I'm very disappointed in the way this store is man...

I'm very disappointed in the way this store is managed. The ladies at the counter don't seem to understand nor have an idea on how costumer service works. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. I've been a Summerport resident since this community was built and have never encountered such a poor costumer service. They have rushed me every time I've dropped packages and brushed me off. They act as if you are a burden to them. They don't let you finish your sentences, don't make eye contact, greet you etc. Corporate need to fix this. This is an ongoing issue. These ladies need to also understand that they are not the only postal store around and their bad attitude is driving costumers away.

I have been using this UPS store since 2006. I have my business mailbox at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional and go out their way to serve you. I highly recommend this UPS store.

So, today is not my first trip to this location. But each and every time that I come here I am treated with disrespect. The women who work in this location are beyond rude. Before I was going in to send a package and one seemed very standoffish and seemed annoyed that she had to help send my package.

Then today I come in with my arms full of boxes for Amazon returns, and the women there just points over to th the far left counter and say, Over there. I place them down and double check to make sure and she says nothing to me. She distanfully asks if they re all labeled I nod and reassure that they are. Then she asked if they were Amazon returns and I nod. Then continuing with her less than pleasnt tone, make sure that you have copies of these there s been things going wrong and getting lost . Again I nod and thank her for letting me know. And she scoffs and turns her head away from.

It s as if they don t like doing work, or that I m just a younger person and they have their millennial mindset about me and think that being rude and impolite.

Honestly I would give this less than one star if I could. No one should act like that towards a customer.

Rude, Unhelpful, Ripoff - Issue with Store 6655 same owner !

The owner of this store just hang up on me after she called to address the rude behavior of her worker ! I told her I FELT I was treated differently maybe because of my race and national origin. She hang up saying she does not discuss race!

1) This store tried to charge me extra for special order box claiming my printer would not fit into their largest box. However, another customer oriented store, packed it securely in the standard box with no issues !

2) The store then failed to void the tracking number and refused to help resolve the situation. The UPS corporate office was able to cancel the tracking number successfully.

I've been to this store more than 10 times and it's finally time for a horrible review. Every time I have been in here the staff has been very unfriendly, and this last time they reversed my shipment and sent it today to my office instead of the location halfway across the country!

Where I come from it's cordial to greet people and greet them back not to ignore my friendly greeting only to say "what do you need" after I say "Hi, how are you today"? If you don't purchase something from them or ask them to pack something so they can charge you an additional fee, they give you horrible service!

The associates at this UPS store are absolutely wonderful! They are so friendly and courteous and are extremely helpful. I do a lot of shipping, so this is my go to store and they never disappoint. Even with all the restrictions we are dealing with right now with social distancing etc., they do a great job!

Like the majority of the reviews say, the customer service there is horrible. They always have an attitude and I have witnessed them being extremely rude to a latina client because her english wasn't the best. I don't know the ladies name but she was being very loud and her face looked like a mean dog. Very unprofessional, that experience got me really upset because it was obvious that they were being discriminatory. Every time I have gone there I've never been treated nicely. It's like they don't want to be there. They should get another job then. I have no idea how it has a 3.3 rating, should be -3.3.

Mary is extremely rude and unprofessional. I dropped off 2 Amazon return packages and when I tried to talk she waved both hands in my face, as if telling me to stop talking. Then she angrily grabbed one package and huffed to the back of the store and threw it somewhere I couldn't see, muttering under her breath that she hates Amazon returns. I have read numerous reviews about this same woman and her behavior. I don't know how UPS could employ such an angry and hateful person.

Great people to work with! Have a mailbox for my business since 2017 and my experience has been very pleasant. All the ladies are always friendly and willing to serve. They're also very helpful over the phone saving unnecessary trips. My 3 year old son loves to come with me to pick up our mails and packages, since the ladies always have a smile for him (and candies on holidays). Highly recommended store!

My husband who has a disability and therefore not masked was kicked out of this store. The lady there was informed by the police officer who we called and filled out a formal complaint. She could of made it right and choose not to. This store is in a very very nice part of town and for any lawyers looking to for a great case this store has done this to others!! Class action law suit for being prejudice to people with disabilities and can t wear masks should be made against this store and probably UPS for not educating their employees.

Good times lol!!!
Avoid as much as you can. UPS in Winter Garden, USPS Windermere and USPS in WG is more helpful and accommodating. UPS in Hamlin Winter Garden is accommodating and just as near.

Trust all the negative reviews - they deserve each single one. I have been to this place many and many times. NEVER received a great service, most of the times was just acceptable until the last visit, which was the "last straw". As always, I try to be polite and courteous with every employee, greeting them and trying to provide a very, very brief chat (the usual good morning/afternoon, how are you? thank you / please / see you next time etc etc). But here... they can't reply back - they are too tired to say "welcome", "how may I help you?" or any other small talk. Usually you are talking to deaf ears - they are too rude to answer back.
UPS stores are famous for the rude-kind of treatment they offer (you want better service? Go to a FedEx place). But this store is the worst I have even been to.
They really have horrible customer service skills. And they don't care to improve it.

Customer service is clearly not a priority at this location. After standing in line for 10 min I was able to observe one rude interaction after another. One lady was very helpful but Mary was extremely rude and she didn t care if she came off that way. I watched her throw a guys package and it startled him. She told a sweet older woman that she pushed the wrong button now she had to start all over and I said hi and thank you very much and she stared at me. She was wearing a mask thank goodness, but it sure wasn t covering a smile. If you have a choice, I d steer clear of this location.

I am greeted by the same ladies since day 1 of living in this neighborhood, they have always been friendly. Some people say that the speed of service is slow, which I understand, it s only two people, some customers take longer, have more questions, the workers have to deal with pick-up guys, etc, etc. They are only human. It all makes up for it when they serve you with a smile.

I go to this location almost every other week. I m the one rolling in with many packages at a time. Sometimes I just drop off, sometimes I need a receipt and sometimes I need their assistance. The staff has always been pleasant with me. The only observation I have is that many customers don t have patience or that they have no clue what they are doing and they take their anger out on the workers. I feel bad for them because of the amount of packages they deal with (hey i add to their problems)! I think they do a great job with what they do and love the conveniences of their location and that they accept USPS packages.

I dread visiting this location, but it's close to the house. An older lady that works at this location can always be counted on for a cold attitude and complaints.

On a previous visit, it was my turn and I'm holding a heavy box in line. Her question, "What do you want?"

Today I was picking up a package that UPS left for me at the store. Her statement, "Just because UPS says it's delivered doesn't mean it's ready to pickup. We need two hours to process the packages. This isn't like a post office box." Ok, that maybe, but why gripe about it? I've already pointed out the package twelve inches from your computer.

I realize she may have personal situations that make life difficult. The customers aren't their to torment her nor do we need someone to grovel.

I'm hoping life improves for her and it'll be reflected in her work.

Went to this store and wanted to see the service myself. I read some of the negative reviews before and I have to say, they are right. Mary is quite rude and seems to only be nice to who she chooses. There was a white guy in front of me waiting for an Amazon drop off and she was very cordial, apologized for the wait and everything. When it came to me, she stared at me without saying hello , tilted her head downwards for me to put my package on the scale, and gave me my tracking receipt. None of the same cordiality or service she showed the previous guy.

Priti, I stated that because it s true. See all the other reviews? You ve done nothing to improve the service there. Mary IS unprofessional, rude and chooses who she is nice to. That is not a lie in the least and whether it s due to race or simply an attitude problem in your stores is your responsibility to address as the owner. Your other store on 6526 Old Brick Rd is terrible too. That red haired woman is totally unprofessional.

Didn't know of this place until recently. Convenient location right next to Publix (even though the trees kind of block the sign). Even a week before Xmas I had A+ customer service and a great experience thanks to Mary, who was very friendly, helpful and personable.

I just moved to the area and have not hooked up my printer, or scanner. I received a call late in the day needing me to print, sign and return an email. I did a Google search for the nearest UPS or Fed-Ex store as I have had good luck with these franchises in the past. I called this location and specifically asked how much it would cost me to print and scan one email prior to going over. I was told .10c per print and $1 for the scan. I brought $1.75 in cash expecting taxes. Its a good thing I brought my Visa, because what was expected to be a $1.25 ended up over $6! When I was being rung up I was told of the $2.50 email charge and the $1 per minuet computer usage charge. Not only was the computer slow as molasses, but i was getting charged the entire time it was loading!!! When I questioned the additional fees I got nods and under the breath sarcasm stating that the computer was leased (when I arrived the owner was clearly in the middle of a intense game of solitaire) and that I could have either scanned ($1) my document back to the computer ($1 per min) or email ($2.50) directly to my account. I know that most families in the area would not blink an eye at the 400% increase from the phone estimate, but I have two small children and we budget every dollar.

If you say hi don t expect to get a hello back. If you say thank you don t expect to get a you re welcome. If you say have a nice day you can expect to get an eye roll. Any time I come here for the simplest thing, literally to drop off packages with labels already on them - all I need is a receipt, you would think I asked this one employee in particular, Mary, to move mountains. She is referenced in many of these reviews. I would always laugh it off in astonishment and would be on my merry way, but she is so exceptionally rude for absolutely no reason it is unbearable to even walk into this location any more. Really terrible way to represent the company.

As per other reviews, Mary is the most unfriendly customer service worker I ve ever encountered. I returned a Spectrum cable box and she was pretty much tossing it and the remote all over the counter. And that s just one bad visit among many. My friends and I are now using the UPS Store on Old Brick Road.

This Store is full of incompetent people. Dropped a package off yesterday that I had to go to New York City also time sensitive. Just received my package which I paid $70 round-trip next day air . They shipped it to my house not to New York City. Fed ex US Postal Service DHL I recommend all three before these incompetent people.
