Burguer King Review

There is always extremely slow service at this Burger King. Today it took 40 minutes, no joke to get through the drive-thru. There was only 1 person working. He was working the dining room, drive-thru, and cooking. Felt bad for him, but this was unacceptable.

After our order was wrong, twice and we had to "Pull ahead and wait" we watched three rats scampering around the out door eating area.

Even though it took three tries to get my order correct, they did give us all the extra food that they made trying to fill the order.

On 10/24/20 at 10pm I came thru drive thru askn for my food to be made to order, let's just say I got the total opposite even after they assure me and I assured them I had no problem waiting. Guy over the mic just said bet. Smh. I lost hope for all fast foods. Wasted $11.75, my daughter wouldnt even eat her food it was just disgusting. Didnt have the energy to return food once home. Forgot sauce for my childs meal.Will just start cooking home. Could be more professional customer service to be a billion dollar company

I went inside and the service was slow. It was later in the evening, but they were out of chicken nuggets, cheesy tots, tacos and Dr. Pepper.

I love this store. I cant wait til lunch time to stop by for a meal. I had been in many Burger kings, but here the service is excellent.

Horrible service and slow, 1 of 5 waiting in cars at the parking lot for our food. Never coming to this location again.

They were a little slow but it was busy so no worries. Love the impossible whopper.

Poor and rude customer service. Staff was very rude after requesting no onions the staff member was ugly about the requests. Do not waste your time or money here. Just unprofessional management!!!

Want your order all screwed up? This is the place to go! They'll charge you extra for things you won't receive and it'll come out cold. I'm done with BK SMH.

As far as BK's go, this is one of the better ones. They were cleaning inside and out. Good food at the right price and they were fast. Men's room could use a little TLC.

Hours listed as being open until 1am on Friday night, but I pulled up to a completely lit up drive-thru at midnight and was told they were closed.

I give it a single star just because it is still in business. The absolute worst service. The employees stand with their backs turned and try their best to ignore you. Very obvious they don't care. The place is nasty. Food took forever and they were out of 2 of the four items I ordered. Attitudes really bad. Don't eat there.

THIS place has truly gone downhill . The management is disrespectful ,and not worth going back ,I'll drive to another one .

The store is mostly clean and well run. Nice staff. Air vents and negative writings on the wall need to be cleaned

My Double Whooper with Cheese was good only negative was the time it took to get all my food. All of it was hot including the fries. It took longer than normal for a fast food restaurant.

Great please give the staff a pay raise. Thanks again for the opportunity to eat at your location.

Got home and realized I was missing a couple Burgers when I got home

Love to eat at Burger King. They have a great inexpensive menu. The food is great the staff are friendly.

Manager was rude! People in line left one after another. "The manger says I don't care". That's good for business! A man that had to have been in his late 90s ask for his order to go they gave it to him on a tray he asked for a bag put his food in and the cashier throws the bag on the counter. Then he had to ask for his cup cashier gave him the cup and the manager looked around at him and gave a dirty look when she turned back around. Have some consideration for your customers as well as your elders will not be back there again. I bet the man/woman that built this establishment is very pleased with his investment!

NEVER have an jssue with the staff when I visit this location!

Very great staff! We're patient with my dad who doesn't speak Spanish very well and they were all wearing gloves and we're very respectful. There was an elderly couple who were very happy of the way they were treated :)

I haven't been to Burger King in over 30 years. Guess what brought me back - the Impossible Burger. Awesome.

Pulled for 20 minutes still didn't get my order right !

The staff was friendly and my food came out in a timely manner and it was good, fresh and hot!!

Nasty, sold me a sandwich with rotten lettuce and congealed mayo.

This has always been the burgerking to go to, fast and friendly ,they have a great crew no matter what time!

Food was great and the price was too.And the place was great and clean.And Manager was checking temps of the workers .

They completely misspelled my name. I'm a male and somehow a female's name ended up on my receipt. I asked for a boy's kids meal, and received a girl toy. My meal was for eat-in and they handed me my whole order in bags as if I was going to take it home. The milkshake machine was temporarily out of order. Poor experience. The only good thing out of this experience was the food.

Idk if was just a bad day or what but after giving the wrong total the kid gave the wrong food closed window as if I had everything and proceeded to walk away. I know you guys are hiring but you also need to do some training.

Cold sandwich. Pot holes in parking lot could trap an A-1Abrams tank.

Horrible i waited in drive thru for FIFTEEN MINUTES and FINALLY drove off. Horrible service and ridiculous wait time!

I spent $30 on food. I wondered why my food was so high. I had a $4 impossible whopper through the app. The cashier charged me for 2 of them. One at regular price and one for $4. I only needed one. 3 ten piece nuggets. I got the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches which is 2 for $6 but said $9 on my receipt. I came to try the impossible whopper. I waited more than 10 minutes for my food. I saw the food sitting just needed to be bagged. The cashier gave 5 people who ordered after me their food. I started to ask for my money back. The service was terrible. I will not be back.

Rude service. Drive through has almost no customer experience or chooses not to use it. Very crappy attitudes every time I go

Everytime i go to this burger King something always wrong. They r out of tomatoes, computer down, something. Like can the company update. They have to all the other stores.

They treated me well. Service was fast and food cooked.

The food was fresh but the dining area was FILTHY! Every table was dirty and every area of the floor was dirty. Soda under one table. Ketchup and fries under another table. Open barbecue sauce in the seat. Salt and pepper packets thrown everywhere. And the funny part was nobody was even thing about cleaning. SMH

Bad hospitality, bad service, low quality employees, and bad communication!

Closed as of 11:15, 45 minutes before the listed closing time. No idea what the actual hours are.

It sucked the workers were standing both sides of counter speaking spanish talking about the customers. Not paying attention to my order 20.00 dollars worth had it ready for dine in not to go. Then had to ask for it to go.and ask for my shake they made a mess out of it .had to ask for a refund. Manager took her sweet time. Manager also told a coworker couldnt have her McDonalds bag in the burger king she had to throw it in the trash . The mexicans have taken over at this place .

Went there on my own after my attempt at cooking dinner didnt come out right. Ordered a double whopper with cheese and two double cheeseburgers and fries. Get my food, check to see I had everything, then went home. Got home and set the food out. Wife tells me that her double whopper is not correct. I ask whats wrong and she proceeds to tell me there is no cheese and and they put mayo on it (she wanted it with only light ketchup, mustard, and pickles only, plus the cheese). I check my double cheeseburgers now and find I only received regular cheeseburgers. On top of that, the fries were salter than the ocean.. Frustrated since I live a few miles away and in bad weather it takes a few minutes to get to the location, I try calling the store 4 times, nobody picked up. So with no other recourse, My wife and I drive back to the store. The manager asks what the problem was and I explain whats wrong. She has her cook remake the burgers, telling him exactly what needs to be on it. I didn't bother complaining about the fries. I get the three burgers and we head back to the car in the pouring rain. For giggles, my wife says let's check the burgers before we leave, i laugh thinking no way the messed it up twice, I was wrong. My 2 double cheeseburgers were perfect. My wife's double whopper on the other hand was still missing the cheese and light ketchup. I get out of the car to run back inside real quick, still down raining cats and dogs outside, and the lobby doors are locked. Less than 5 minutes elapsed between us getting in the car and the doors being locked. The manager says we have to go around to the drive thru. So I get back into the car and instead of having them remake the burger again, we just requested the cheese slices and left. Got home, put some ketchup on it and at the half cold burger. Pretty bad experience considering that location usually does so well. But I know we won't be going back there for a while now.

It was great! I used to live here and loved my Burger King and their personnel. I have moved away and have really missed them. There is a BK near my new home but it's not good.

Used coupon to buy burgers, but couldn't buy drinks because price was more than cost of burgers

Today at 6:45 pm the lobby was already closed me and multiple people waisted a whole trip from our homes to go to a buisness that closed 3 hours early for no reason. It was the 250 monument road branch

Good burger and fries. Noisy kids running and no parent supervision.

They forgot our nuggies and the burgers were just thrown together, the fries were good af though

I just went through the drive through I go a lot and always get a plain number 9 so how mental do you have to be to put EVERYTHING ON A PLAIN SANDWICH just wanted to leave this here so I don t go back because I am livid

I love this Burger King. The staff is friendly, the food is DELICIOUS and the the establishment is clean.

Always fresh good food. The employees could be more professional. Each time the employees are arguing about things.

Monument Burger King would be better run by Monkeys. Enough said.

Store is clean but just as bad service as Main Street BK. I swear everyone is high. One guy Menard keeps giving out wrong orders while they're too focused on Uber orders. The girl with short hair and tattoos runs her neck, touches food, money then whatever. Good example of a location being better ran by robots in a few years

This burger king had no forks and I could barely here or understand the help at the register. Won't be going back anytime soon.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Roaches crawling on the booth divider, greasy/slippery floors. Staff was great tho. 1 time I went and was told they only have chicken, cause grill was down from night before.

Still my favorite Berger to get. I was there once and they gave a homeless man a Berger...I had a bad bay in Till I saw that....love to go to the !!!!

Had 4 people standing in front of the register for about 10 minutes while waiting in line. They were trying to figure something out which I understand, but it doesn't take much to say "Hello, I'll be right with you" even after I asked if I should go through the drive thru. Food was fresh at least, love the Cheeto mac fries.

Was just in the drive there. As soon as I pulled up it was 10:30 and there open till 12 it says on Google. Buy says their machine is down cause of to many orders in the drive there. I said ok. I waited for 5 mins and then they turn off the lights to everything while I was sitting there and other cars behind me. Pathetic excuse for a store.

Its Burger King the impossible Burger was pretty darn good for no meat

I got everything cold and my chiken tenders ware gross old and burn . thats the only reason i came here to try out. I will never get tenders from burger king
