version of disneyland. We come here once or twice a year whether its for the day or for a week we cant get enough. The redcoats are great, the lifeguards are amazing and the other staff are so friendly. Love the jesters that walk round and the food is great. So much to do for the kids if you go daft and make the kids experience the fullest you need a holiday when you get home. I recommend butlins to anyone from familys to stag n hens for the adult weekends which are also great may I add

It's fine if you've got kids. However if you're a couple without kids then forget about the entertainment and any quiet places as they let kids in everywhere. There's no where you can have a quiet drink as they want to entertain you everywhere so forget quiet chats

Was a good resort and entertainment was unbeatable the staff were always on hand to offer assistance as I had car trouble while (typical luck for me) the only regret is not having meals included as it's quite expensive on the day and found ourselves eating in skegness, the children's play area and rides were great to let the little one run free and make new friends!! Keep it up guys you're doing it right!!

The amazing staff have gone out of their way to make the week amazing, especially for the kids. They honestly couldn't be more friendly and do every little thing to make the necessary restrictions as seemless as possible. We have felt incredibly well looked after all the way through. Well done to every single person there.

The chalet was OK if you are fit and well my wife is not, the toilet was to small she had to go inside ways with her walker, the bedroom to small had to take a bedside cabinet out so she could get her walker down the side of bed which meant I had to crawl over the bed to get in which being over 70 is no laughing matter don't think I'll be back unless like a lot of hotels in go to they have special chalets for the disabled otherwise totally satisfied.

I have been to both Bognor or Minehead Butlins and thought I would try Skegness for a change. I wish I hadn't bothered. The Gold accomadation was poorly cleaned and shabby looking. It was a long walk from the entertainment and food court. Gold Parking was not monitored so although it stated parking near accommodation this often was not possible because people staying in other accomadation parked there as it was nearer for them to walk from. The Premium Food however was worth the money, the food was excellent, the waiters were friendly and cleared tables quickly. The only issue was we booked the late dining only to be told they only have 1 sitting.

The staff at Butlins can never do enough for you. If there's a problem it gets sorted. The entertainment is second to none. We're here for the tots week and the entertainers are fantastic with the kids. Plenty of memories have been made this week!!

The only reason it got one star was I could not give NONE I came here for the adults 60s weekend Dec 17 and found it poor very poor Queuing to get in to see shows hours and hours before doors open only to get in and no were to even stand let alone sit Then if the smokers in ypur group came out for a smoke which there was no shelter of any kind u had to then 're join the que when friends were still inside The pavilion and bar area was freezing freezing cold that u were sat with coats hats gloves on It was full to bursting but found they did nothing to accommodate by something as little as turning heating on Was given the excuse that it was because the doors were constantly opening If this were the case Why was the public toilets that cold you could see your breath and lady's were stood under hand dryers to get warm Accommodation was warm and clean but the hole weekend was let down as soon as u left your accommodation and this I found a let down, as u paid and came to watch shows which were so uncomfortable u felt u wanted to pass out as the only one club that was open in the day and with the pavilion area so cold people crowded and que to get into this only club with artists on Feel if they Butlins that is has crammed so many people into this weekend then more should of been laid on and spread out the club's artists ECT so every single person there was not trying to get into the one warm place were something was on VERY VERY POOR

The kids love Butlins, staff excellent facilities great. A little annoying that they seem to always be short staffed and close rides one by one over lunch for staff breaks causing large queues on the others. Beach gate should be open later so that you can walk along the beach at night.

Absolutely fantastic place for kids. Unlike similar UK resorts, most activities are included in the booking price. We were staying in gold accommodation which is worth the extra in our opinion. The apartments are fairly spacious and comfortable. The included housekeeping even do any washing up that you leave, although a dishwasher is also included. If you've never been and you have kids, you've got to give it a go! Recommended.
