The firm of Busald Funk Zevely ny far is the #1 lawfirm im the tri state i was incarcerated dje to someone else using my identity i was in jail for 10 days no one would help. One phone call to Mr Hart and within hours i mean hours my 2500 dollar bond was dropped to a or signature bond and within a week je had my case dismissed! I hired Will Zevely for a criminal case in June, 2016. I retained his services and made a down payment amount for $700. He showed up to court with me and extended the court date a month ahead so that we can figure out a game plan. Once the court date came, he expected the rest of the money from me, to which I told him I wouldn't be able to make a payment for a few weeks. He got irritated and requested to the judge that I find a new attorney because I wasn't able to pay him the rest sooner. He basically stole $700 from me without lifting a finger. He is a thief and is no better than the scum he represents. Not only that, but for most cases, he charges $2,500, and he doesn't do any work for you. Most of the time, he isn't willing to fight for you and wants you to make a plea. Do not hire him unless you want to throw money down the drain.

Mike McMain was my divorce attorney. During the most difficult time in my life after being married for 35 1/2 years, he was there by my side. Professional, compassionate, thorough and always had my back. I could not have gone through this without him. He won my trust in his knowledge and always kept me up to date on everything. He was detailed and precise and looked at all aspects before, during and after the divorce. I highly recommend him as an attorney for anyone who may have to go through this.

Attorney Jonathan Hart is amazing the moment he took my case he called the prosecuting attorney and called me immediately with a lower plea. Going to recommend him to everyone and continue to keep using him for any of my attorney needs

Called initially to find out if the firm could help me with an injury case. Jonathan Hart was not willing to take that case but said he could help with my other case. I explained in detail I was injured and would not be able to work for some time. We came up with an agreement and Jonathan took $500 to start the case. We also went into detail prior to him taking payment that I would want a jury trial. We discussed $2000 for a jury trial which he later increased to $3000. Mr. Hart was fully aware of my financial situation when he took me on as a client. The case repeatedly got continued. I paid $300 in December again explaining to Mr. Hart I was a single mother of 5 children. I just recently was able to go back to work. In January Mr. Hart emailed me stating he was filing a motion for dismissal. He had not worked on my case. I fully intended to pay, but again I explained Mr. Hart my financial situation. He wanted me to plea out. I am innocent and wasn t going to. Mr. Hart didn t file but I didn t know that. He wanted me to come in to his office, once on a day where it was extreme weather and I couldn t make it. I asked for a phone conference. He never called. The second time I didn t have a sitter. Again, I asked for a phone conference. Mr. Hart then emails me a week prior to trial stating he is motioning the court for dismissal.

I had every intent to pay but I explained in detail my financial situation. He should have never took the case knowing it was going to be difficult to pay on time. Especially when I verbally told him multiple times. I did pay in December. Mr. Hart shouldn t have took payment in December. Mr. Hart didn t want to have a phone conference because he wanted to bully me in his office as he had previously. He Doesn t care about your case, he wants to take your money and will tell you anything you want to hear, he will want you to plea out. Beware Dont Waste Your Money find another attorney who cares.

Zevely does not communicate with his clients he does not stand up for his clients. He didn t even show up to court Does not care whatsoever besides for the money. Basically paid 3500 for him to show up to court twice when it was supposed to be a retainer.

In April of 2018 I was involved in an accident in Kentucky while being there for a friend's dad's funeral. I live in the metro Atlanta area, and another friend and I had driven up to attend the funeral for a shared friend's dad. As we were coming up to the exit we needed to use, the driver of the truck in front of me hit his brakes, and I swerved to the right and missed hitting him by moving to the shoulder. As soon as I stopped completely, the car behind me also came off the road and rear ended me.

I ve never in my life had to deal with as unprofessional of an attorney as I have here.
I will never come back to this place for council ever again. My money would be better spent being lit on fire. At least the heat from the flames would allow me to see that my money is actually doing something rather than just going in the pockets of lazy attorneys.

I would never recommend this place due to the lack of communication and the lies that they told me. Ryan Beck told me he would file a motion for me for 2500. When the motion was ready to be filed it was totally incorrect, trying to go after child support for a kid that didn't even live with me. When he was told thats not what we had agreed to Ryan proceeded to charge me for the corrections. I have asked for a refund ever since and have been told that 2500 dollars was a minimum fee. So i will be filing a claim on Ryan Beck for the full amount since it has been 7 months now.
