In April of 2018 I was involved in an accident in Kentucky while being there for a friend's dad's funeral. I live in the metro Atlanta area, and another friend and I had driven up to attend the funeral for a shared friend's dad. As we were coming up to the exit we needed to use, the driver of the truck in front of me hit his brakes, and I swerved to the right and missed hitting him by moving to the shoulder. As soon as I stopped completely, the car behind me also came off the road and rear ended me.

Because I live in Georgia, the attorney in Georgia suggested that he contact an attorney in Kentucky to handle the case. Greg Erpenbeck was the attorney I was fortunate to get. He is with Busald Funk Zevely PSC , a practice located in Florence, Kentucky. He was so helpful and handled everything with me over email and the phone. I was amazed that I never had to travel back to Kentucky because the case was settled out of court. Yesterday afternoon, I received my settlement check and am so thankful to Greg and his firm for the manner in which they supported me. I have been in physical therapy and had surgery on my hip and receive chiropractic care for my back and hip since the surgery. I am getting better, but it has definitely been hard.
