When we reached out to Harcourts, Hanna promptly responded to acknowledge our email request. Hanna also sent us several properties before finding the one we purchased. Being interstate Hanna so kindly provided us a virtual tour so we could view the property. She was very informative and easy to engage with. She was very accommodating when we had a couple of people view the property for us.
She also kept us well informed through the whole process. Thank you Hanna for helping us find our beautiful property.

I had about 6 agents through my place when I was getting ready to sell. Some offering over the top values on my property, and others were far lower than property expectation. Jeremy's assessment and valuation was pretty much spot on. He communicates well, is easy to approach, and presents well.

The incompetence of Harcourts Launceston has been often hard to fathom. Every communication we have had with them has been bungled up in some way. They don't even seem to communicate with each other. What about showing some respect for people genuinely looking for a home to live in? What about making your customers a priority, you know, those that give you business in the first place?

If I could give Neil 10 stars I would! I bought a property through him and really appreciated his commitment to providing an exceptional level of service. Even after the contract had gone unconditional , Neil continued to make himself available to take me through the property to measure up etc for building works I planned. Neil was genuinely interested in working for the vendor and also myself as the purchaser, rather than seeing it as a transaction purely for his own benefit. It was very obvious he is passionate about getting the very best outcomes for both vendor and purchaser and whilst I bought property on this occasion, I wouldn t hesitate to enlist him to sell my home in the future.
