Worst BK, EVER!!!! I stood in Lobby 15minutes and not even Greeted SMH

The food I order is gross, look at theses burnt chicken nuggets, hard to eat !!!

Even my dog turned away when I gave him one ???

Spent $14.00 on food not going to this location again !!!

I ordered a small strawberry smoothie and found foil pieces in my drink. Reporting this one!

Waited 30 min for chicken fries just to find out they handed our order out in drive through instead of to us...

Waited 5 minutes for my food after going to the window, please don't go here, also too much Mayo on the burgers

The food is good and has friendlier staff from what I experienced before

Filthy restaurant! Usually the fries are not salted, and they are always running out of sweet tea. Still love the Whopper, though. That's what brings me back.

Many of the customers eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Burger King in the Regency Square area on Monument Street in Jacksonville Florida, We all know each other and we watch out for the employees in this fast food restaurant and do what we can to make their jobs easier. We all get along and enjoy spending our time at this Burger King in the Regency Square area. All classes of the economy, old and young, of all nationalities are accepted in this Burger King. I believe this is mainly because of one of the managers named Debbie. She is a very friendly, capable person who understands people. Just recently though, we have had some of our gas stations in the Arlington area robbed. JSO live comes through our cell phones and makes us aware of armed and dangerous people to look out for that may be around us and tells us that they would be glad for any tips that we can provide them. Today, Sunday, August 19th of 2018, I was studying for my math final at FSCJ. I'm always ready to stop and take a break outside when I am between meals. Today when I went outside I encountered an Afro-American young male very upset and helped him calm down from a concerning experience, to him, at a place of gambling, Putting all of my community experiences together, I have decided that these community situations need to come to the attention of the corporate owners so that they can be aware in case things might get out of control between the regular customers and the community.

It's 7:05 and there isn't a sign of life here. Not one employee on the property. No cars in the parking lot. Looks like the place was shut down.

Often only 1 cashier running the front to the line will get out the door. Not ideal for a 30 minute lunch

Been coming here for months and always enjoyed the staff and the establishment. Today, a manager who was rude, wanted to charge me 27cents for a cup to put some ice in. I work outside and use a hydration system. I have never had a problem filling that system with ice and occasionally getting a meal. Today was a different story thanks to the rude manager. I'll be sure to let my fellow businesses in the area know to stay away from here.

For one i called up thier to see if thier milkshake machine was working before i went up thier me being pregnant wanting a oreo milkshake so i didn't waste a trip they hung up on me before i could even speak thier tea was old so they gave us sprite instead this place needs to really have new staffing and really get thier milkshake machine fixed its been broke since june poor matnience i used to work in fast food i bet i can do better then the staff they have now

I'm done going here. They can't seem to give you the right order and drinks are nothing but carb water. Food was hot. But still not what I ordered.

Trash food made by trash people Im honestly glad they make 8 a hour but to be honest their over paid Worst burger king in town my food Sat there for 20 min before they gave it to me seriously how many burger monkeys does it take to place a order

Came 12 50 no one would answer drive thru closing and even tho open not taking orders

Good service. Friendly employee. This one is a plus for the business. Hard worker.

The service was poor the sweet tea was sour and they would not give me another drink in the place of it in my opinion they do not deserve any stars at all

Went there tonight around 11pm the guy on the mic couldn't take my order for 15 mins because the "order taker" was experiencing technical difficulties (his words not mine) and I'm sorry but I've worked fast food before he could have easily wrote down my order and served me he just didn't feel like doing his job and was using that as a excuse because he didn't want to work the last hr the store was open if the manager of this location reads this they seriously need to fire him and hire someone willing actually work fast food is one of the easiest jobs I've ever done in my life if you can't figure it out you obviously don't deserve anything...Idk what it is about this section of monument /Atlantic but nothing fast food wise in this Vicente is worth going to

I don't think I ever had a dry and burnt wopper before this visit

I'm never going back to this location. My food is always cold and stale. The fruit punch is disgusting. Conveniently, when I ask for a cup of water, they forget it. Lastly, the customer service is atrocious.

Manager on night Duty has bad attitude unprofessionalism not the kind of people you really want making your food I recommend firing some of the staff that are very unprofessional and ill-mannered towards customers and getting people friendly / people way too many Hoodrats working there need to be retrained and taught how to run a restaurant

So I feel the need to point this out: the restraunt will take your money and not give you food and it will take days if not weeks to get a refund.
Also I was being stalked by an employee at this location. He stopped me outside of target and told me he knew when I walked my dog what car I drove when I left for work and where I lived and asked if we could hook up. Obviously I said no but its uncomfortable also Ive seen him a few times when walking my dog on monument road when he rudely makes cat calls.

Ordered 2 Impossible Burgers and they were unbelievable. Light and tasty not bland like most health foods. My new diet includes two per week.

What a joke from door says open until 11:00 p.m. now it's 10:00 p.m. 5 people inside and already closed down front door only open for drive-through. Never again purchasing in here.

Horrible , Customer service!!! Location was super dead no customers manger was super rude as if she didn t want to serve us . We had a coupon and with a nasty attitude she said next time mention that when your ordering young kid next to her was also rude ! Acting clueless about everything like if he s NEW working there , smh will never EAT or recommend this location .

Rude staff who can't handle a simple order in the drive thru. The lady working the drive thru today at 7:20 p.m. has zero customer service skills and zero listening skills. Had to go to the Merril Rd location where the staff aren't complete morons.

Terrible. Order is never right and the food is just not at the old bbk standards. .. sad reading and following direction is critical. Saddest

The one at Regency just can't seem to pull it together. A lot of mismanagement and slow moving employees. Took over 20 minutes to get a takeout order of only 4 items.

Went through drive through and they said it's not working so we have to go inside. The person is chatting through drive through window at random friend. We go to lobby and door is locked. Then we knock and the guy tells us we can't come in then proceeded to yell at other employee. They let us in then guy starts to curse using F word and says that he has been here since 2 and that he won't be rigging is up so we better f*ck off then he yells at I'm guessing a manager that he better clock him out because he is going home. Then a lady tells us if we "want food we better be ready to wait" so yeah.... Basically they told us not to spend our money there and we had a group with us before a movie. So good customer service guys..... And a few of my friends were like... This is why we don't go to Burger King... And it's usually what I try to go for but oh well

I was quiet surprised how great and friendly staff was. Food was made fast, tasted fresh and good. Staff was moving like a well oiled machine. Everybody knew what to do and helped out. As soon as there was a slow down in dining room, members of the staff were cleaning out tables, trash, etc. Amazing management compared to other stores! Of course Cody the General Manager was there working. I hope assistant managers just as good as he is.

Drive thru person wasn't paying attention and when I got to the window they seem to not care. I did get my order fixed and the food was okay. Onion rings were salty. A 1st so I will write it off as a holiday thing.

Eat here alot cuz I go to physical therapy rt around the corner. Staff always very friendly n the food is hot n fresh!!!!!

I had to wait in line for / 1/2 an hour to get two milkshakes when I finally got to the window and paid the gentleman that I couldn't understand anything he was saying it took another 10 minutes for him to make milkshakes and one of them was only three quarters of the way full had to ask for straws had to ask for a receipt there was a policeman behind me he pulled up beside me and asked if I knew what was taking so long I told him his guess was as good as mine do you think I'm going back

Wait time is way too long and then I received cold fries of which I returned only to added an additional wait time

Noticed too much loitering in this place every time I visit, there were 2 booths with people sleeping. Wrong place to go and eat!

Lazy service! 2 hours before they close had no sweet tea. Got food order wrong. Spicy nuggets were mixed up with regular and not served hot. Took debit card but didnt say what we owed and didnt give a receipt.

Cold food, rude managers, terrible service, filthy parking lot, garbage over filled, slow slow slow inaccurate service. The outside has been redone but maybe you should focus on re-training your management team because no matter how decent the building may look it will never make up for the inadequacies of that team. How do I know? It shows in every single area of your operations from a sincere customer's perspective

Everytime we go is right before church. One does not have a lot of time. They always ask us to park and wait. Today, we were held in the first window. Then the gentleman tried to go away from the window with my card. I told him no. He said the only good register is the one in the second window. Wondering why then hr had to take my card in the first window. Then, when I get to the next window, they ask me to park on the side. So it looks as if they are giving fast service when they really are not. Finally, they did not give me a receipt. Not even after asking 3 different people. Had to ask a 4th time. Of course, they where trying to avoid my survey. They know what they did.

10/2/19 @ 9:50 The lady at the front is rude as can be. When I asked her what was in side the number six she started to ring me up for a number 1. When our food was ready she picked up our tray and waved it down not saying anything. When I told her all the fountain drinks were out and I wanted to change it out because there was nothing to drink except water but I didn t pay for water so she told me that i would have to pay the difference even tho they didn t tell anyone there drinks were out. Worst customer service worst attitude ever

No chicken fries, no ketchup, but an abundance of attitude from employees.

Nasty fish sandwich over cooked meat dry. Order 30 worth of food nothing edible.. gross

Such uncleanliness merits no more visits from this man. Also employees openly speaking about using drugs while they were out in the lobby. No modesty at all.

I work near by and eat here often during the week. The floor is always sticky. The second you enter you can feel it. I dont think they ever mop the floors. The staff is unprofessional and can be heard making inappropriate comments, yelling, and behaving in bizarre ways. On the positive side they do put together a wopper very well and I have been pleased with the food every time.

Clean, quiet atmosphere. Nice place for breakfast or lunch.

Slow going threw the window need to hire more employees

It was the most horrible whopper I've ever bought. I threw away half. 3 employees working. Went inside cause drive through was a mile long. I'll never go there again.

Got 2 whoppers@ $5.00 great deal. We had 4 of us. Delicious lunch.

I asked for my receipt and she looked at me with two heads. I then left and found she gave me the wrong receipt so i went back around and again with the attitude. What is wrong with these people throw away customer service. If you dont like your job leave, if it wasnt for the customers you would be out of a job, remember that

Got sick this morning from the chicken nuggets I bought yesterday at lunch.

I had a horrible experience here. I was discriminated against by the manager and employees. Just horrible. I will never be coming back to this location. It was around 5 pm after shift change. I cannot believe they would hire such foul people to run a store. I didn't even get what I came there for. If any member of corporate sees this, please I advise you to do your research on the team's you have hired. I am a white male and I was made fun of for the way I dressed by an employee and the manager on duty say and laughed after the comment was made.

Forgot one of my burgers from my drive thru order. Went inside and there were two other people in line waiting on their orders that apparently was wrong as well. The girl at the cashier area never acknowledged me. I stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes looking annoyed until she asked, "can I help you?" I told her about my musding burger and she didn't say anything just turned back around to pack orders. Then, a few more minutes went by, she slid a back towards me across the counter. What in the actual customer service is that?

We normally don't have a problem with Burger King, but this location served me a sandwich that was not for a raccoon. I ordered a double stacker sandwich off the broiler and did not get a chance to look at it until we were on the highway and then it was too much trouble to take it back. The sandwich was dry, burned, looked old, and had no good taste. I am shocked that someone actually served it, let alone accepted payment for it. They should be ashamed of themselves.
