Burlington Marriott Review

So far very clean, great service and love the extra Marriott points

I had one big problem with this hotel, and that was the huge amount of plastic wasted every morning at breakfast. The plates, the glasses, the utensils, everything was plastic and there was no recycling whatsoever... It was pretty sad to see in this day and age.

Other than that, great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing!!!

Reservation was set up by Lahey concierge. Were given room at far end of the hallway. Long trip for someone having surgery the next day. Told by the desk that they were all sold out so we had to keep that room. The room was fine but the walk to it was challenging.

great marriott property, would get 5 stars were it not for one snooty receptionist

I went there for a work conference. It is right off route 128. Dinner there was excellent.

Things I loved - Beautiful hotel. - Clean hotel - Friendly staff - Spacious rooms - Wifi was excellent Things lacking - As a solo traveler, I often like to order from the room service menu. I found the selection lacked when compared to other Marriott hotels I've stayed at.

Great catering service and food in the ballroom conference. Did not stay at the hotel.

Celebration dinner with coworkers, staff was great, food was great, drinks were great.

Attended a conference - the food was good, the staff helpful and friendly, and the meeting rooms well prepared. A little further from Boston than I'd like, but overall a positive experience.

Very nice atmosphere in the lobby/restaurant area. Concierge lounge not crowded, and the staff is helpful.

I came here for a wedding after party and celebrated in their lobby restaurant and in one of their best rooms. Given the exterior of this hotel I will tell you that this place has went through a great remodel, definitely much nicer and modern than the exterior reveals. The food options were good but nothing memorable or out of the ordinary. Just your standard good quality Marriott fare. The suite I saw was modern and spacious.

Great indoor pool, clean rooms except pillows stuffy smell. Great breakfast.

Nice location and great host for a company event. Nice location with easy parking and access.

Here for a function. Pretty standard hotel operation. Chicken dinner and cash bar. Big ball room with bad acoustics. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The facilities are clean, modern, and beautiful. Chopps has an excellent bar and delicious food. I would definitely recommend this venue for a company event

Welcoming hotel with a cozy atmosphere; I only stayed one night for a wedding and did not get a chance to explore, but everything was very convenient and easy (location, parking, check in, check out) and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable.

I was there for a technical presentation and continental breakfast.
It was ok. The breakfast left a bit to be desired.

We go here quite often and this is our 3rd year spending New Years Eve here. This year however the dj wasn't very good and we didnt dance much.

I stay here for work often. Staff is great, full service Marriott gives lots of options for food and amenities. Will continue to stay here while stuck in Burlington.

Perfect stay for a business trip. No sauna as this was out of action during my stay, but other than that everything was perfect.

One of the best upscale business hotels out there. Always look forward to staying there. Parking sometimes difficult on Friday and Saturday nights otherwise all else great.

We arrived late, were greeted nicely at check in, and given our rooms. No time for dinner or drinks. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice quality, and I had a nice undisturbed night's sleep. I even enjoyed the morning shower, as the fixture have a nice rain shower with a separate hand held fixture. Lastly grabbed a Starbucks coffee then had breakfast buffet with fresh omelet, fruit, etc. Would've loved a tiny selection of gluten-free bread, but was not expecting it. Overall, a very nice hotel. Expensive but worth it.

Modern, very fast Check in and Check out, comfortable and easy access to the Burlington neighborhood. Infinity of Malls restaurants and good supermarkets. Getting to downtown Boston is very fast. The indoor pool and sauna is very nice to relax in the afternoons. Also rest terrace.
Breakfast with 2 alternatives within the hotel, cafeteria and starbucks.
The bad: Wifi paid in rooms, free in Lobby with excellent speed.

It wonderful place.... people are pleasant and helpful

Myself and my wife have been coming here for almost 9 years! Needless to say we love it. We use it as a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, this time around was not the 5 star experience we were used to. They have changed the doors on the room so that they slam behind you. This causes your room to shake when others exit their rooms. We could not control the temperature in our room. This left us hot and irritable through the night. On Sunday night we received a notice that the water would be off 9am Monday Morning and had to leave sooner than we wanted. Lastly, when we went to the restaurant for breakfast on Saturday morning the waitress gave us juice, coffee and the check and never returned to check on us once.

In the end, I have to say that I'm not pleased to have to had written this review because we truly love this place.

Stayed here for one night while visiting a friend and couldn't have been more impressed! Rooms were like new, updated and very clean. Bathroom had beautiful new standing showers installed. Room service was on time and they responded to all requests quickly! Lobby market had complimentary bottled water for guests which was nice. Would definitely recommend!

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly at 630p on a Friday. Loved seeing hand sanitizer everywhere including inside the elevators. Chopps looks like it's a great restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed.
The room was where it went downhill. First, it's small.. not exactly NYC small, but small. There was no microwave or fridge. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable, but the pillows were just OK. The lounger was gross; see pictures. The bathroom was also small, but served the purpose and was clean.
I probably would not stay here again.. too many options in/around Boston.

I had dinner and drink early evening on saturday and really enjoyed the atmosphere and environment along with the staff and patrons. I would recommend to someone to go there

Quite, remote, anonymous. Not a bad choice for a weekend off the grid. Clean rooms, reasonable bar and casual dining. Quite bars and restaurants nearby.

Easy to find and had a very comfortable lobby with light refreshments. Ball rooms were a good size.

Very nice, very accommodating staff. Wish the rooms had USB plugs for charging as we forgot ours and the only option should have been to leave the phones at the front desk. Not even any loaner plugs. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Salon A & B were nice, food was good. Croissants were great.

VERY expensive weekdays; if you're a tourist or visitor I suggest you make your trip on the weekend otherwise you'll pay at least $325.00 a night or more. The weekday rates are for business people doing business in Burlington not for vacationers. The front desk staff was polite. When I checked in a large convention was going on (this hotel is big on conventions) and the lobby was packed and very noisy. Avoid during the weekday if you can.

Clean, nice, friendly. Good location and the rooms and lounge appear to be newer.

I enjoy this hotel! Wonderful! Friendly staff, great food is delicious and pool is fun to enjoy! Forgot to mention that at the pool i met some new friends there and they had fun like i did as well! I would definitely come back to this wonderful place again soon!

This place has flaws, but the friendly staff are always willing to compensate. It isn't the Taj Mahal, but it's certainly worth the price.

Went to a Non profit Gala here, it was well run clean and fun.

The price is reasonable and the location is not very far from the Boston city.

I gave it two stars because of their AWFUL Marriott booking system. I booked a two-night stay in the weekend in advance, but somehow it was changed to a one-night stay by nobody (this was what they said). Only when I arrived at the hotel was I informed of this and asked to pay for price difference because they had to re-book me with a higher price. After that, I have reached the customer service for at least two times, and I just wanted to ask for reimbursement of the unnecessary price difference, but they simply IGNORED me. It seems to me that they don't want to solve their problem at all.

Newly renovated rooms. So glad that most of the construction are now completed. It's always a treat to stay here. Love the new showers!

My experience was limited to the conference salon and main foyer, a well appointed however the room was a bit small for the size group we had.

Nice room within government per diem. Convenient to Burlington Mall area without getting on freeway. Comfortable beds.

I came today to the hotel for shopping at the Ferdaus Bazaar and the lady at the reception with a blonde hair was so courteous and respectful. Thank you for welcoming us with a smile :)

It is a good hotel. The experience I had with my partner in general was good. The piece is comfortable, the bed and everything tidy and beautiful. The heating worked well and was not too loud, which is important to me.
We wanted to go to the pool, but unfortunately every time we thought to go it was full of small children. Perhaps it would be good to include an adult-only schedule.

Ok hotel. Full amenities and such. Not a whole lot of character

Shower curtain had mold, and the drain was backed up. All other amenities were good.

Currently staying here on a work assignment. The doors slam shut in this hotel. I can hear my neighbors door slam shut all day, all night, all morning. I have not slept more than one hour. I m here until Tuesday, this is probably the worst situation I could find myself in, staying in a nice hotel where I cannot even sleep. I wish they would do something. Instead I have to be miserable for the remainder of my stay

Me and my wife ate at the Chopps resteraunt located in the Boston Marriot hotel in Burlington. We ordered the filet and scallops, which were cooked perfectly. There was no wait, and the staff was professional.

Very modern hotel with a nice restaurant inside. Comfy, great service.
