Chris Gable helped make my experience with Buerkle Honda a very pleasant one. There was no sales pressure when picking out my new CRV. Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Dealership is excellent, though I have struggled with the service department. During the first tire rotation on my new car, they decreased the air pressure in my tires below 30 psi (I cannot fathom why). When I left the dealership the tire light immediately came on and I had to put air in them. During a tire rotation I would expect my tires to be inflated properly.

Service Department Greeted me by name when I got out of my car! Service Department delivered exceptionally great service. There is several flavors of Starbucks coffee to choose from as well as an assortment of tea and snacks. The waiting room is luxurious!! It has phone chargers and couches and desks and tables and television and lots of room to spread out!

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Hard to get a hold of on the phone. I thought they went out of business or just were too lazy to answer their phone. I'm shocked that they even meet Honda dealership standards. They shouldn't be associated with Honda whatsoever. Incredibly lazy service. I had an engine light turn on and I knew something was wrong with my car and they took 3 hours to get back to me. I do not trust these guys at all.

Bought my certified pre-owned Honda fit at the Maplewood location! I came in with a specific car that I was interested but unfortunately it was already sold; they sat down and looked up similar vehicles they had available and helped me find one just as great! Process was super easy but it did take some time to be approved for the small car loan! Haven't been to the service center yet but everyone else on site has been helpful

My wife and I both have taken her honda civic (purchased new from this dealership) in for maintenance and have had issues to say the least, about 2 years ago the technician working on the oil change forgot to tighten the drain plug. They resolved the issue and have given us free oil changes to 100k miles, that's fine but the real issue I have with this establishment is the service centers lack of speed. I pulled in the service bay today which was about 1/2 full for an appointment I made last week to have the oil changed; and it took several minutes for someone to notice I hadn't been helped. After someone asked me if I had been helped he went to go look into my appointment about a minute later I was helped but couldn't help myself from noticing all the other employees just sitting behind the desks not helping others driving in but just sitting there. All the small shops I go to have active people at the front desk helping the customers that walk in. Well I feel like this place is really lacking those great customer service employees that want to get people helped as soon as possible. And another note, I called yesterday to ask a question for torquing spark plugs and the man over the phone seemed annoyed to have to be dealing with me, I was told just look it up online and that their technicians don't speak to people over the phone. I only wanted a number, I asked the person if I could speak with someone who would be willing to help and gave him my phone number because everyone was busy helping other customers. Needless to say I never got the information I asked for from them and had to call an auto parts store which told me in a minute! I am glad today is our officially last "free" oil change because the lack of service and speed at this dealer won't be missed by me. Also over an hour for an oil change with a free car wash is too excessive for me, that's with an appointment! I would hate to try and do a walk in oil change I would probably end up waiting twice if not longer.

My name is Tong Lee. Please comprehend that the following written expression is based on my personal experience with Buerkle Honda's service department. I am writing this concerning a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change procedure that I had endure on March 26, 2018. My scheduled appointment was at 4:00 pm. I arrived at 3:55 pm. The service person who checked me in told me that my wait time would be 1 hour. I cordially agreed. At approximately 5:05 pm, the service person who checked me in came and told me it would be another 20 minutes of wait time. After waiting until approximately 5:35 pm, I went to the front desk and asked what is happening with my vehicle, which came into the service department for a simple oil change procedure. The person who checked me in overheard me talking with the person behind the desk and told me to come over to her desk area so she can check me out. After she checked me out, my vehicle was supposedly in the wash area. I waited approximately 3 minutes for it after I made full payments.

I came for a scheduled, simple oil change procedure (which should have lasted no more than 30 minutes) at 4:00 pm and did not leave until almost 5:45 pm. This is unacceptable and beyond discourteous. My loyalty has been shattered with Buerkle Honda, considering this is the 2nd time I came here for service. My attendance will be with another Honda dealership within the forthcoming service dates for my Honda Civic.

My husband and I purchased our third Honda - a 201...

My husband and I purchased our third Honda - a 2016 Pilot EX-L - from Buerkle Honda last night. We had a great experience with this purchase, thanks to our sales consultant, Josh Branham. From the moment we walked in the door last week to look at the Pilot and test drive one, to getting a quote, then working out all of the purchase details, Josh was awesome! He worked hard to give us the best deal possible (better than any of the Honda dealerships in the Twin Cities), keep us updated re. when our Pilot would be ready, and then finalizing the purchase last night as well as giving us a very detailed orientation of our vehicle and its operation. Mike in the business office did a fantastic job as well. He took the time to explain all of our options re. extended warranties and walked us through all of the details re. the final cost of our vehicle. To top it all off, our Pilot was waiting in the pick-up area with a big red bow on the hood. Josh knew that my birthday was this past weekend and was hoping that we could pick-up the vehicle on my special day, but circumstances beyond his control prevented that. The bow was a nice, final touch to our Pilot purchase experience. Thanks for everything, Josh! Mike and I will definitely come back when it's time to purchase our next vehicle.

Nick in service is the man!! I bring my wife's Odyssey in anytime it needs service. I have even brought my truck in when it needed an oil change. He always takes care of things in a timely manor and are very professional!! If it wasn't for Nick I don't know what I would do. This guy deserves a raise!! He takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and also takes the time to explain things to me, if its not I know he will help out in any way he possibly can because he actually cares. In a world were car dealerships are broken in many ways this guy shines through and does his job well. Thanks again Nick for all your help! Everyone there in service is great!!

I bought my first used car in decades with Scott's help. Turns out this is the perfect car for me 2013 Civic LX with 21,00 miles. They also mentioned that my cabin filter was dirty and that my brake fluid was black. I drove home and bled my breaks and changed my cabin filter. It turns out that they were honest about everything!.

We went to Buerkle looking to see what 2015 Civics were still in stock before making any decision on buying one. Our salesman (Travis Moreno) was wonderful to work with as he didn't pressure us or force us to make any decisions. Yet, after talking and looking over the available stock we ended up leaving a deposit on a blue 2015 Civic EX before leaving the dealership. We returned to get the car and Travis was good enough to go through every bell and whistle on the car, plus sync up my phone with the car. The next time I need to buy a car, I would definitely want to work with Travis again. Thank you Travis and Buerkle.

I am from Missouri and I was in Minnesota during Memorial Day weekend when a piece of moulding came off my Honda Element by my windshield due to some inept guys at another windshield repair place. It was of course a Saturday and the body shop was closed. Randy at the parts desk helped me get the parts I needed despite it being busy and explained how to get it back on myself, which save time and money. Very handy when you are out of town and not sure what to so. Thanks!

My favorite dealership to bring my CRV to! Customer service is consistently friendly, responsive and awesome. I love the diagnostic reports they give us after every visit to keep us updated and informed about our vehicles. As a woman, not once have I ever been spoken down to, given over-simplified information (because why bother explaining to a girl) or treated condescendingly at Buerkle. Everyone I have worked with has been respectful, honest, direct and overall pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this group - especially for the ladies! Thank you Buerkle Honda!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dave Price on a lease. He was so kind throughout the whole process and it was so fast without feeling rushed. He even sent a follow up email a week later asking how I liked my car which I thought was a thoughtful touch. The finance person, Cheng was awesome too! We have use their service department many times and always get great service. I would highly recommend Buerkle Honda. Everyone we encountered was so nice and I cannot recommend working with Dave enough!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Sales Associate completely ignored my request to finance through my credit union, and proceeded to apply at multiple other financial institutions. This is after I specifically requested for them to only run my credit union for the loan. Sales Associate seemed interested in the sale only, not in my personal requirements or needs. This dealer has recently expanded, and it seems like they have lost their focus on the individual customer as a result. After almost 20 years of having our cars serviced here, I am done with this business.

About 10 years ago we came here to buy my very first honda, no one in sales wants to help. End up asking for a new car sales person and was told that I can't afford the vehicle that I was looking at. End up buying the car at another dealership. Last week, decide to give this place another try. My wife and I was in the market for a new car for her. We're in the show room looking at the new pilot and yet again no one even bother to approach us or help us for 45 minutes and yet help other customer that just walked in. So I end going back to the other dealership that I bought my first honda and purchased the new pilot. The only reason why we even come here is because it's the only honda dealership for miles. Don't judge a book by its cover if you want to be a successful sales person.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2019 Hyundai SEL. The safety features, style, and handling of this SUV are great.

We were pleased with Joel in offering a very fair value on our trade and with Tom for providing expert handling of all our paperwork.

We were especially impressed with Teal for her professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the Hyundai Santa Fe. She understood and explained all the features and benefits of this vehicle...relating to my wife and I how great of a vehicle this is. And great it is!

My wife and I were looking for a new Honda Odyssey. We went to three different dealerships and our experience with Jeremy Miner and Buerkle Honda was definitely the best experience. What I appreciated about Jeremy was his honesty and straightforward attitude. He wasn't trying to hide anything and he told me what he felt I needed to know, and he was right. He was willing to explain more but didn't want to waste my time, and I appreciated that respect for my time and needs. He's a funny guy and felt fully comfortable with the atmosphere at Buerkle Honda. Very spacious and comfortable there. Love the free gummy candies (for my kids of course) and drinks. In the end, Jeremy and Matt Stenstrom (Sales Manager) came up with an amazing deal for me and I went through with leasing the Honda Odyssey from them. By far the best experience I have had at a dealership in over 10 years. Great job in keeping a positive and comfortable environment Buerkle Honda!!! I will be sure to recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

The salesperson was nice enough at first, I liked how they just let us alone to explore the vehicle and go out on a test drive. When it came to negotiating, we didn't buy at Buerkle, but got our vehicle for over $1,000 less at another dealership, plus a 10 year/100,000 warranty thrown in. The other dealership also had at least as nice, if not nicer, salespeople. When we told our salesperson at Buerkle that we could get a better deal elsewhere, he didn't offer to match it and blew off the value of the extra warranty in a way that seemed to say we were not really smart for putting any value on it at all. My advice is to shop around.

Salesman (Travis) was great. He worked hard, followed up and was very responsive. Unfortunately he is surrounded by seemingly incompetent people in the business office. (Tom, Mike) They don't understand how to title a new car in another state. They misrepresent facts, don't follow up, don't do what they say they will do and seem to care little about getting the job done once the check has cleared. Some might even say they lie to you. Costco recommended Beurkle as part of their auto buying program. Get a price from Beurkle but buy elsewhere. Beurkle.....never again.

I had call and contacted Buekle Honda White Bear Honda which was on the internet. Which receptionist answer and put me in contact with sales person Garret. I had a talk with Garret describing what I was looking for and issues that I've encounter with other car lots as well as sale person. I believe I had made my self clear regarding as long as we are talking apple's to apple's not watermelon to grapes. Wich when we had talked that they would give a good trade in value gave an estimated value for it.
Now here's ware it gets very interesting and we had this talk several times on phone and during in the face to face meeting today. I had let them drive the truck as well I had drove there truck. They came back with pricing on there truck which they did not drop price one cent. My trade in was not even close to being acceptable not even close to budget which we had talk about. So what was told to me is that basically that they don't discount there cars or truck. But I should discount my truck and give it to them with higher payments. Now no warranty truck is 8 yrs old buy as is with tail light warranty. Which means when they don't see your tail lights what happen dig your wallet your going to need it.
To sum up this dog and poney show. At this time I would not buy nor trust this company and most of all sales or finance person. The experience that I had I would rate them - 10 for BS and TRUST FACTOR NOT THERE.

Jim Raaf and everyone else I worked with at Buerkle Honda were incredibly helpful and easy to work with throughout the process of purchasing a new Civic Type R! Anyone looking for a CTR knows that it is a very hard car to track down and often a frustratingly difficult buying experience. However, that couldn't be further from the truth working with Jim. Jim made the entire process incredibly easy and kept me updated with the perfect amount of communication. Furthermore, purchasing this car in December required that I swap out the stock wheels/tires for a winter set, Jim went above and beyond to ensure that the new wheels/tires would be installed prior to delivery at a very fair price. The CTR is a special car and I cannot thank Jim and the Buerkle staff for treating it as such. I highly recommend Jim and Buerkle Honda!!

I write reviews both good and bad, i think it is beneficial and important to note both as a consumer and a marketing executive. I had such a disappointing experience with Buerkle Honda/Hyundai Collision this last week until I got my car back today that I had to share. I was involved in a very minor accident, basically a truck backed into my car in a parking lot and left without leaving a note. The damage was just a little broken piece of the grill and a small dent in the hood, not cracking through paint or clear coat. I brought it in Wednesday of last week because they said 2 days max for completion since it was simple, and i had a wedding on Friday so i agreed. Needless to say Friday came and gone with no call or heads up. I called tried to inquire and Bob brushed me off said 2-3 more days. Monday came, still no word, i called again. Got the run around again, but the lady (Kelly?) was a bit more understanding. Called again Tuesday and long story short finally got my car back. 5 business days and 7 days total, more than triple what they said. Not one mention of sorry or admission of fault until I picked up the car, and to-date no mention or attempt to make things right. And to top it off they gave me the car back dirty.. no car wash per usual with any service there. It was just a very disappointing experience and they don't realize that not delivering on what they say affects more than just you not having your car, your home life and work could be affected too, in which case mine was. When I mentioned that to them they had the audacity to say - why didn't you tell us - we would have hurried up... Anytime I get an oil change or regular maintenance service there it is a good experience. I have used collision there before as well and had a fine time, but this time but far from that.

Called throughout the nation looking for a reasonable deal on a Civic Type R. California dealers were marking the car up AT LEAST $5000 over MSRP! After speaking to over 60 dealerships, I called Buerkle in Minnesota. I spoke to Molly Gray and she was hands down the nicest person I had talked to in the whole country. She was disarmingly charming and was able to get me a great deal on a Type R. Molly and Scott Bohnen the finance guy made purchasing a car from across the country relatively easy. My 2018 Championship White Type R came in to California a couple of days ago and I could not be happier! Thank you Molly and Scott!

I have been bringing my Honda Civic for service to Buerkle Honda for a couple years and have always had a great experience! During my last oil change in December I just looked at the new cars, I knew that I wanted the new Honda Accord Sport but I struggled with having a car payment when I really didn't need a new car. Chris Doffing was very helpful in answering all of my questions and even followed up with an email. I honestly thought, oh great they are going to keep calling me and pestering me but that was not the case at all! He just said well let me know if you have any questions. I just told him I am going to hold off for a bit. It was that easy!

Well 4 months later I decided its time to buy a new car and since I have always had a great experience I definitely wanted to go back there! I even thought about going to Inver Grove Honda but had never been there, even though its closer to my house but thought why risk it?! I dreaded the whole process of buying a new car, you know, the usual - well how much are they going to give me for my Civic and what the price of the new car would be. Well this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car!!! I walked into Honda and Chris wasn't working so James Hanson approached me and was very helpful!!! He gave me what I wanted for my car and a great deal on the Accord Sport, I never had to haggle which was shocking! He also took the time to go through all of the features with the Honda Accord and was very patient and helpful answering all of my questions!

When it came down to the financing part, the important part, Tom Kulstad surprised me! The whole process was so quick and easy! He worked with me in getting my payment where I wanted it to be and really helped me out! He truly cares about the customer and wants you to leave there happy! Definitely no buyer's remorse here! I LOVE Buerkle Honda!

I am posting a five-star my last post of one star had really nothing to do with the overall view of Buerkle Honda. Buerkle Honda is an awesome place to go. I had an issue in service since then I have spoken to the service department manager and this situation will get taken care of if I choose to go further with that situation on that being said once again Buerkle Honda is an awesome place to be if you're looking for a vehicle my sales guy was Chris Doffing he is also an exceptional sales person I look forward to seeing him again on my next adventure.

Great experience purchasing the car, but not good ...

Great experience purchasing the car, but not good service so far. My 2012 Honda Civic had rubber molding coming off due to the cold winter here, which is understandable, but the process of replacing that simple part has been a headache. I took the car in so they could take a look at it and order parts and they said they would call me when the parts were in, seemed simple. A month later I called them back inquiring and the customer service rep was not sure if they were in and said they would call me back. That didn't happen and I called back again a week later and was transferred to "Parts". The customer representative there seemed a bit surprised, but thought they should have contacted me at least by mail. While I didn't get anything by mail, it seems inadequate to let you know if a part is in via mail as the primary notification. Buerkle needs to have better communication between their customers. It is a simple part and it should have just been taken care of without all this hassle. Now I am waiting to see how long it will take at the garage, but the person who I was in contact with couldn't tell me and instead said he would call me back.

Easy, no hassle, no pressure and honoring the Costo auto deal program, I got a great car and very excited about my brand new Honda CRV! Scott S walked through all the details and Tom took care of financing and it was easy and friendly! No complaints and if I didn't expect to drive this car for the next 10-15 years I'd be back next year for another experience...maybe it'll have to wait for the next family member car buying opp!

My experience began with the service department when I moved to St Paul, Mn. 16 years ago and brought my 2000 CRV in for service.
I have always found the service department to be customer centric leading up to a service visit and during the visit and follow-up. They delivered what they promised at each visit.
As a result, I purchased my New CRV from Buerkle Honda.
My experience was very pleasant and professional - they listened to what I wanted. I am very pleased with each Buerkle Honda representative that I worked with during the purchasing process.

This place is great! I took my 2011 Pilot to Southeast metro Honda dealer and left with $8k in suggested repairs. I took ot to Buerkle for a $39 oil change, the same list of suggested repairs 50% less than the other! Yep going there from now on.

Since I had an ease of experiences w/ my previous leased car at Buerkle, I just decided to go w/ a newer car with this dealership again. In addition, all the friendly staffs and snacks were additional bonus.

I purchased my CR-V and the transaction was the smoothest I have ever seen. I didn't have to haggle when car shopping at this dealer and the first price quoted was a great deal. The staff was friendly and professional and I would go back again given the opportunity to buy another Honda. I am very happy with my 2nd Honda, and I will always recommend Hondas to anyone who wants a well built and dependable vehicle. Nothing wrong with other dealers, but I can't imagine them doing a better job than what I found at Buerkle Honda.

After my husband totaled his car it was time for a new purchase. We shopped around the different Honda dealers in our area and ended up going with Buerkle Honda because the sales rep. Chris Gable did such an awesome job, not only with his customer service skills of making us feel comfortable and welcome but also with his knowledge and honesty. We never felt pressured and this allowed us to trust and develop a working relationship with Chris. After finding the best price for us we ended up having to order the Accord we wanted and during the course of it being built Chris made sure to always check in with us and keep us up to date on its progress. Once the vehicle arrived Chris made sure the purchase process went seamlessly by having everything out, organized and ready to go. We are very pleased with his overall performance and service with us. We left being happy customers and it was a pleasure working with Chris Gable! :) Thanks again Chris!

I've always been well taken care of. Other repair garages almost rip me off about $2000. Giving me lots parts i needed to replace in my car. But when I took my Honda civic to Honda dealers on 61 north, the car didn't have any problem as the others told me. I've been driving my car over 4 years now without replacing none of what I was told to. I'm glad I went to the dealer. My car still runs great even though it's a 2006 civic. I'll suggest to all Honda users, don't take your car any where, take your car to them and they will take care of you. Thanks.

What I thought would be a half hour to an hour vis...

What I thought would be a half hour to an hour visit turned into a two and half hour visit, I was getting impatient. I did get a text while waiting to text with any questions. After one hour, I texted asking "how much longer?"
I never did get a response to that text. After another half hour I asked Marco what was taking so long. He then went to the shop to find out and informed me that "the computer got fried" and needed to be replaced but the part had to be ordered. It was nice to drive a new Ridgeline home. Just think I could have been informed quicker of the status and been out of there in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant.

Started taking my 2 Hondas to Buerkle 3 yrs ago when we moved to this side of the Metro. Always have had a good experience. The service advisors don't try to upsell you with silly add-ons. When they do recommend something they leave the decision to you and don't apply undue pressure. Took my 14 yr old CRV for an oil change and also told Dylan to let me know its overall condition and what I need to anticipate. A shifty service advisor might take advantage of this, but Dylan gave me a straight report and mentioned a couple things to watch for. No pressure. I like this place.

Went to Buerkle Honda after stopping at a couple of other dealerships looking for a Civic or Corolla for my parents. Met Jeremy Miner and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. No pressure to buy and thoroughly answered all my parents' questions. Scott Bohen was also pleasant to deal with for figuring out the financing and paperwork. Great experience and will be back!

I am so disappointed in my 2015 Honda CR-V that I have purchased from here in 2014. At less than 5,000 miles my windshield wipers stopped working. At less than 30,000 miles, a seat belt is worn/torn! At less than 40,000 miles my radio stopped working! Not to mention the tires that they sell on their vehicles don't even last 40,000 miles. How disappointing to finally take the plung on buying brand new and have more issues than a used vehicle! And guess who is held responsible for all of it!! Of course, the customer! You can not tell me these are not design flaws! To top it all off they don't stock parts to repair the services you scheduled over a week ago, so you have to make another trip and time out off your day to get it repaired! I will not buy another Honda.
