We took 4 cats in after a referral from the Hope clinic, and were seen quickly. One of them is semi-feral and the staff was more than capable of properly handling her. After one of the girls developed an infection the vets quickly saw to it she was diagnosed and prescribed meds to start treating it asap. They are quite knowledgeable and fast acting even with feral or semi feral cats which was important to us as feral caregivers.
