If you want discrete this is the worst place to go especially if you re a teenager seeking pregnancy testing last year they called CPS on me and my boyfriend because we were just over three years apart in age I was 16 he was 19 AND THEY WERE WRONG I WAS VERY MUCH PREGNANT BUT THEY TOLD ME I WASN T
1st experiences here was awesome, 2nd time i make a 30 mins drive just to get help and told we take our last client at 4 , I can schedule you for monday but im watching someone fill out brand new paperwork. NOWHERE DOES IT SAYS THAT ON THE WEB NOR WAS I TOLD THAT INFORMATION WHEN I CALLED HERE. I want be returning. Its very unfortunate when your making blank trips and wasting gas with the condition youre in.
As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. Everyone was super sweet and non judgmental. AMAZING staff! I loved it here!!
I have lived in Burleson my entire life and know so many people who have benefited from Next Step Women's Center's services. It's amazing, all the services they provide and at no charge! Pregnancy tests, sonograms, prenatal and parenting classes, diapers, formula ... so many ways to support those facing unplanned pregnancy!
Next Step Women's Center goes above and beyond to serve its clients! They offer free pregnancy tests, a free sonogram, education classes, and free material assistance. There is no judgment and everything is confidential! If you are a new parent, this is the place you will want to go to! There is so much support that Next Step offers. You will leave feeling confident and touched!

Wonderful place and wonderful people! We did the prenatal and parenting classes. Not only were they very educational but they were a bonding experience for my family. We also got tons of goodies for our baby as well! They are helpful beyond words and would recommend them to anyone having or with younger children!
This place is amazing i would Recommend anyone that is pregnant to come here !!! They really help women and they give you things for the baby everytime you come in
Next Step is a wonderful blessing to so many people. When you walk in you feel welcomed, and not uncomfortable or strange feeling. They offer so much guidance and counseling with pregnancy and parenting. If you need anything, to talk or help they are there for you because they understand things in your life are changing and sometimes it is hard. The women are always confidential and very caring
They are absolutely wonderful! They go over and beyond for everyone! Love this place!
