What a bad experience could not have a peacefull meal because of intoxicated clients harrassing us and even taking food out of our plates. Will never visit this place again.The management did not offer our money back on the food, only offered to replace the meal, who would want to have another meal after this experience? PATHETIC STAY AWAY.
Great local pub. Regulars hang out there often. The place is booming on Friday and Saturday evenings. Food is also very good. In some areas a bit pricy but great quality.
Good food, good vibe. Enjoyed the lige music. Rib and prawn combo for under a hundred bucks is excellent value for money.

Local dive as they say, but it isn't a dive. It's a franchise-quality small pub, the food was exceptional and the beer was cold and fresh. It's a friend's "local" and he likes it because you go in, sure you get eyeballed by one or two patrons at the door but once inside you're left alone ro sit, drink your beer watch the sport and the waiters are, well waiters, they check you're okay, advise on the menu, bring you refills. He's had great evenings chatting with the owner, passionate sports fan.
After the assurance that the chef is a wizard when preparing sea food I was sold (a takeaway) hake that had been obliterated in what I assume was a thawing exercise, primarily as the delay was due to the fish having to be thawed before preparation. The rice and sauce had clearly been freshly prepared and was the only edible foodstuff in the container.
Not the old Seafood Terrace, but friendly service and the food is great! A true gem in the heart of Wierda Park! Remembering good times with good friends!! Go.. it's great!!

Not just another Pub!. Good food, a good bunch of people that go mainly over 12 so no oe has a bad attitude, there is never trouble there. Always wind up Eating to much, Maybe drinking to much but always have a good time when we are there. Friendly and very helpful staff. Keep up the good work everyone.
Waiters are friendly, the quality of the food are very good and well prepared. The waiting time are also very good. The atmosphere is also very calming and the music isn't to hard. Keep it up.

It might be a small establishment, but the owner an management know what is required to have an awesome experience. Service is great, but the food and menu is the highlight. The food is 10/10, try it and experience unexpected greatness. 250g rump recommended.
Very dissapointed today , Eisbein was sticky and moist basted. Who does that ?Eisbein is supposed to be crispy on the outside. It was as if it was cooked a week ago and only re-heated in the microwave . Veggies was also watery,tasteless and bland ! Not much was done after complaining. Sadly we won't be going back there.

I just want to say I was very disappointed in the service and the beef tail before. We went to dinner again today. Fred thank you very much that beef tail was fantastic and our waiter Johan you are a star. I would really recommend the beef tail.
This place is absolutely disgusting, the food is terrible my friend and I ordered a rump steak each and it was overcooked, then the manager cooked two new rum steaks and in the middle they were raw and cold. The wine was warm aswell as the bottle of water that we ordered. Do not even think of going to this disgusting place. The service is impeccable.
