Burlington Marriott Review

Restaurant service wasn't great, but rooms are serviceable and conference rooms are nice.

Overall, my stay was great. Clean room with a comfortable bed, convenient to I95. This would have been a five star review if not for the incorrect information about breakfast. The literature in the room indicated that breakfast is served from 6-11am daily. As someone who gets an early start I came down at 605 and saw the restaurant was closed. I inquired at the front desk where I was told 7am. I asked why the menu said 6, and got no answer other than 630 on weekdays, 7 on Sunday.

Nice place, maitre D, but some what disappointing Waiter, who was not attentive to our needs. Went for breakfast today. Food was okay. Ordered off the menu. Maybe buffet is better. :(

The hotel was overpriced with subpar amenities. The manager at the hotel had a bad attitude and was rude. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel located near all the office parks in Burlington. Features two pools, one indoor and one out and a fantastic restaurant onsite.

This just might be my very favorite Hotel of all the hotels I go to and because I am in the Performing Arts I have performed and stayed at about 1500 venues in New England and the staff plus the amenities plus the food combined with how well they maintain and curate the property is absolutely fantastic. The staff deserves an extra mention because they are so friendly and so knowledgeable and so helpful I smile everytime I think about going there!

Stayed there for one while I was attending a conference. The hotel was very good and the restaurant was good too!

Love this place. However. Only 2 creamers in the room so asked for more. The first bag had coffee and 7 tubes of lotion.. no creamer... The second bag had sugar... No creamer.. can't wait to see what I might get in the 3rd bag!! Hoping for keys for a new car...

DISGUSTING! First rusty and beat up furniture. I have pictures to prove it. Carla from guest services has a attitude and when you call guests service she makes it sound as if you are being a huge bother. This is my last time here and I'm contacting cooperate with these pictures. I'm in shock. Even found a bug in my bed. Below Marriot standards!

Great service and restaurants are top notch, incl. Breakfast buffet.

I've been staying at the Burlington Marriott on and off since I broke my leg last July. The staff is extremely helpful, attends to my every need, and ensures that my stay is relaxing and uneventful. I've been to about 15 other Marriotts and The Burlington Marriott is number one for cleanliness professional staff, and luxury accommodations for a price that is within my budget.

The room's AC was not at all effective... Couldn't sleep at night as I was scratching my leg the entire night... I think they have bed bugs.. I checked out the next day and chose s different hotel...

Good hotel for business in the area. Good standards, beds, facilities (pool, gym, bar, restaurant, ...) and not too far from the nice Burlington Mall. 2 things to improve though: no safe in room + heating is not very efficient and the room can be cold in the winter, even with AC at max...

Our monthly Herbalife meeting is held at their conference center. The rooms are always clean, the staff attentive, and water always available for our teas!

Modern full service Marriott, concierge lounge has some of the best food options for breakfast I have ever had with any other Marriott and I travel weekly for work.

I only went to the lobby and had a drink. It was good and had a nice atmosphere.

One of the nicer Marriott hotels that have ever attended, the Boston Mariott Burlington features updated rooms and a schwanke downstairs restaurant that has nightly live music. The bartender is friendly and makes great drinks, and the food is also far above the standard for a hotel restaurant. The hot tub and pool downstairs are not crowded and clean. Parking is free and in the lot outside the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great ame ities especially the breakfast buffet. The room howe er was a tad small and could not fit 2 people in the bathroom, but had a great night sleep.

Everything was great except the room. My husband used our points to pay for the room so I thought we would get one of the better ones. The couch was dingy looking I didnt even sit on, there was candy on the floor and the room was overall a bit dirty. Food was great service was great if it wasn't for the room I would vote five stars

Everything has been great except that they are undergoing renovations right now so it can be noisy & the lighting in the conference room is blinking.

Cannot understand how hotel like Marriott don't have free Wifi, at all. For offered $12-15 per day I can get all-you-can-eat from my telephone company.

My son takes swim lessons at their pool on Sundays. Very attractive facilities, and well cared for.

Clean and modern. Restaurant had pretty good food as well.

I had a "new" room and it was beautiful. The hotel staff were super professional and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were amazing...not your ordinary hotel restaurant. A place you'd visit even if you weren't staying at the hotel.

Nothing special. What you expect from a Marriott. Right off I-95 and conveniently close to shopping.

My daughter and I had breakfast there. We ordered off the menu because we arrived too late for brunch. The food is overpriced and cool, when it should be freshly prepared.

It was a great place. The gym, the laundry and the pool... Everything was so good.

Great hotel, but little soundproofing for doors. Can hear other people slam their doors from your bed very clearly.

There were crumbs and a pill on the carpeted floor when I first walked into the room. It seems carpets were not vacuumed between occupants.

Great service, the shuttle took us to our work event which was not a usual stop, but they accommodated us. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Nice hotel they really are prepared for COVID-19.the room was nice and clean but the shower was clogged which resulted in water all over the bathroom which made for an unpleasant experience.

Staff is great. Food downstairs is good, but pricey. Rooms and decore are above expectation. This is where I always stay in Boston.

It is nice place to stay. Clean, good services, quite. Have gym, swimming pool, spa, and a restaurant in it. There's buffet in the morning. $20 per person, but at that time they have promotion of $20 for 2 people. There is a mall not far from there. 5 minutes drive. I will be there in the future if I have chance to go to Boston again.

Spacious parking lot, Swimming pool. Close to many companies.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds was only given one. They recently did renovations the room looks good but the bathroom door does not lock. We were given a room with day bed I think it's called? We were given this room because they couldn't fulfill our reservation of 2 queens. The fabric on the day bed is the most unfortable thing I've slept on woke up with rug burn and not the good kind. Thinking about sleeping on the floor tonight. I paid for a hotel and can't find a comfortable place to sleep. Regret booking here.
