I received a DOA unit from them. I don't work for them though I have over 3 decades of customer service and sales experience. I sent an email to the address for returns. After 48 hrs. I didn't receive a response so I called. They instantly pulled up my email, gave me a RMA # and had an email with shipping label sent to me within the hour. I call that exceptional. I will follow up on the rest of the return process when it happens. GAG

We placed on order with them for 1000 tablets, we wired the funds (over $100,000), the shipment was never received. They say they sold the items we paid for, a month later, we still not have received the items ordered or a refund after many calls, e-mails and texts. They have lots of excuses, undelivered promised, and the worst customer service I ever encountered. I would strongly suggest you find another company to deal with as they are not trustworthy or reliable. Stay away from them Lawsuit is coming their way ASAP.

WARNING: Avoid them or it's sure to cost you! My company has experienced extremely poor service and product quality working with the people at Telquest International. We only placed a couple of orders with the company, fortunately. Our orders were for Polycom VVX-series equipment. We have seen heavily used equipment, repackaged with aftermarket accessories being sold as 'brand new'. We have seen defective units being rejected for replacement and a very poor RMA processes/policies. We sell thousands of Polycom IP phones annually for RingCentral, AT&T, and other providers and have never experienced this bottom-of-the-barrel level of quality and service/support. As a business owner, actively suffering the consequences of working with this company, I do NOT recommend buying from Telquest International or their alter ego, ATHQ which sells on over Amazon, NewEgg and eBay. They clearly operate in the gray market and don't backup what they sell with any manner of dignity.
