Repeatedly voted the world's most luxurious hotel, this stunning destination offers you the finest service and experiences throughout - right down to an optional chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce, private beach access, a breathtaking terrace with pools and cabanas as well as some of the world s best dining venues, including the highly acclaimed Al Mahara.

Celebrated Valentine's day at scape lounge. Very nice ambience as it was outside sitting and weather was also cool. Ordered moctails and cocktails, which were nice. Margarita pizza was delicious. Ended with dessert that was Choco Coco blue sundae and that was endless. So much quantity , we were unable to finish it. Service was good so were the people serving. Just enjoyed the day.

We had booked a table at Al Muntaha, nice to arrive at the hotel
and the staff was very friendly. We ordered food and drink, after looking at a slightly boring a la carte menu. The starters we chose were spinach soup with some kind of dumplings in it, and a steak of tartar, just a little boring to look at. In addition, we got a good white wine. After we had eaten the starters, I wondered where the ordered red wine ended up, and suddenly the waiter was standing with our main courses. Since the red wine is usually served before the main course, I asked the waiter to go out with the food and come in with the red wine.
After some discussion, the red wine was served and then the main courses.
A little uninspiring dishes which unfortunately had to wait in the kitchen until the wine was served. Throughout the dinner, the waiter poured water or wine up to me, just as my wife had raised her glass to toast - very strange. All in all, not good enough. There is a long way to go for a Michelin star.
Sincerely, Birger

Burj Al Arab Hotel is one of the finest hotels in the world, located in Dubai.

At night he gives an unforgettable view of water and is surrounded by a colorful dance system of stereoscopic fireworks.

It was honestly one of the most, if not THE most amazing experience I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing from a hotel. The hospitality and service was one of a kind, the wait is not too long and they do their best to serve you to the best of their abilities, and their best exceeds expectations. We got taken care of in record time compared to other hotels. The food was heavenly and I would definitely go again if just for the food, because it was that good, I would dare compare it to a meal you would order from The Cheesecake Factory Reastaurant. We went as a family and every member of my family enjoyed their time there and walked away with a memorable experience that we hope to do again very soon!

This architectural wonder was on my bucket list and now i know why. i was in tears with the beauty and meticulous care taken to make this PALACE a priceless gem. The precision of service from beginning to end is incomparable. The shopping, food, accommodations, absolutely everything far exceeded any expectation i had. When i die, spread my ashes off the helipad lol.

Customer service is handling cancellations and ref...

Customer service is handling cancellations and refunds for Covid-19 related travel issues in a terrible and embarrassing way for a so called 7 star hotel. Had to send over 5 separate emails and call 3 different customer service lines just to get the refund request in. Was supposed to travel to Dubai and Maldives for my honeymoon but the entire trip was cancelled. Every other aspect of my travel itinerary was handled swiftly except for the one place I would expect to have good concierge and service. Will never stay at this hotel after this experience .
