Trust all the negative reviews - they deserve each single one. I have been to this place many and many times. NEVER received a great service, most of the times was just acceptable until the last visit, which was the "last straw". As always, I try to be polite and courteous with every employee, greeting them and trying to provide a very, very brief chat (the usual good morning/afternoon, how are you? thank you / please / see you next time etc etc). But here... they can't reply back - they are too tired to say "welcome", "how may I help you?" or any other small talk. Usually you are talking to deaf ears - they are too rude to answer back.
UPS stores are famous for the rude-kind of treatment they offer (you want better service? Go to a FedEx place). But this store is the worst I have even been to.
They really have horrible customer service skills. And they don't care to improve it.
