Any time I come here for the simplest thing, literally to drop off packages with labels already on them - all I need is a receipt, you would think I asked this one employee in particular, Mary, to move mountains. She is referenced in many of these reviews. I would always laugh it off in astonishment and would be on my merry way, but she is so exceptionally rude for absolutely no reason it is unbearable to even walk into this location any more. Really terrible way to represent the company.
