Avoid the ER if at all possible. My husband was in severe pain, while in the ER Dr. Lyons never touched him. Never got closer than ten feet of him. Yet was able to give a diagnosis without ever putting his hands on my husband. And when I filed a complaint, it was swept under the rug. by the "risk assessment"team.

Great staff! Thank you to all the ER & ICU nurses for all that you do to assist and taking good care of my brother Manny Salas.

A very positive experience was had when my mother had hip surgery with Dr. strefling, and my dad was seen for an emergency appendectomy. Great start to finish from emergency department to surgical teams, nursing staff, physical and occupational therapists.

This place is unprofessional. Such a joke. I hear nurses talking about how hot fire fighters and emt's are. This place makes me sick. They show nothing to patients in need. Definitely need better staff or to keep personal life personal.

The hospital was very busy! It was Dec 26th after Christmas.The woman who checked me in was so rude Scruge would loved her. The triage nurse also was really rude and told me I should go somewhere else, like urgent care. I returned there because I had been there five days earlier and I felt worse.They told me to follow up with my primary care physician but she's closed for the holidays. The person who was my caregiver (Kim) also a little rude at first but was better when my wife came in. The ER nurses were very sweet, even though they were busy they asked if you were okay. The x-ray tech was great! My wife and I have been in Brownwood 3 years and we have been to the ER five times. We have seen Dr lion before and he was very efficient This was the first time we ever had a bad experience at this hospital. We will not return unless it's an extreme emergency. I would have gone to my reg physician but she's closed for the holidays.
APDATE:
Just recently I heard an add on the radio for the Brownwood ER stating it was available for all types of medical needs. Not so! They will fuss at you the who time your there and tell you go see your regular physician.

Here it is June and I am thankful I haven't been inside the Brownwood hospital since my last post. I'm 64 years old and need to live somewhere close to good medical care. The only way I would go to Brownwood Medical Center is if I was taken there uncontious or dying of loss of blood. We sold our house and moving close to Amarillo where I'm sure the medical care would be better.

Everyone treated me with complete kindness and respect. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for their fast and courteous work. Thank you everyone.

What a pathetic excuse for a hospital. That supposed Dr., Kim whatever her name is, could not be a bigger moron. Disgusting.Shameful.Embarassing. What kind of failure in the medical field do you have to be to end up in a joke of a hospital like this. Loser.

I have deliver both of my babies here and everything was beyond perfect, staff was attentive and very helpful every day. the nurses in the labor and delivery are the best and very Sweet and helpful definitely recommend this hospital

I brought my 17 year old grandson with severe abdominal pain and he got in immediately with no waiting. The staff is very nice and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and took care of my needs.

I was scheduled for a CT scan at 9:00 AM. I was offered the option to prepay and not file insurance, saving around $1,500, which was great. I just had to get there at 8:15 AM to do all the paperwork.

I got there around 8:10 and only had to wait a couple of minutes before I was called back. After the paperwork they sent me to Radiology, they did the scan, I left and ran by a convenience store for breakfast, and was back *at work* at 9:00 AM. They were on point that day!

I've always had good experiences at this hospital, but this was the first time everything ran so efficiently that I was able to get back to work before my appointment was scheduled to begin!

I had my second shoulder replaced at BRMC, the first in San Antonio. I will put our hospital staff and physicians up against any, much better experience.

Glad my chainsaw accident wasn t really bad or I would be dead. If you ever get hurt in Brown or Coleman County, head North to Abilene, West to San Angelo, or East to Fr. Worth!

Visited the ER a few times. Nurses were horrible. If you have an emergency in the area you need to just brace yourself to deal with some of the saltiest, most unhelpful staff around.

If I could I would give them -5 stars!! They completely FORGOT me in the ER waiting room after being there for an hour!! What's even worse.. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE!!!! On top of that I was told that I tore a ligament in my finger but only to find out that I dislocated it too. (Found this out from a doctor in Abilene,TX. )

The second floor ladies are amazing an so sweet always such a good experience any time I've been there.

I had to go to the ER last night and of what a horrific experience I had! The nursing staff and doctors in the ER are horrible, nasty people; I sat there for over an hour and listened to them make fun of other patients, and mock them to anyone who would listen. There was absolutely no level of professionalism. I ended up with a sprained ankle and the doctor was like "Do you really need crutches?" No I need a doctor who knows what on the @!$? he's doing. I will NOT go back to that hospital again! I'd rather bleed to death on the street than set foot in that ER again

From the moment I entered the ER til the moment I was discharged from the 4th floor I had the most amazing nurses and doctors caring for me. Being in the hospital is never fun but they made my stay pleasant. You can't go wrong with BRMC!

Have had X-rays done at different facilities with my kids and myself and this was the first time I have ever gotten in and out in less than 30 minutes! Got my bill...$15

My experience with this hospital was quite pleasant. The doctors are kind and easy to understand. The ER and ICU nursing staff are FANTASTIC!!! The food was great, too!

I had an outpatient procedure at Brownwood Regional and the experience could not have been better. The registration was simple and thorough. The OR staff was compassionate, caring, precise, professional and helpful. I highly recommend the Brownwood Regional hospital surgery department!

I wouldn't even give it a star, but you have to... It's Horrible!!! I would not even leave an enemy in this hospital, The ER is the worst part of this hospital, but the rest I will say are pretty good.

Worst experience of my life. They didn't even complete all of the necessary tests. They just gave me a fake diagnosis, prescribed meds that didn't match the diagnosis, and sent me home. And they were rude. They put me in what looked like a closet. There were boxes stacked up everywhere.

Couldn t have asked for a better team of nurses when it came time to deliver my son on 2/19/20 born at 2:06am. They did an amazing job!!!

I just wanted to say that Ms. Diane in scheduling is always courteous, kind, empathetic, compassionate and knowledgeable. In the rare case that she doesn't know the answer to an inquiry, she's goes above and beyond to find it! I've never had a bad experience with BRMC and quite the contrary, EVERYONE THERE is always sweet as pie!

I called this Emergency Room needing an address and they refused to give me their address. What ER refuses to give you their address????

The ER staff treated my wife like she wasn t important and the doctor that saw her was unprofessional, hateful, and uncaring! We didn t get his name because his badge wasn t visible but I will be reporting him to the hospital administrators

My daughter-n-law just recently gave birth in the labor and delivery. So disappointed with how they are not helping her learn how to nurse her baby. She also has asked for help to the restroom and 30mins later they show up. Some of the night nurses are extremely rude to her. They just seem as if they are there to just do the bare minimum. She was also given an epidural when she didnt want one. Do not recommend this hospital to anyone....

I recently had surgurey at BRMC Dr Strefling the staff in surg. Recovery were very kind answering any questions we had.. All the nurses on. 4th floor were great. Thanks to the therapy department for getting me ready for discharge. All the Drs nurses lab techs were so kind and encouraging. My husband and I were very pleased with the care I rec. Thank you all

seriously the WORST hospital I've ever seen. Nurse staff is extremely rude. Dr was unprofessional. They don't seem to really care about the patients nor their well being.

If you have to go to the hospital you'd have better luck driving to a different town.

I am not to sure about most of the staff and the speed at which they now do things but I was there around 2 years ago to have a surgery. The surgery was fast and great. I have not had problems with my knee since. However when I had surgery on my other knee for the same reason, I went to a different hospital and have problems with that knee still.

How is it a 86 year old man breaks his hip, goes through weeks of therapy and complains he still is in pain and you miss the fracture on his back bone? No matter what he said you all didn't take the time to look and make sure there was no other issue. Go to Abilene because this place is the worst I have ever seen and as a retired disabled Vet of 26 years I have seen some bad ones but this place beats them all. And they are fast to bill. You should pay for the pain and suffering see how you like a bill. The staff. Well one they they will have to answer for there behavior.

Great experience in day-surgery and spending the night to receive care. Nurses were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Also, checked on my husband who was with me. Bringing him coffee and bedding was defiantly going above and beyond with costumer service. Post-op staff was kind and courteous.

Came to the Er for injured finger, Brandy was extremely nice and helpful! Got back quickly, pain meds given, X-rays taking and quickly discharged! I want to Thank all the nurses and Dr Lyons. Would recommend this hospital to anyone! Thanks agai !

Great staff and customer service. My mom spent the weekend there and the nurses were very friendly and supportive with my mother, sister and myself. Keep up the great work.

A ridiculous wait time. Lack luster doctors and nurses who dont know anything when it comes to the patient. Slow responses. No answers. Getting an x ray for blood related problems which makes no sense. Very incompetent staff.

I have never had such intensive care. EVERYONE was professional and Very kind.

Everyone was so nice and got me taken care of very quickly. Dr. Worthington was awesome as usual. I had asked if he was there when I went in. He is so knowledgeable about my Fibromyalgia. My experience was a good one for having to go to the ER.

Shantell has been an excellent nurse to me, even willing to interpret for me in the ER (I'm Deaf) and I HIGHLY appreciated her kindness and professionalism. But Dr. Michael Lyons on the other hand, was/still is a rude, obnoxious a-hole. Was previously told to return if the migraine worsened, and it did, so when I returned, he said a migraine is not an emergency, and didnt see why id come to the ER, and didn't want to help me, OR write back and forth to communicate. Asked him to write it down and he continued to blab his head off til he realized I couldn't understand a word and that I gave up trying to read his lips and got fed up w telling him to write it down, then finally started to write back and forth. But even then, he was still being obnoxious. Even literally used the phrase "Sooooooo.........." like he's asking me what the hell I want (without saying the actual words), even had an a-hole attitude with me the entire time and made it apparent he didn't care and assumed i was a junkie and just wanted me to get out. So unprofessional, let alone for a doctor! Definitely going to make sure to ask who's the doctor is next time, and if its him, id rather drive 50 more miles to go to another ER. If anyone happens to go to this ER, and get Dr. Michael Lyons as your doctor, be ready to get judged without saying a word. Definitely going to file a complaint to the TX Board of Medical Examiners! STILL furious!!

Omg I could rant on and on but I ll just say this :

I had my baby there in 2017 and I had only one request..... no shots at birth. I signed 6 pages to say that, and then this year when I ordered her shot record I confirmed what I always suspected, they did not uphold my wishes and they gave her one round of the very shot that I had objections to!! I had poor service here during my pregnancy in 2016 as well.

It's local, but if you have a cough or something minor I would suggest one of the walk-in clinics around town. Sometimes the ER is standing room only and other times you might be seen and on your way within an hour. They do have a wide range of services but it's mostly referral from your PCP.

Delivered my precious baby girl at Brownwood Regional medical center! The L&D staff was so friendly, helpful and caring. They were actively invested in my recovery and were helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns!

I just recently had my son here and let me tell you...this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had at a hospital. He was early and the nursing staff and doctors reassured me he was going to be okay. They explained every step of everything they were doing to me (from taking my staples out to taking my son's vitals). They nurses and doctors were always kind and always able to answer my questions. They made sure I was comfortable while being checked in and even let us keep the room until he got discharged (he stayed longer than I did). While I was discharged they still made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I knew every step of what was going on. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone, especially the OB department.

Great nursing care and attention to the needs of my mom. Checking on her often and making sure pain was under control.

I had emergency surgery. Coming out of surgery, I was lucky to get pain meds every 4-5 hours instead of every 3. Nurses refused to help me out of bed to walk, urine and feces left in portapotty for 3 days. Nurses left me for 14 hours with no pain meds and none of my prescriptions. Nurses too busy to help with anything. Documents were forged by nurses, incision was checked one time in 7 days, I emtptied my own urine and nurses forged amounts. I DO NOT recommend this hospital for any treatment. Unsanitary, uncaring, the nursing staff wants patients flat on their backs and completely quiet so they don't have to take time away from the chats. Hospital is very outdated and underfunded. Made several complaints with no follow up or resolution.

Should this even be called a hospital? Came in with symptoms of the flu. Was told they were too busy to put me in a room so they put me in the hallway. Okay fine but again flu like symptoms. Never saw a nurse freezing to death in the hallway. They wanted me to x-rays of my chest when I told them it was my lungs but okay... then I have to listen to nurses flirting with the paramedics. All I wanted to do was sleep but get I can because nurses ate fighting and some are gossiping, they are complain about other patients and each other. My bed was hit continuously from people walking through the halls with patients and machines. Ridiculous and disgusting not to mention my stretcher sheets had someone's blood on them and they had to change them. What kind of hospital is this?

My daughter recently had a sleep study and the sleep tech Rebecca was amazing! My daidaugh was scared and Rebecca was very good with her, she explained everything! The registration process was smooth and fast. I highly recommend BRMC for any of your healthcare needs.

I ve had numerous surgeries at BRMC and would really recommend it! The Doctors were very interested in my health and explained things to me so that I understood what they were saying.

BRMC is a wonderful hospital with amazing workers that will go above and beyond what is expected! Will use and recommend to everyone!

The dct was nice. But Amber the RN was very rude. She caught an attitude because I said I don't want the rap I have one. She asked if I wanted it or if I had one. I asked a question about my hand and she said well the X-ray came back good and there was nothing wrong. I was shaking my head and she said what. So I told her what and she said well that's what we advice everyone to take because it's the common thing that works for everyone. I than replied with it don't work with me. Than she replied with I don't know what to tell you than. Advil don't always work and she is the only one that came back with an answer like that. Everytime I go see an dct it's like y'all don't care about me or even care to see what's actually wrong because I have no insurance. If a patient don't have insurance or not it shouldn't matter and they shouldn't be getting treated differently. In the policies for your dct and RN I no it says in some type of form that no matter on the patient they will get treated and test done and I will do everything to get the patient better in some type of way. Amber(RN) needs to get some type of action taken care of with her. Before I see her come back into my room. I prefer not to see her come in my room to dismiss me at all. I will dismiss my self by not signing any release papers. Thank you and have a great and bless day today

Recently admitted unexpectedly for 4 days. The staff were all kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Every person who came into the room washed their hands. If you have to be in the hospital, they are good people to take care of you.
UPDATE: .The purpose for my stay led to a needed surgery. It was a pretty major surgery and resulted in a week's stay. I had to have an outpatient procedure in the GI lab on a Friday, followed by the surgery on Monday. The staff in pre-op were top notch. They were knowledgeable of medications I take, interactions, and procedures to prepare me for the upcoming surgery. They were calming, kind, and compassionate. When I arrived in the day surgery unit, I found more of the same. It was a scary thing I was facing, but the staff were so sensitive to this. They were very competent with starting my IV and keeping my pain under control.
The surgeon and anesthesia providers were exceptional at controlling my pain, using a block to make recovery better. The staff on the floor post surgically were compassionate and empathetic, striving to manage my post-op pain. Highly recommend!!

My daughter was taken to the ER where she was seen immediately and with great care. She had pneumonia. Treatments were started quickly and she was admitted to the hospital a couple of hours later. She stayed for two nights and was well taken care of the whole time. Nurses were great, all other staff treated us well. We are very satisfied by the level of care she received.

I recently had lab work done at BRMC. Registration was simple and quick. They got my blood drawn quickly and I was on my way. Results were back to my physician the same day and I was able to get my prescription refilled immediately. Very happy with the whole process.

I had a baby at BRMC 4 months ago and i was very pleased! Great staff! I had a great dr Dr. Stewart and the nurses working that night into morning were absolutely wonderful and helped me through the tough process. Thank you

My husband had a heart attack and the response in the ER was rapid and professional. So thankful they have a dedicated cardiologist on staff. ICU nurses all wonderful, as well as floor nurses. Thankful to God and you for saving my husband!!!

I recently had foot surgery here and had a great experience. Every staff member in every department I came across was very professional. I also had to take my son to the emergency room for abdominal pain. The doctor suspected it was his appendix and ordered a CT scan. He was correct. My son went back later for surgery and had to end up staying the night on the medical floor. Again, every department we encountered was very caring. We did not have a single complaint. Would definitely come back here for care.

Staff Nurse's and Doctors were outstanding in treating me with my Heart attack

This hospital is a complete mess. I am not from there and feel for anyone if this is the only option in the area. I had fallen and hit my head. Thought well I'm ok. Ended up feeling like I could not breath next night. So figured better safe than sorry. I did tell doctor in ER I occasionally get anxietymaybe it is just anxiety. This guy treated me like a total whack job. By the way anxiety is a symptom for head injuries. He seemed very agitated as soon as he came in door and to busy to bother with me. Maybe he had a horrible night I try to be understanding but he choose a high stress job and I still deserve to be treated decently. Take more than a few seconds to look into my head injury. He ended up ordering a bunch of test that were not conducive with a head injury. Sent me home with no watch out for this when you get home. So I wake up with two black eyes go to another doctor who is very concerned who checked me over very throughly and sent me for a CT scan. This ER doctor did not even do a smidge of what this doctor did. So my bill for er was paid immediately before they could even send a bill. Well I had called wanted to make a complaint about this doctor. This lady was suppose to have an advocate call me did that ever happen no. She also basically argued with me into agreeing in fustration that I was not displeased with hospital services. I would not wasted my time calling if I wasn't displeased. And told me the doctor did order correct test. Yeah ok I needed two pregnancy test when I told him not possible my husband is "fixed". Yeah I needed those along with other ones that had nothing to do with a head injury. So she was on and on he did preform correct testing funny because I talked to everyone in my familywho works in healthcare who said no he did not treat you properly and did testing that was not conducive with your complaintsand injury. So basically he ran the bill up ?Why would I not be displeased when I have to pay them for nothing and had to go to another doctor. Somewhere in meantime billing is refunding some of my money because they overcharged me. I do not have insurance was paid in cash. Shouldn't have given them anything. Well then I never received check for refund from them or any other bills. So I call and call.. talk to tons of different people who redirect my call a ton of times (mind you when I could finally get a hold of these people they don't return phone calls much) so now figure out they are sending check to physical address not my po box. Can not receive mail at physical adress. Well this supposedly had already been fixed at least ten times. Now I ask this woman about other bills from doctors or such becauseI had not received any and I was guessing due to the address issue. Well I don't know call this person in Nashville who does billing leave a message never heard from this person. Then I start getting calls from collection agencies. For bills I have yet to ever recieved. So I call again finally get a hold of someone in nashville. She says she will call hospital to see if she can get phone numbers for these differentry groups so I can get a bill. Well she had no luck they could not give her any answers or phone numbers either. So I am currently waiting on her to call me back tomorrow she is suppose to be looking into finding these phone numbers. So hopefully I will at least get to see these doctor bills for horrible care and services before I give out over 1400 bucks just to the doctor for a absolutely nothing. This place is a total mess,no one seems to know anything, doesn't answer their phone calls or return them in a timely manner,nor do what they say they will, constantly transfer you to someone else,give you run around, poor care in er, gosh I could go on and on. Just don't go here if you don't have to. Place is a joke.

Yesterday, 9/9/19, was the third time to be admitted for surgery in less than a year. The staff is genuinely cordial, knowledgeable, and very comforting before such an ordeal as major surgery..

Doctors and nurses are very rude. Seems like some employees mostly doctors and nurses jus don't have the desire to do their job.

3 stars for the experience, but 4 stars for the Doctor; if y'all have to go to the ER..go in the morning, if possible, so you can get yourself a good doctor, such as Dr. Worthington. He was great with my son & made him (& myself) feel very at ease. He explained everything to me and didn't make me feel stupid or bad for asking questions. He's a fast talker, so you gotta be a fast listener, like me!

On the 22nd of Oct I had a major heart attack and I received excellent care from dr Gilmore and nurses Pat and jozlnn. I had an angiogram with stent in the Cath lab and dr yocu was awesome and the nurses were awesome too. I spent the night in icu where i received excellent care by dr Taylor and the ICU nurses. From there, I went to the 4th floor and nurses Brittney and Clair were great and made sure I had everything i needed as well as other nurses. The food service was great.. very friendly and the food was great....I want to thank brmc for their excellent care.

I came in the er with my son at 1130 pm I didn't not get in a room until 340 am and nurses at the desk were referring to my child as "that kid" when they weren't playing on there phones and chit chating. And I finally got released at 5am. My son is so sick already and had to be up here sleeping in a dirty waiting room while they talk crap about patients.

Can not believe the unprofessionalism and lack of care at this hospital.. if you can call it that .. had to go thru unauthorized doors to find help in the ER!! What an embarrassment to the medical field.. if you don t care than get out!! you have peoples lives in your care..

No hospital stay is supposed to be "good" however this staff has made it and continue making it a great and unforgettable stay and experience. Great staff made us feel safe and comfortable took care of the family and my mom

The staff and hospital were astounding. I had a major heart attack and they saved me. I could not have gotten better care anywhere. They are fantastic. Dr Rivera is a wonderful physician and saved my life.

My mother is receiving radiation treatments at the cancer center along with outpatient Radiology and Lab. Dr. Cass is a "Rock Star" The staff has been exceptional with a patient that is more often difficult and negative than pleasant and nice. Thankful we have this service available to us. I am not sure we could manage her needs if we had to drive daily to the metro plex.

The L&D staff were absolutely amazing. They made my experience as a first time mom that much better. They supported me from the moment I arrived, until the moment I left. I so would recommend anyone having their baby here. They also took great care of my daughter, and never made me feel like any question I had was dumb. They were truly amazing.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr slogging was thorough . Everyone spoke English and I understood everything. You can't get that service in Austin where I came from. I love it here in brownwood

I truly hope this review finds its way to the ICU of the BRMC.
My sister arrived in the ICU on the 2nd floor on 4-2-17 after a major surgery. Due to her health and smoking, my sister was kept sedated to allow her to heal properly with minimal movement.
Every time I went to visit, I was continually impressed with the entire staff of the ICU. There was always current "Nurse, Respiratory Nurse and Head Nurse" post on the board. However, I also noticed that virtually EVERY staff member that walked by peeked their head into her room.
Each time I left, I KNEW she was in great hands under excellent care.
The real test came when she began to wake up. It is normal to be a little feisty in the situations but my sister can be especially brutal. I am sure she insulted every one of her caretakers. However, they did not falter and my sisters care remained at the highest level as the staff demonstrated their professionalism and patience!

My princess suffered a dislocated finger during basketball a few weeks ago. The medical and support staff at BRMC were gentle, professional, loving and respectful. Beth and I are grateful for those who were involved in Lauren's care. Thank you BRMC for taking such good care of our baby.

What a wonderful experience for outpatient lab and radiology studies! From the time I registered to the time I left the employees showed compassion and respect. Thank you!

No sense of urgency. Staff is rude. Prepare for added stress upon your already stressful visit.

I was supposed to have a nuclear scan done and they told the Dr's office they told me they couldn't do it because the tech was out they never once talked to me. They also lost my CT scan orders and "misplaced" my sleep study orders also not to mention the rude behavior from the admissions people when you walk into the front door to get reregistered for these tests. I wouldn't go here or send anyone to this hospital it is a bery unsafe environment.

I had an amazing experience at the Brownwood Hospital er and on #4 floor. The nurses were amazing. All was very friendly and very business like.

I ve had two children here, the second with major complications. They saved my life and my daughters life as well. We have continued to go for anything we need and have never experienced better staff from doctors, to nurses, to lab, radiology, even greeters and registration were pleasant. It s refreshing and comfortable to be treated like a friendly face and not a number. For everyone with bad reviews maybe give it another shot because seriously couldn t ask for better service.

Beware, ask questions and get an itemized statement!

Well went to doctor and now I am not happy because I am in so much pain and to easy the pain was nothing they gave me crutches but they don't understand that I can't walk on my left foot and my right leg is in pain I pull something and they did nothing for it I am not happy

Excellent nursing care. Housekeeping great, she even introduced herself! Lab people excellent and very polite. Everyone who came into my room asked if there was anything they could do for me. Doctors Wiley and Scoggin kept me informed.

My wife and I were in town for a friends wedding. I hind sight I should have skipped the wedding and gone to an emergency dentist in Austin but I figured I could manage the pain with ibuprofen.
We made it to the reception and that's when my tooth decided it wanted to kill me. The pain was horrible, it was truly bad so we decided to go to the emergency room to see if they could help, maybe give me some antibiotics and some pain relief so I could get to sleep that and make it through the rest of the weekend so I could get to a dentist on Monday.

I was treated like a drug addict, I was questioned and questioned again about why we were in town, who I was, etc. etc. All they did was give me sedative to help me sleep which did nothing for the pain. I woke up this morning with a swollen face and barely able to breath due to the swelling. We made it back to Austin and went to a real hospital where I am doing much better now thanks to the fine people at Baylor medical center.
The doctors at Brownwood were horrible and are not staying true to their hypocratic oak. Plus the trip cost $300.00 for one shot of a sedative.

Hey docs. DO YOU DAMN JOB AND TREAT PEOPLE IN NEED.

Had Surgery & a Hospital stay, this week. From the Moment I arrived, until the moment I left, I had nothing short of impeccable care.

Went to see Dr. Ranjana Nigalye and it was a great experience. I did not have a scheduled appointment but the staff got me right in. Dr. R. Nigalye was professional, courteous, and thorough as always. Thank you so much for your exceptional care!

My mom was transported by ambulance last nite. Honestly, i was worried about the outcome due to incidents in the past. I was impressed with the staff and the way they operate as a team. They did a wonderful job at attending to my moms needs and requests. Thank you all that had a part in tending to my mom.

After a considerable wait, I was admitted to the Step Down unit of ICU, and from the time of my admission, my care could not have been better. My nurse, Clara, was very attentive and informative, as were the nurses after her. The bed was comfortable, and the room and surroundings were clean. My visit to this hospital compared very favorably to recent ones at much larger hospitals in large metropolitan areas.

Took my husband to the ER and we sat 3 hours in the waiting room and then sat another hour in the back. My husband never seen a Dr, they put him in a room and never came back. I took it up on myself and walked the halls thinking they where busy and not so much. There was only a few people. I even asked if he wasn't gonna see a Dr then can they just release him so we could go and they ignored me. We just walked, they didn't skip a beat with their cutting up and laughing. The staff that was there was unprofessional. The main part of the hospital is awesome. When a family member has to stay in the hospital you can't ask for better staff.

Recent visit to ER for a true emergency. The place was really busy , but the staff was helpful and friendly. We were kept up to date on labs and procedures. The physician was thorough and answered our questions. Overall great experience at a rough time.
