I went there to have a Cng kit installed however the guy who inspected the vehicle said there wasn't enough space in my engine compartment for the installation. He did seem to know what he was talking about as he could not locate the obd Port. Bharat was his name

My CNG installation went well but I've been having a lot of engine trouble since. Can only associate it with the CNG installation because it was fine before.

While the staff is friendly the service is piss poor. Made an appointment 2 Saturdays ago to have my car checked for CNG installation and was promised that I would get a written quotation of the cost. To my surprise the young lady i spoke with wasn't at work that Saturday and none of the workers knew where she left the quote. To make matters worst the tech said my car failed because there was a build up of residue in the engine so the engine must be flushed first. So I asked if they can do that then the installation they said no. FAILURE. I was upset because I came alll the way from Blanchicheusse to get this quotation and inspection. A few days later the receptionist called and apologised and promised to email me the quote. It's been about 1 week and I haven't received that yet. All this time I had taken my business to CNG Solutions who flushed my engine changed my oil and installed my CNG in 2 days. BURMAC IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE I GOT MY KIT $2000 CHEAPER.

Great Custommer Service. I say this because of my recent visit there. I saw the coffee machine and inquired if the dispenser was working. I was directed to the receptionist at the CNG desk. I didn't bother with the coffee. 10 minutes later the same guy that I enquirer returned and asked if I got the coffee. I told him I didn't bother. To my surprise, the guy returned with a token, insisted I have the coffee, he even worked the dispenser for me and handed me a hot cup of coffee.

Fair service! Had to return couple of times to fine tune issues!
