Would I rent a property through Bushby Property Group? No.
I called to express concerns re environmental pollution at a nearby property and the representative said I had responsibility to advise council. They said they would not advise the owner, even if I sent photos.
Would I as an owner wish to know about my property?
Abrogation of agent responsibility? Profit over owner protection? Hmmm.

Seamless and Professional
I sold my property within two weeks. I found Richard's process seamless, professional, and experienced which made my own experience in selling my property worry-free. I also got more than I expected for the house which is a plus.
Saw a lot of good comments about Kylee Gear and it is all about buying a house. Well sadly, she acted unprofessional, turned up late for a rental inspection, rude and arrogant attitudes as always. She didn't give you any chance to finish your sentence and would just assume what you meant. I advise any of you to take further consideration on choosing her as your agent, particularly rental agent.
Dodgy estate agents of the worst kind.
Avoid renting as their practices are unethical and immoral.
They frequently cut corners and are dishonest putting tenants health and safety at risk.
Bushby then cover up (literally..dangerous asbestos,mold, unsafe and dirty rental conditions),bully and threaten vulnerable tenants with eviction or by withholding bond money if the tenant attempts to exercise their rights.
Buying is the same deal, do not use their recommended building inspector and conveyancer they push at you with their pamphlets as they are all colluding for commission and you will not get an impartial and transparent inspection and negotiation in your favor.
Do you want to see for yourself ?have a look at the way their reps drive around town with road rage, tail gating, swearing and aggressive behaviors in their cars.
It beggars belief how these slippery people have avoided serious consequences for their illegal practices for so long.
I also notice how they conveniently respond to negative reviews by claiming to "have no record"
My advice..stay clear if its not too late, if it is..REPORT THEM!
Looking to relocate and needing a rental in Launceston, I found them a very friendly and helpful team that were a pleasure to deal with.
Have rented for nearly 4 years with Janice and Olivia as my property manager and assistant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have been so easy to deal with and nothing has ever been a problem. Very polite and helpful at all times.

Definitely wouldn't rent through these guys. Especially if you like your rental references to be any good because no matter what they will keep your bond and tarnish your name. They really shouldn't be dealing with rental properties.
I was very happy with my time as a tenant with Bushby's. Olivia was responsive and understanding to various events and situations.
