Great experience purchasing the car, but not good ...

Great experience purchasing the car, but not good service so far. My 2012 Honda Civic had rubber molding coming off due to the cold winter here, which is understandable, but the process of replacing that simple part has been a headache. I took the car in so they could take a look at it and order parts and they said they would call me when the parts were in, seemed simple. A month later I called them back inquiring and the customer service rep was not sure if they were in and said they would call me back. That didn't happen and I called back again a week later and was transferred to "Parts". The customer representative there seemed a bit surprised, but thought they should have contacted me at least by mail. While I didn't get anything by mail, it seems inadequate to let you know if a part is in via mail as the primary notification. Buerkle needs to have better communication between their customers. It is a simple part and it should have just been taken care of without all this hassle. Now I am waiting to see how long it will take at the garage, but the person who I was in contact with couldn't tell me and instead said he would call me back.
