Have been taking my Chevy Silververado here for service for about 18 months now and so far so good. Have been pleased. Only positive interactions with staff. Only issue was a part on back order for warranty work and no indications of when it would come b in but that was a GM issue vs Bruce issue.

Went to Bruce Chevrolet with the full intention of buying a late model pickup they had advertised on the internet. Discussed it at length with them before I drove the 50 plus miles to see the truck. Got there and the truck was not really as represented..had a few cosmetic blemishes that they had not mentioned on the phones. The I was treated to the idiot booth routine where the salesman goes back and forth to the manager with offers and counter offers and more haggling. They offered over $4000 less for my trade in than Kelly Blue Book said. I realize they need to make a profit, but they treated me like a fool right up until I got up and walked out. They followed me to my car upping their original offer by over $1500 but I was tired of the flim flam stuff by then and walked away. Purchased a much nicer truck the next day for a whole lot less money from a car lot in Woodburn.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Captiva from this dealers...

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Captiva from this dealership. I have had nothing but problems with the car. The service department cannot get it fixed. It has been in for the same problem 6 times and is still not fixed (I have been charged EVERY single time it goes in, regardless of their inability to fix it properly). I have filed a complaint with GM/Chevy which got no where because the dealership told them the car was fine & assured GM they would fix it. Which they DID NOT DO!! The service manager told me the best thing that could happen is a tree to fall on my car because it's just one of those vehicles that has lots of problems. I spoke with the General Manager who offered to trade my car in on another one. There is ZERO chance I will ever deal with this dealership again!! The staff was demeaning and at times flat rude. I will NEVER use this dealership EVER again!! I took my car to another dealership and they figured out the problem on the first visit. The other dealership was polite, listened to my concerns and even came and sat in the car to see what the problem was. Listen to the reviews and be very careful if you purchase anything here or expect to have service done here. I have waited over 4 hours for an oil change. I have a $10 oil change card for this dealership and I will pay $50 to have it done anywhere else!!! I have learned the importance of having a good service department that knows what they are talking about and stands behind their work!!! Bruce Chevrolet definitely does not!!

I am from Eugene, Oregon, and came to this dealership unexpectedly. I couldn t have been more pleased. James responded to my needs enthusiastically, kept me clearly informed, and found the car that I was told by another dealership, couldn t be found. He was awesome.
