I'm looking to buy a brand new car and after learning of my mother's experience with them I will not be going to them. Her cars brakes have been squealing since she got the car and they told her it was normal... For a 2010 Nissan. And they weren't returning her calls. And the nouse just got worse. If they would've taken care of it in the first place there wouldn't be a problem. Now they refuse to do anything. So at this point I refuse to do business with a place that can't even return a call. They lost my business and family and friends.

He is always straightforward, honest and one of the nicest guys Ive worked with. He runs every scenario and works for you. The whole place runs like a family. The dealership is a beautiful new building, but it is the salesperson who puts the great finishing touch on the experience. Jim Raaf takes all the time you need to test drive and explain every amenity of your new vehicle. I had a great experience there as well as my parents. Picked up 2 cars in one day! Staff was very friendly, made sure we was comfortable while waiting for documents to go through, which was pretty fast and easy. Big thanks to Pheng Moua for helping us with EVERYTHING! He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns, and helped us to get the lowest payments as possible. Explained every detail bout the cars we was looking at before making our final decisions. I recommend Buerkle Honda for anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going place! Brought a car in for a recall and sat in the servi...

Brought a car in for a recall and sat in the service lobby for 2 hours with no updates this was supposed to be an hour-long repair and after 2 hours when I asked when my car would be ready I was told another 30 minutes needless to say I pulled my car and I left after 2 hours and 15 minutes of service having my vehicle and the recall repair was not even started. Everytime I bring one one of our cars in there it is a horrible experience. This is not the first service problem I have had and is exactly the reason I buy from another Honda dealership even though this dealership is 3 miles from me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Inver Grove Honda has a great service center.

All I have to say about burkle Honda is amazing our service writer was Raleigh Morgan and he did a great job in helping me figure out what was need to get my car fixed. He called me to give me updates on my car everyday when it was in the shop. I would recommend Honda to anyone that is looking for service on their car. And I would tell them to go to raleigh.

The sales experience was good. The sales person was not pushy and worked to accommodate my needs. He was also knowledgeable about the car's features.

However, post-sale the communication wasn't awesome. I had to call in several times to get the status of the accessories I had purchased and they didn't notify me when the license plates arrived even though my 21 day permit was about to expire. If the communication had been better this would have been a 5-star review.

we stopped there in December on a Saturday night to look at used cars and was not treated vary well I when we told the sales person that we where looking for a used car and wanted some info on a Honda Acord altho it was vary close to there closing time . Well I told my wife I would never go back to this dealer but never say never because we where looking for a CRV and stopped in there again and we started to talk to Jim about the CRVs and not long after we had found the one and Jim worked real hard at explaining all the features and gadgets and tom financing was a fun and easy to work with.

Great experience buying a car. I'd highly recommend Greg Lecy. The buying process was smooth as butter but the accessory process was a bit of a headache. They did however make it all perfect so overall a good experience. My only complaint is their parts department. Very slow and frustrating. Without parts, it would be a 5 star.

Jeremy at Buerkle Honda was wonderful to work with. I emailed back and forth with him for over a week about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I'd watch youtube videos and then shoot him a couple more questions. By the time I actually showed up on the lot I had all my questions answered and new the exact model that was the best fit for my families needs. I let him know about what time we would arrive and when we got there he had the vehicle running and ready for us to jump in to test drive. It was a smooth process and he was really knowledgeable about Hondas as he'd been selling them 20+ years. He took a lot of extra time to explain all the features and set up my phone feature before I left the lot. He always had great follow up to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. Great customer experience, couldn't have been better. I LOVE my 2018 Odyssey!

First oil change a wonderful success! I know it's only an oil change, but I was tackling this must-do item off my checklist in the middle of the busy holiday season, 7 1/2 months pregnant, with two toddlers in tow . I was so pleasantly surprised with how quick the service was, and how thorough and kind our writer was too (Ms Wright, I believe). The customer lounge was spacious and comfortable, and my kiddos enjoyed the playroom as well. Overall, I was very happy with my first Buerkle Honda oil change!!! Thank you!!!

1st time bringing car here for service. Great experience. Happy that their waiting area is much more spacious than Maplewood Toyota. The bathroom is also better than Maplewood Toyota (the only other dealership I've been to). They had a variety of coffee and snacks, but I wish there was tea (I'm a tea drinker). I look forward, continuing service with Buerkle Honda.

After my VW's transmission failed, I had to purchase a new car. I only had 69K on my 2003 VW, so it had served me well. I had determined that I would purchase a Honda - I was leaning toward a Civic. I went to Buerkle Honda with my youngest son. We met Chris Gable and proceeded to look at both the 2016 Civic and Accord. I ended up with an Accord Sport. Chris is very easy going - no pressure. Although I usually purchase through a car buying service, this was a pleasant alternative. I appreciated his demeanor and friendliness. Seamless throughout! I would recommend Chris Gable to anyone purchasing a car.

I am grateful that my cylinders are all firing as they should, and I appreciate the heads up on the the brake fluids.
I didn't know I was going to be charged for the diagnosis of my engine . About $120 .
Just to let you folks know, that is why I have a diagnostics program of my own. I would not want pay for that, because it told you information that I already knew.
The best thing for you to do would be to refund the amount of the diagnostic back to me.

I like your shop, and appreciate the shuttle service, and also that you are a union shop, and will continue to service my vehicle there as well as I am able.
I would have serviced the brakes on this visit if not for the charge of the diagnostics.

This is the only place I trust to take my car in for service. I ve received great service from each and every staff that has helped me every time I stopped in to get my car fixed. Today I had Mike help me and he went over in great detail about things that might possibly need to be done in the future for my car. Lounge area is very nice and spacious. Didn t have to wait too long for service to be done even though I didn t have an appointment. Always recommend this place for anyone who has a Honda.

It's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to buy a new car and my experience with Pheng Moua at Buerkle Honda was nothing short of fantastic. Pheng is very knowledgeable, informative and confident in his interaction. He listened to my automobile needs, answered questions like a pro and was very helpful in what was a wonderful car-buying experience. Tom Kulstad in finance was very personable and was also helpful in answering all of the questions that I had. Well, i May not know much about the car industry ...

Well, i May not know much about the car industry but i think i know a lot about a door latch light that is on drains the battery. When you spend $1935 on your car, you expect an excellent repair service and treatment.
As i was driving out after 2 days of using the complimentary rental service, i realized that the door wasn't closing properly the light was on too.
I humbly requested what was going on and i didn't like the lecture i got from Mr Buchman:
That i didn't come to fix the door
Thta the door wasn't working
That a new set of spare parts will be required
And worst of all i should just turn off the door knob buton!!
The mechanic was eventually called and agreed with me 100% the latch which costed 736 dollars to fix wasn't after all closing.after couple pull and push of the door(trial and error) the clocking sound went away and the latch closed.
I left and will never return here.

We were referred to Buerkle Honda via Costco program and we love it! Pheng was our agent and he was just great. He is experience, relaxed and helpful, to say the least. The last thing I want to get from a car salesperson was being pushy and Pheng was just very easy to work with. The test drive was totally fun and pain free, as we were driving around the area for almost 30 minutes testing all kinds of road surfaces. Pheng then patiently answered all the questions when we went back to the dealer, and he just made a few friendly recommendations for us and helped set up the car for us. Also the manager let us choose the form of down payment (debit or credit) and they found us a rate even lower than credit union to make our lives even easier. At the end of the day, we got a great deal on a 2018 CRV EX with the color and model that we wanted. We can't be happier. PS. the car dealer center was well-kept, quiet, clean and friendly - I highly recommend it!

They have a helpful and friendly staff at Buerkle Honda! I was matched with a vehicle that I really like. They listened to my requirements for a vehicle and matched me with one I really like a lot. They make leasing extremely easy.
Recently I traded in a 2018 for a 2020 HR-V I was in and out in thirty minutes with a new vehicle and cheaper payments. I recommend Buerkle to anybody who s in the market for a vehicle.

They never came and updated me while I waited on my car, they gave me a max of 2 hours and I waited for 2hours and 30 min before I had to find someone to ask about my car. When I went to ask the first person I was working with she passed the buck on another staff who had no idea how long I would be waiting then told me 15 min more twice and could barely offer an apology. And all this waiting to change out a BRAKELIGHT. My appointment was at 7am and still couldn't seem to get quality service. But they had no problem berating the runners for missing a customer while they stood around on there computers and talking to each other! Ridiculous. I literally live 3 min away from this place and will be going across town if I need service again.

While it was initially the Costco auto buying program that directed me to Buerkle Honda, it was communicating with Samuel Ballard that got me to the dealership and sealed the deal! Since I live on the opposite side of the metro area, it would have been more convenient for me to work with a dealership closer to my home, especially since they offered to match the price of the vehicle. However, Samuel s style of building a rapport, being patient and responsive to my questions while I researched my options, gave me so much comfort in working with him. Before leaving the dealership, Samuel made sure I had all my questions answered and took the time to demonstrate and help me set up many of the features on the vehicle so I was good to go as soon as I drove off the lot. I m absolutely loving my 2016 Honda CRV w/Navi! Though I hadn t originally planned on getting the navigation system, I m so thankful I have it and use it often! I highly recommend working with Samuel Ballard for your next car purchase. He is very personable and knowledgeable! Thanks for the stress-free experience, Samuel!

4th new Honda bought from Buerkle, and the 3rd one that Jim Raaf was our sales person. Easy to deal with, let us know when a car we wanted came in earlier than planned, looked after a couple of odd-ball requests I had quickly and without question. Likely will buy our next Honda from him as well.

The last time I had purchased a new car was in 1999, so both my knowledge of options on new cars and my skills at negotiating were rusty at best. Scott Steinberg and all personnel who assisted me were exceptionally attuned to my needs and comfort level. I ended up leasing an Accord Hybrid, and I am extremely pleased with the choice.

Chris is knowledgeable and -- more important to me -- authentic, honest and friendly. Buying a car can be an intimidating experience even when you have full confidence in the vehicle. Having a trusted sales consultant takes away the intimidation. I would very much recommend Chris to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest consultant!

We have a 2017 Honda CRV. 2 1/2 years old. 33,000 miles
We have had nothing but trouble every time we bring the vehicle in for service at the Buerkle Honda Service Dept.
The vehicle has had several major repairs already- including a new engine at 22,000 miles.
But, today's experience was just so over the top unacceptable, I decided to write a review.
Earlier this week, after one of the tires went flat, it was determined we needed new tires. Took the car in for this to be done.
Everything was going pretty smooth with this service visit for new tires on the vehicle. Honda was almost redeeming themselves from the several bad past experiences we have had there. Until I picked up the "UNWASHED" vehicle.
I was very angry the car was not washed. We just spent close to $1000 and they couldn't even follow through with the simple car wash -that they specifically asked me if I wanted when the car was dropped off.
If you ask someone if they want a car wash, you should either do it that day and make sure it is done or, if the weather does not permit car washes the next day, run it through the car wash and bring the vehicle inside while it dries.
Once again, we have been disappointed in Honda and the service provided.
Now, it gets even worse....................
Today (3 days later) I stopped in to have them run the car through the car wash. The service manager approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted the car washed since it was not done when I was there for service a couple days before. He then started to argue with me and kept trying to say they do not give free car washes. We went back and forth as I tried to explain I wasn't asking for a "free car wash" I just wanted what they told me they were going to do and didn't. He still wanted to argue with me on this, I got so mad I said, "just do it and I will wait outside!"
Are they really losing that much money on something so minor, that they need to not do it to begin with and then argue about it when asked to do it.
What kind of customer service of any kind of business treats customers like this? It has been so unbelievably bad every time we go there.
We keep contemplating trading the vehicle in for something else an cutting our losses.
Never Ever to buy a Honda again.

My experience at Buerkle Honda was fantastic. I worked with Scott Steinberg and Tom, both great experiences and help me to get this deal done in a busy Saturday. I'm glad I bought this car. I am enjoying my honda civic with all its features such as pushbutton start, auto parking brake, hands free cell phone, ECO mode, backup camera and more. however thanks to salesperson Scott. He was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the car, and thorough about the process.

Best Honda dealership in town!!! I have researched every Honda dealership in 250 mile radius prior to making up my mind. In the end I even compared them to dealers in Chicago. Buerkle was able to match and beat every one of them on price and terms of the lease. I had nothing but pleasure leasing a van from them. Chris Gable was very professional and diligent from the get go. I would definitely recommend him and Buerkle Honda to all.
At about 30 months into my lease they have contacted me and asked to return the van early. Ended up getting paid for doing that, that's a win win for me!!!

Got excellent service just now at Buerkle Honda. Took my Fit in to get the winter salt washed off. A young man named Austin cheerfully and in short order took care of my humble car wash. He noticed that my washers were pretty raggedy, which was true - I think about it every time the weather gets bad, but had forgetten to get it done. So he and Rodney, in parts, got them all replaced for a very good price (Rodney told me about a 15% discount for Costco members). Saved me some $$ and gave me service I needed with a smile. I was impressed by their helpfulness, timely service, and attitudes to help the customer. Great customer service!

This is my 2nd time purchasing new car from Buerkle Honda. First time I purchased a 2007 Odessey, this time I leased a new 2019 CRV EX, and eventually I will buy this car at the end of the lease. Sales team at Buerkle Honda is very professional and coustomer oriented. The most important is they keep their promise. We made a deal as the special price shown on their website. Before shopping at Buerkle Honda, we went to Hopkins Honda, which tried to use a fake online special ad to lure you in. Compare to them, I believe Burkele Honda is the No.1 dealer in twin-cities area.

I went to the service today for oil change because...

I went to the service today for oil change because it displayed A 123 and only 15% of oil life was left. I was told by the staff there this sign indicates I need to change oil , transmission fluid, do tire rotation, etc. I told him I just replaced the tires and agreed to do both the oil change and transmission fluid change. After one hour and 15 minutes he came back and told me the low beam light bulk was burnt out and asked me if I want to replace it or not. I was so surprised because it had been working fine before I went to the service. So I did not do the replacement. When I got home, I tried to see if it works, surprisingly again, it did not. I called back twice, someone explained to me that it is electric, so sometimes it works sometimes it does not. I know nothing about mechanics, but I do know before the oil change, it had been working fine. Who can tell me what had happened?

Just a quick note to express how wonderful my experience was at Buerkle Honda. I truly appreciated Mr. Roy Woodstrom. He is the "real deal!" Roy's personality, honesty and professionalism is exceptional. Not only is he a character, but he has character and that is a rare find these days! Great guy, plain and simple.

My experience at Berkley Honda was wonderful! I worked with Travis and Tom, both great experiences. I came knowing that I wanted to look at the Honda CR-V and from the beginning Travis was great to work with. No BS, just showing me the car I wanted to look at and helping me find the right features and packages for me. He is very knowledgable, if you go to Berkley Honda I highly recommend you work with him.
After deciding I was going to purchase the Honda CR-V my dad and I worked with Tom to get all the paperwork signed. I had a time crunch and needed to sign the paperwork quickly. Tom was efficient and everything was signed in 10 minutes (these guys know what they are doing).
If you want honest, efficient guys who know what they are doing ask for Travis and Tom!

We had an unfortunate incident with this dealership where a vehicle we had put a deposit on got sold to someone else. However, Buerkle Honda made good on their promise to make things right. We worked with Anthony (manager) and Molly (sales). They found a similar vehicle for us, added some options, and worked to meet the price of the original vehicle. Anthony went above and beyond of what I expected from a used car dealer to make the deal right for us, and emphasized that any questions, concerns, etc, to contact him. Our purchase of the vehicle is just the start, we will have a continuing relationship with this dealer. Thanks to Anthony, Molly, and Buerkle Honda for making this right!

My grandmother needed help bringing her car in to get serviced at Buerkle Honda and the new facility is wonderful! Our service writer was Raleigh Morgan and he was very nice and courteous to my grandmother! Would definitely recommend going there!

Had a fantastic experience with both Travis and Josh at Buerkle Honda! Travis helped us while we were looking mostly online as we wanted a specific CR-V and when we finally went in to purchase a car Josh was available to help answer all of our questions and more! Josh knew that Travis had been helping us over the phone so before he took us on as customers he consulted with Travis first and we thought that was very honorable/respectful! We had a great experience from beginning to end and left that day with our CR-V! Would highly recommend Buerkle and also Josh and Travis!!

Purchased a 2017 Accord back in September and love the car. Didn t have to haggle since it was already at a great price. Was about the smoothest process of buying a car experience I ve had. Shena Yang in sales and Tom Kulstad in financing were super helpful and willing to work with me. Definitely would purchase another car here.

Ever played phone tag before? Call this place and you will be passed around like a beach ball at a Nickelback concert. Every time I call I get forwarded to a different department and then have to wait on hold for 15 minutes until someone picks up the phone. Then I get told that they need to check in with a service adviser about something and then I get redirected to their voice mail. Needed to bring in a car for recall purposes and they tell me they don't have any loaner vehicles and tell me I'll need to rent one of their cars for $18 a day. And here I was thinking that I would't have to pay anything for recall / warranty.

I felt very lucky that I eventually went to Buerkle Honda to solve the IMA battery issue for my 2007 Civic Hybrid. Andy Hesley, a service advisor in Buerkle Honda, saved me almost $3000!

I bought the car a little over a year ago, and the IMA was a little over warranty. The cost to change a new IMA battery is almost $3k. Before Buerkle, I did go to another dealer, but the only solution they gave me was, I had to pay the entire cost out of my own pocket.

Andy Hesley was soooooo kind to help me contact Honda America, and eventually got the majority covered with only a small deductible. I can't thank Andy enough for what he had done for me!!!

I highly recommend everyone with Honda to go to this place for your car maintenance and any issue you will encounter! I trust Buerkle Honda, from the bottom of my heart!
