Its a good place to be. Everyone should experience it atleast once
Afternoon tea was a grand treat but overpriced for what it was.
I elected to stay at the Burj al Arab for the night of a significant Birthday. A perfect decision! The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional to the highest degree. Our suite, with its amazing view across the gulf was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The staff went out of their way to make it the most memorable evening, with balloons, cake, snacks, escorting a few friends to our suite for pre dinner dinks, and even an accompanying guitarist to sing Happy Birthday in our suite. If you're looking to splash out for a special occasion, and come home feeling like you've had a 3 day break. This is the place. Thank you Burj al Arab!
Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is one among the major attractions tourists flood to have their photostop. This star hotel is one of the master piece in architecture to admire.
The food is a total luxury, we ate some gold literally, but feeling treated like a diva has its price. Excellent views
Excellent place worth going.
You cannot travel to dubay and not enter this place. Highly recommended
Amazing place!!! There is experiencs that you can't found anywhere!!!!
A cathedral in the desert. I imagined him smaller and closer to something else, even if they are building the world around him.
7 Star hotel, if you book suits you get helicopter to pick you up from airport, this is the one of two 7 star in the world,
What do I say about this hotel? It Burj Al Arab! Great staff, who was helpful and friendly every step of the way, amazing rooms (with crazy designs, tho, so you have to give up your modern sense of beauty if you want to stay here), and a wonderful newly added terrace with the infinity pool and cabanas. However, the main breakfast restaurant fell short with the selection for both breakfast and lunch (just ok, don't be expecting inspiration here) so you may want to skip that one and choose other ones on the property. Upstairs restaurants are phenomenal (if you don't mind the design) skip the underwater one, though, too.
A quiet and beautiful place, I enjoyed the whole time I was inside the building ..
As a regular guest , had so many bad experiences there that can't enumerate them all in one review !
Very unprofessional rotating staff. The 2 br ap is creepy ! The Royal suit is OVER DONE , its is simply to much animal prints for one unit !!!!
You are constantly disturbed since you check in till check out, minimum 5-6 times in the first hour !
The only good food there is in Asian , however you can't wear a high quality dress for 2 reasons :
1. NO ONE RESPECTS A DECENT DRESS CODE
2. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE
The butlers do nothing there beside disturbing .
Food upstairs is horrible and way over priced . 95% of the personal all over the hotel is rude , lost or unprofessional .
Last year the waiters at the beach was so under any acceptable level , they was simply stare at your bra when serving a water ! A decent 5 star pool was built only recently , before you had a pool 2x3 m, with staring labour around (building the new one).
Lobby is a bus station full of buses with tourists , I don't know where they are going but you literally wait for an elevator sometimes 10 min cause is full of people . Tv had a problem every time we stayed there , so you are waiting your time and staying in the company of IT guy instead of enjoying the room.
Spa / salons are offering overpriced low level services AND SO ON .
It is a 2 star service and food for 5 star rooms . So yes , in that way maybe you get a 7 at the end :)))))))
It was very expensive on all fronts. The staff is nice and the pools are clean.
Wonderful amazing place but food needs improvement in variety and authenticity
It's simply awesome ....I attended a conference here .... fantastic hospitality and offcourse the hotel itself.
Arguably one of the best luxury place in the world , best time to visit is from Nov till march
the most expensive hotel in Dubai, Burj Al Arab translates as "the Arab Tower." Thanks to its recognizable creative form, Burj al-Arab is also known as the Parus Hotel
One place you will not regret, and definitely will come back again!
This is the most beautiful holiday I make in my life I have been here for two days and yesterday two weeks to book because this hotel is just as dream of the welcome to luxury pus even the arrival is a thing you never forget
Very beautiful and chic saw you who is poor can forget kkk
I just went for an afternoon tea but it was a wonderful place ...!
The suites are stunning, rest it's ok, staff is extremely ignorant, terrible guest support, more of a tourist spot!
Beautiful and luxurious hotel, which we did not get a photo. Damage
World's best hotel .Best hotel in Dubai for tourist.
It's totally cordial. Don't worry at all when you check in. Let's say you don't have to do anything literally. The 27th floor is the semi-buffet service. You order a starter and main course. And cold entrees and desserts to the buffet.
The room on two floors. Nice big rooms. In my opinion it is quite retro.
Well, to come once is great.
One of the most famous hotels in the world , an Architectural miracle , one of the most tourestic attractions in Dubai
Really cool totally luxurious mega cool view very good food in the restaurant!
What s d use of a place if one cannot visit it ?? Yes it might b only 7star bt common u gotta allow ..
Luxury hotel in Sail-Shaped building. It has a helipad near the roof. Complex engineering are feats achieved during construction.
Only been here for an afternoon tea, made me wish I had the money to actually stay at least a night to see how the other half really holiday!
Pure luxury. Recommended if you can stretch your budget
