No opportunities for professional growth, Favoritism on its peak, Power is centered to CEO only, Hire managers for name shake, POOR project management skills by CEO, CEO an insane, ARROGANT, MYOPIC and confused soul, shows NO respect to employees, Extremely poor infrastructure, sitting arrangements, NO training facility available, Micromanagement and politics by CEO, Never admit if CEO at fault, Managers encourage associates SPYING others desktop, Equipment full of bugs, Too many quality issues reported, those who have purchased instruments are returning them, sales dipping fast, follow HIRE & FIRE policy, hence NO job security, may get FIRED on the spot without notice even if you have worked hard, very few people working for over 3 years as they have no choice to go anywhere, EXTREMELY BAD and POOR Leadership skills, Unethical practices, HELL of an organization. Do not trust these people by seeing positions written FULL-TIME in Naukri or any other portal, the hidden truth is these are temporary posts. Employees will be fired immediately once job is done. Biogenex, they are cheaters , and don't buy there products. Biogenex manufacturing Antibodies and Reagents. Actually there not manufacturing Antibodies and Reagents products either in USA or in INDIA . They are buying 3rd party (another company) Antibodies and Reagents and diluting with water, filling those liquids in new bottles (2 ml, 5 ml), sticking there labels and selling same products with high price.
Biogenex applications FISH mirna also use less its has lots of bugs which give 0 output.
Lets come to i6000 System, ELITE, ULTRA Diagnostics machines are failed which gives 0% output. don't buy it...
The Abbott company also cancelled their contract because their machines has lots of bugs and not selling in market,
