Review of Burguer King

Forgot one of my burgers from my drive thru order....

Forgot one of my burgers from my drive thru order. Went inside and there were two other people in line waiting on their orders that apparently was wrong as well. The girl at the cashier area never acknowledged me. I stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes looking annoyed until she asked, "can I help you?" I told her about my musding burger and she didn't say anything just turned back around to pack orders. Then, a few more minutes went by, she slid a back towards me across the counter. What in the actual customer service is that?
