Great remoded restaurant but the dining area is filthy. No one to clean and wipe down the tables. Evidence of the last people to dine on just about every table

Used drive thru, line moved fast. Burgers and fries fresh and hot.

Tonight I was THREATENED and was told the POLICE would be called on me and FAMILY.
FirstFof EVENTS. They made us pull up for 'FORGETTING' to make a sandwich, which then turned into them 'FORGETTING' the fries with the meals . Told the employee that they forgot the fries, the Manager ACCUSED us of 'doing something with them'?? So I asked for the GENERMA MANAGERS NUMBER. And was told at that point that they wier going to call the police.

This is SO UNACCEPTABLE!! AND beinh an ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER myself , I feel as though this DEFINITELY A FIRABLE OFFENCE!!

Awful-ly funny! I said my order twice, u get it wrong, and say you can't take it back? Yeah I can't eat this, that's why I corrected my order back to u and somehow it's my fault yall got it wrong?? No and it looked like this!!

One star only because they seem to forget sometimes that people waiting for their food on the inside are as important as people in the drive thru and sometimes depending on who they recently hire the service is
very poor but when they get it right they are good

The worst place to eat, they take too long and the attention is terrible I do not recommend it to anyone.

The worst service ever! I guess they have forgotten there are other restaurants nearby.

Went there for breakfast, asked for four double sausage 3 times, and one single. Got food, got four singles and one double. Went inside to get it fixed and was told that I didn't say our order clearly enough when the receipt shows four doubles. Staff got an attitude, and some lady in the back kept yelling "I'm sorry" in a rude and nasty way. Lady behind me had stone cold food. The staff here doesn't care and will blame the customer for a wrong order, like, seriously? Avoid this location.

Horrible service and customer service. I was told to pull forward and wait for hashbrowns being cooked. 45 min later, still nothing. Went in to complain and get a refund but they refused! They didnt even put my food order in.

I was never given a receipt after they took my money and handed me my drink. Thats a fault on YOUR team members. Not me. The manager could not even talk to me direct. Hope you enjoy Burger King management, ypu cant even do that right.

This location is not a good place to stop anymore. Before no choice of soda in machine & today no zesty sauce for onion rings. Staff not attentive to customers.

Bad service, the lady with the dirty blonde hair needs a reality check. She's way to disrespectful and loud. They are running this BK like a trap house. Everybody in there plays and it's always dirty as hell. Just close it down!! Kids come in there and sit for hours playing and jumping chair to chair andharrassing the customers for money and food. I wish, I could give it a ZERO !!

Was told I was on a timer and need to go around and come back while in drive through. Mind you, I just got there, only asked 1 question and there were still 3 cars ahead of me. Customer service is severely lacking.

The chiken nuggets my favorites with chips and coffee

This place is absolutly insane. Yesterday we came they didnt have whopper meat or change or sugar or cream or cookies. Then didnt tell anyone till after they ordered and paid that they didnt have anything lol...then today we came again they dont have bacon and we have bewn waiting well over 30mins to get 10 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches..and the so called manager wow she is so rude an older landy came in to gwt lunch at 10:35 and she said she didnt have lunch yet and so the lady ask when they wpuld be ready and she very rudly said "i dont know"

Walked in for beeakfast, waited a couple of minutes when I realized the staff was too busy talking to let me order. Shame, used to come here for lunch all the time.

To slow the guy new and very slow. When we first got there a girl was leaning on the counter doing something with register she was a employee when we got our food it was cold and we had to back 3x times to get the food that was missing

I am done with this location. Three strikes, and you are out. Ordering "my way" is simply not a thing here. Even when being charged for the changes, they cannot get it correct. Manager was very nice and understood, but my last 3 trips have all had the same mistake made each time. Sorry, BK, but others can do it better and will get my money. Best of luck in your future endeavors, alas our business relationship is over.

waited 10 minutes in drive thru for a straight forward order...we were the third vehicle to be pulled to the side to wait..

Fast service. Manager was very on point keeping her crew getten it done during lunch time rush.

Had a chicken sandwich and it was nasty and the fries were soggy. The only thing that was good was the chocolate pie.

Slow... my food is always stale tasting or my order is wrong. I don't even bother wasting my time or money there anymore.

If you love jesus you will not eat here, the most intelligent thing working there is the toilet.

Food was ok after I asked them not to serve me cold fries that had been sitting there.... the staff has no personality....when you walk up to the counter they just stare at you....oh, and don't expect a "THANK YOU"...it ain't happening.

This will be the last meal from BK. Used a coupon for 2 burgers, 2 sm fries, and 2 sm drinks. Added cheese, order of onion rings (did not receive), and a shake. Coupon for $8.99 plus tax. Of course charged more for the onion rings and milkshake. $6.00 additional for the onion rings and the shake. Remember, did not get the ringTs old window person to put the 2 sm drinks into a bag. Hew as credulous, asked some one else if that was possible, and proceeded to tell me no. I have fast food experience so I know it is possible. The burger had so much goop on it, it was all over the wrapper.
This is not the first time I have had problems with this particular store. Will not return.

This is the best BK in the Jacksonville area. I would have given them 5 stars, but while they make some tasty BK, they forget stuff all the time. Check your bag before you drive away.

Slow service but great food , food is always hot and normally good service , slower service on weekends

3 strikes you're out. After moving to the area I thought it was great that I had a BK right down the road, that quickly changed. The first time I went they informed me that their shake machine wasn't working... Ok forgivable things happen. The second time I went not only was their machine still not working but I had to wait 30 minutes for my chicken and they were out of Dr.P... The last time I tried I sat at the drive thru moniter for 5 minutes without being greeted so I called out "hello" and was yelled at thru the moniter that it wasn't working. Funny since it worked well enough for them to yell at me through it. I wish I could give this place negative stars... what a disappointment.

It's a Burger King, and the food is pretty good for fast food. The place has been all remodeled in red and wood.

Ghetto little girl rushed me on making my order. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to purchase...So I drove off their lost....they need to hire people with manners...

I love the original chicken sandwich. Always hot always fresh.

Pulled into drive thru at 11:04am today ( Sept 5, 2017). The breakfast menu was still up. Lunch should be ready at 11:00 if breakfast ends at 10:30. Not today. There were behind with no eta on when lunch would be ready. We were turned away from ordering any lunch during lunch hours.

Things that went wrong:
No offer of a limited lunch menu- the things that were ready- was made or could be made quick. No eta on when they would be ready was made.

Why were you still serving and making breakfast at 11?
Why was no lunch ready? Fries, onion rings, nuggets. If they were ready, why no mention?
Why was no mention made when you were to greet the customer that there was only breakfast?
Who was the manager on duty and why were they behind?

The signs were in a good condition.

Recommendations:
1. Retrain staff in prepping.
2. If you are not ready, say so immediately after you greet the customer.
3. Don't make breakfast after 10:30. You can sell what ever you have left.

I went today August 14 2020 at 11:10pm drive through with a Family bundle coupon and they didn t wanted to take the order because (they are about to close) when they close Friday and Saturday at midnight. I told her that you guys close at midnight and she answer no, we are going to close in a few minutes and we only have fries. This is the second time I went at the same hour and deny me the order. They just want to work and extra hour doing nothing and being lazy.

went to the drive-thru, the person taking my order was very rude, badgering me to hurry up when I was asking my son what drink he wanted because they were out of sprite. At the 2nd window, the rude server got our drinks wrong & muttered, "That's what I asked you". We just wanted 2 chicken nugget meals 1 with sprite.

Staff was awsome but food was no all that but employees where very nice polite and very help

Sad to say my son had to have a fish sandwich and they were way over fried...

Horrible customer service!!!!!! Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!! Don t go to this Burger King. Drive the extra miles to go to a different one or spend the extra money and just go elsewhere. Horrible. Employees very rude. If you are going to shit talk your customers at least mute your headset.

I had an experience that I haven't had in a long time visiting two different Burger King they're very unprofessional with breakfast and lunch they serve Cole food and breakfast they don't care how they serve you in the evening most of the time they're playing around

Walked in trash can overflowing at the door, some kind of sauce all over the top of trash. 2 employees on break sitting down. Trash on tables inside and out. Sticky floor. I walked back out. Won t be back for another year maybe

It's ok but don't come here past 6pm the night crew sucks.

Order from here via grub hub and when I tell you my food was all the jacked up till it didn't make no sense. First off I was missing half of order, 2nd the part I did get was cold, old, and was the wrong food. So I call them told them the dude said take it up with grub hub cause the driver can not come back here. Like what that how burger king get down now higher ppl from with no cs , no manners, no nothing as long as they can pass a test I see why a lot of companies are going to go with AI and stop giving humanity a chance.

Poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken, nobody else was ahead of me in line! And when asked to cut my sandwich in half, the gentleman said they don t cut them in half? I have never heard of such thing. And then demands that we have exact cash or debit card? Sounds like some fishy stuff going on.

Very rude management staff and the $8.00 burger looks like the one that cost $2.49. If you like super sweet tea, this is your spot!

with most people staying indoors through this COVID19 phase, it seems a lot of fast food chains are taking advantage of those of us using delivery services to get our food since we aren't going out. ordered from store 1197 (Monument Road Jacksonville Fl) one burger was completely wrong, the chicken sandwich tasted like it was rolled in a bowl of salt, the diet drink that was ordered was a regular. they know they can get away with it and that some of us don't have a vehicle to get there which is why we use a delivery service, so they know we can't bring it back and that the delivery service isn't required to do so either. won't order here again unless actually going there and ordering in person. I have also had this problem with other places I have ordered from recently including a couple Chinese and Seafood places .... places we have NEVER had any real issues with in the past.

Friendly on most days and professional on some.food is always hot never had an issue yet however the cookies was burnt and hard wouldn't get that again. Then they tried to charge for city "WATER" yes people water .30cents i said hell no nevermind on that.. So went back a week later ask if they charge for water to another girl she said no. I feel someone was trying to fix their cash draw that may be short later.but in all they are ok i give 2.5 stars bur watch out for the insider crooks.

Terrible. Employees are miserable, service is sub par, and somethings always wrong with my order. I don t know why I keep going to this location... I went through the drive-thru an hour ago, my fries were cold and stale, I waited at the window to see if they could give me fresh ones and the girl avoided the window so I wasn t able to ask. I gave up waiting and drove away. Again, like I said before terrible service!!

Foods always stale and sometimes not edible. They probably leave the onion rings out all day. Fries always over salted. Don t get ANYTHING breaded. That s all you ll get is breading

Some off the staff at the drive thru window is very rude..like personality, management needs to have a talk with the staff about the way they greet the customer's. But, I do like the food.
