Burlington Marriott Review

Best place, The staff were nice. Best pools and hot tub, fitness center, but outside pool was closed due to the cold winter weather. You can see Route 128/95. Food was ok, good restaurants near by.

Originally booked through hotwire and it didn't go so well. Boston Marriot Burlington went the extra mile to make it right. Room was great, food was amazing! The only thing I will do differently next time is booking directly through this amazing hotel!!

Although the hotel is beautiful, I am disgusted with the customer service. There was a error made in booking and then modifying the reservations so that I was double charged for 7 rooms, They charged me for the modified reservation and for the reservation that I canceled. When asked if they could help me at all with the over $1800 in room fees, for rooms that were never used they refused and dismissed me as a loyal customer. I wasn't asking them to credit all because it was my error however was asking them to help with something.

I was there for a training, the buffet was ok, utensils not at salad when we got there. Staff cleaned up quickly.

Easily accessible, enough parking, and clean. But wifi was bad.

Great hotel overall. Fantastic bar/restaurant, gym, pools, and lounge; but the employees are what make it best!

I have stayed here a couple times now. It is a nice hotel on a great location, close to shops and Resturants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I thought the restaurant was goid but a bit pricey.

Great rooms and people. Friendly. Clean! Good restaurant. Wifi is good but expensive... people still charge for wifi? Really is it 2015 not 2020. Business center is poorly up kept. A printer that was broken last year was still broken this year.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are great and remodeled. Probably the most comfy bed I've ever seen in hotel. Over all really good. Chopps has amazing stakes!

We went to Chopps at the Marriott. We were celebrating a special occasion for one of our friends. They were very accommodating, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Everything about our experience was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast buffet was decent selection, nothing out of the ordinary, but was well prepared and tasty. Service was fine, and the price wasn't too high.

I was only at the hotel for the transform it conference from Microsoft the conference rooms were nice very spacious but the air conditioning kept it very cold

Nice place! Awesome breakfast buffet. Was on the fourth floor and was a little loud with kids and the bar music but overall we had a nice stay!

This is one of the nicest Marriotts I have stayed at. Have done several weekend get aways with the family. Both indoor and outdoor pool areas are spacious and clean. Large hot tub and excellent work out areas for both cardio and weights. Lobby is tastefully decorated, sophisticated yet unpretencious. Chopps had delicious breakfast Buffett which is usually included when I have booked this hotel thru Marriott website. Most times the price of the room is No more than around 110 a night which is an excellent value for what you get. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area as well as cool bowling at Kings Bowl just down the road. Highly reccomend this property.

Convenient location and competitive rate. Nice hotel and the keep good care of it. Housekeeping seemed confused by my late checkout, but the front desk resolved quickly.

Outdoor pool not open, charge for Wi-Fi...food good, staff helpful and room nice...as a Marriott Rewards member, thought things might be better and plan on speaking with them regarding this...we have one more night here

Drinks and quick bite at Chopps. Classy place, and good atmosphere.

Newly renovated and clean. However there were problems with the reservation and the included extras like breakfast. Insofar annoying because I did not get informed until the next day and therefore could not perceive the first breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is quite good. Parking is free and internet is fast and stable.

Newly updated. A truly beautiful facility, staff that goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, offers a treat and beverage upon arrival. Has multiple venue for functions. A restaurant attached to the hotel for convience, ideal location right off the highway and close to the mall/shopping plaza and hospital.

Hotel is really nice with all amenities including Jim, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and most importantly shuttle service. I like their shuttle service which pick/drop to your office as well as near by places.

Wi-Fi costs money enough said. A good hotel would give it's guests free WiFi because they value their customors care.

Nice Hotel. But it seems everyone I had interactions with that work there were very mean. Didn't look like they enjoyed their job very much, which made it an unpleasant stay.

Comfortable facilities and a phenomenal bar to spend the night with friends. The terrace with bonfires is an ideal place to talk at night accompanied by a beer

Room was gorgeous. Very comfortable and big enough for my needs.

Renovated rooms look nice but aren't functional. Two shower heads installed, only one worked. Shower water was brown for the first few seconds. Water pressure was non-existent and I had to turn the hot water all the way up (still only warm). Looks over function all the way.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff and room service. Will return the next time im in Boston.

There are always limos available outside the entrance of this hotel. Just walk towards the limos or drivers and they will take you anywhere you need to go.

Newly revamped property, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well furnished. Best sleep I've had on the road in some time. Restaurant is excellent, highly recommended for dinner or just a drink.

Had mother's day brunch at Chopps. Everything was beyond delicious. Only thing that could have used slight improvement would service, but we will definitely return.

They had a large lounge with a full bar. While they had a separate weight room, it was small and only opened at 6am.

The Boston Marriott hotel in Burlington was an amazing place to stay I only stayed for one night and it was like an adult Disney land the rooms were quiet alot of space and gave you a chance to just relax then we had gons to the pool where we hit some swimming and it was amazing we went back to our room and took a shower witch was very relaxing we went to chops the bar and grill to grab a bite I had the age American burger with was perfect then we went to bed and the pillows were top notch for sleep we woke up went to breakfast such a big variety of good with was awesome then we got to customize and make our own omelets after getting stuffed we went back to the hotel to get some more sleep because we woke up early to skip the after math and then we packed up and returned to home in conclusion the Marriot was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return

We had a great experience in my overnight stay but not on our experience hosting the event. We had a big event on Saturday 6.17.17 food was really great, the event manager was very accomodating but the service people are not, some are rude then they did not provide us adequate water in each table and our guest looking for service people we can't see them, if you are the host and your guest is told you, they have to go out to their car and get their bottled water to drink because there is no water in their glasses. Thats very embarassing right. I love Marriott we always use this hotel, this is our first time to hold big event with them unfortunately my experience as a host is not great, won't recommend or I would not choose them again...

Had a function in the ballroom, it was great. The provided food was delicious and the staff was very nice.

This hotel is not in Boston, but rather 15 miles north. Be sure you know where it is before booking. That said, it's a very nice hotel. One of the nicer Marriott's I've started at world wide.

Had dinner at Chops. One of the best quality steaks anywhere in or near Boston. The service is superb even on a night that was as crazy as tonight. But maybe I shouldn't tell you guys.

I spent a Saturday night here after seeing a comedy show nearby and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely furnished and clean. We had the breakfast buffet which I was very impressed with before we checked out. Loved the cookies that were available as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again. To all the staff I would like to say thanks for a great stay and keep up the great work.

A great experience at the hotel and as well as the restaurant downstairs. This hotel probably had the best combination when it came to restaurant and hotel being together.
My check-in was probably the fastest I've had in any hotel. Everything was just so fast to where I felt like something just wasn't right.
Other hotels I go to tend to have an average restaurant. CHOPP has to be the best restaurant I've been to inside of a hotel. My experience was so great that I kept my receipt I got from my meal. And I didn't keep it for any refunds. I kept it because the service was so great in the food was incredible.

Very nice, the setup was nice. The food was ok. Bathroom clean. Parking good.
