We have a 2017 Honda CRV. 2 1/2 years old. 33,000 miles
We have had nothing but trouble every time we bring the vehicle in for service at the Buerkle Honda Service Dept.
The vehicle has had several major repairs already- including a new engine at 22,000 miles.
But, today's experience was just so over the top unacceptable, I decided to write a review.
Earlier this week, after one of the tires went flat, it was determined we needed new tires. Took the car in for this to be done.
Everything was going pretty smooth with this service visit for new tires on the vehicle. Honda was almost redeeming themselves from the several bad past experiences we have had there. Until I picked up the "UNWASHED" vehicle.
I was very angry the car was not washed. We just spent close to $1000 and they couldn't even follow through with the simple car wash -that they specifically asked me if I wanted when the car was dropped off.
If you ask someone if they want a car wash, you should either do it that day and make sure it is done or, if the weather does not permit car washes the next day, run it through the car wash and bring the vehicle inside while it dries.
Once again, we have been disappointed in Honda and the service provided.
Now, it gets even worse....................
Today (3 days later) I stopped in to have them run the car through the car wash. The service manager approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted the car washed since it was not done when I was there for service a couple days before. He then started to argue with me and kept trying to say they do not give free car washes. We went back and forth as I tried to explain I wasn't asking for a "free car wash" I just wanted what they told me they were going to do and didn't. He still wanted to argue with me on this, I got so mad I said, "just do it and I will wait outside!"
Are they really losing that much money on something so minor, that they need to not do it to begin with and then argue about it when asked to do it.
What kind of customer service of any kind of business treats customers like this? It has been so unbelievably bad every time we go there.
We keep contemplating trading the vehicle in for something else an cutting our losses.
Never Ever to buy a Honda again.
