Great Park, Just as cool as the one in Tampa. Very clean and lots of friendly staff at the restaurants and bars. I would recommend for couples, families and people just looking to blow off some steam in a fun way. The Tempesto was super fun and I rode in three times! I love Busch Gardens WIlliamsburg!

Drivers!!! For delivery here, get off on 243A from I64. Take US-60 and turn left. There will be truck signs indicating where to go. You will turn left at first light and continue on that road up to the guard shack. They will come out and tell you where to go. All one way once in the park, so easy to navigate.

I have loved Busch Gardens for 40 years. But the customer service has dropped in the last few years or so. And I don't appreciate the scary statues during the daytime in the fall. I don't stay for Halloscream which starts at 6pm. I wish they would at least put a tarp over the gosh awful statues until 6pm to maintain a family friendly park.

We've been going every year for the past 10 years! They are always adding new rides, and summers are full of new fun adult activities! Beer Fest this year was really tasty, and Finnegan's Flyer is worth the wait. Can't wait to go back next year!

So much fun to explore the different areas! I have been coming to Busch Gardens with my parents for over 15 years now and it is still one of my favorite amusement parks. A great time for people of all ages!

Amazing rides. Beautiful decor, neat shoppes, and the most delicious lunch meal ever at the park. Crowded at lunch, but the options ranged from Chinese to Italian and Greek. We found a great table under shade for our large family and ate together. We will DEFINITELY make this trip again!

We love Busch Gardens!!! Rides were down for about an hour on almost all the rides. It was a little hard waiting with a 4 year old. Luckily, Dragon Lands were working. I wish Busch Gardens would give you tops for fountain drinks. They slosh everywhere without lids especially in stroller. Overall, we had fun the staff are super nice. The staff helping you get strollers on the tram were great! The firework show was beautiful. A little tip watch them from the back of parking lot. I think we were in Italy/ Ireland. Less crowds and you can see it all.

Easy safe family fun! I keep being impressed by thits park. There is nothing like it. I've been 12 times now and will go back hundreds of times more. I know my family will be taken care of, safe, and have a blast. There are rides for all ages, great food, shows, family bathrooms, nursing stations, and beautiful scenery.

There are about 11 rides for adults which is greatly appreciated because you do get your money s worth. They also do free tickets for the military and their dependents which is outstanding. Great service and great park.

Just found out that the park plans to be closed for Christmas eve, but will ignorantly be open on Christmas day for the first time ever. I guess you don't much care about your staff. I bet your corporate offices will be closed. I promise you this, I won't be there and I will be campaigning to ensure the fewest people come on Christmas day.

This is absolutely the most beautiful Theme Park and rightfully awarded the title for over the last 20 years. I have been going here for 34+y years now. The staff is always amazing, food is great, and the atmosphere can't be beat. They have rides for the whole family, and the shows are all spectacular. Go and have a fun time.

Busch Gardens is a place I have been going my entire life. I love this place and go so often because it is the closest amusement park.

To start: Busch gardens is absolutely beautiful. Walking through nature separates this park from all others in the world. The way roller coasters travel through trees (loch ness) is beautiful. Over the past few years you can tell that the newer rides are not conforming to the beauty of nature, but the existing nature has largely not been affected. More trees and gardening around new rides should be a priority.

Rides: this park has everything. Intense roller coasters like alpengheist and tempesto. Thrilling less intense rides like le scoot, swings, and bumper cars. To an assortment of gentle rides suitable for small kids such as land of the dragons. If a 4D ride was added this would be a one stop park for every type of ride invented currently. Hope they keep natural beauty and ride themes in the future.

Food: the food is pretty good for being a theme park. Our favorite place to eat is in New France / Canada where the large BBQ restaurant is. This is the best food in the park, but can sometimes have a little bit of a line. Fest haus is a more fun place to eat that is completely inside and offers shows frequently through out the day.

Park employees: over the years the quality of service received has deteriorated significantly. It seems like employees are being over worked. Busch gardens should hire more staff to deal with the number of guests attending the park.

Parking: sucks! To expensive. Takes to long to get in. Why is there no taxi or drop off lane??

Enjoyed myself, had a chance to ride everything, without the line jumping pass. Longest wait was at the Griffon, which. to me, is the best ride out there right now. The animals were awesome as well. Food could've been better for the prices but overall great experience.

We visited this past weekend and the park was ok. I liked the setup where there was a different country in every area of the park but there weren t enough rides to me and there wasn t anything exciting going on like characters roaming around or vibrant colors to feel fun. Also, lots of empty space and hills to climb that were exhausting. While we were there, the food and wine festival was going on and we did enjoy that. Lots of food themed to the specified country in the park. The only negative about this event was that they offer you a pass for either 10 or 15 food and beverage items throughout the kiosks in the park but the alcoholic beverages were not included to choose from. I think at least 1 adult beverage should have been included. That was disappointing.

Very nice park. Our only concern.. the day we were there it was like 95 degrees in the shade. Some rides, roaming rapids, didn't open till 12. There is a very large roof/pavillion" when you enter roaming rapids, however, they had the entrance to pavillon chained off and all the riders waiting for the ride to open had to stand out in direct sun. Made no sense. They could have opened pavillion for people to stand under and kept it chained off before entering ride area.

Don't make us wait in line and then kick us off a ride when we're about to get in. My daughter missed height restriction by less than an inch.... Unacceptable. Change your height restrictions or at least make sure to let us know before we waste our time

Requested a refund initially in April when the park closed. Then again in May. The refund was approved on Sept 6 but still has not been processed.
I've spoken to 6 different people who can not help. We've been pass holders since 2006. Great way to treat loyal customers.

Had a really good time. Did wait longer than 15-20 min yo get on a ride or haunted house. Sometimes I just went straight to the ride no line. Over all really impressed. Have a variety of things for kids and adults. The shows that are performed were good as well.

While visiting Christmas Town, entering and parking was atrocious -- the moronic parking attendants pointed us to leave the park after waiting for an hour. We slipped into VIP instead. Once inside, the signage is awful and generally nonexistent. However, that aside, the park is incredibly charming with really fun rides. Recommend going when all rides are open and special events are not going on.

What s not to like? Been coming here since I was a little girl! Def recommend going on a slower park day and the meal vouchers always save us $$. There are 4 of us, meals are large so we get two meal vouchers and it s more than enough!

There are very few people including employees. One shop here or there open around the park.

Cool think is the "Face covering relaxation zone" go sit without your mask on and get a break from. Your mask.

The countries open are England, Ireland, France and small part of October fest.

Hand sanitizer is all over and employees do correct people not wearing masks or wearing them correctly. Tables are blocked off and so are benches to improve social distancing.

They are making an effort.

Too crowded to get from one show to the next. The sit down scooter we got wasn't working well which caused us to lose time trying to get it going. The concession stand at the Gloria show only had one lady working and they ran out of pretzels and kettle corn. The shows were excellent.

Incredibly fun and awesome roller coasters. The environment is so friendly but I didn t give it a full star because the haunted attractions weren t great. I guess NJ, PA, and DE just gave better haunted attractions.

Getting into the park and getting passes was a 1! Can't really blame them for how busy it was but they clearly were unprepared. Getting in and getting passes was a 2 hour fiasco. I wanted to just turn around but had to stick it out for the family. There was one bank of ticket windows At Guest Services that was not open even though people were waiting in excess of 30 minutes at the open window.

Did not get to ride many rides due to lines, even with a limited quicker access pass. What saved the visit is the size and themed country areas that makes it more fun than a typical park so that gets 2 points.

Never! Ever! go during Spring Break! Lesson learned.

The ONLY problem I have with this gorgeous place, is that there's no cubbie things for your belongings with the rides. You have to buy lockers, or have someone wait outside the ride and hold your things. Honestly though, the people are sweet, and the performances are AMAZING!

Bush gardens was cool......but all of that walking was agonizing, i really just wish the rides were a little closer together but other than that bush gardens was amazing, one thing for sure you will never starve in there it's like a food place around every corner, nice attractions and some of the ride's are just scary....but also fun, and yeah it was an awesome experience for me and my family.

Great day at the park. Very impressed with how short some of the lines for rides were. Rode the bigger coasters back to back to back with virtually no wait. Food prices are a bit steep and there are no real value offerings anywhere. In the future I would probably bring my own food and have a little picnic in the parking lot.
