I used Pallet Online (Browns) to pick up and deliver a very precious cargo from the UK to Ireland. From the very start, Browns picked up on time and although the pick up was larger than stated, they continued with the job and let me know immediately by phone and trusted me to pay the extra. Unfortunately, it all went wrong when the delivery arrived in Ireland - but the customer service operative from Browns - Gemma - kept me informed every step of the way and I really felt she cared. I have never shipped anything by pallet before, but I certainly will do again, and I will be sure to use Browns.

Disgusting customer service. And the denial of its existence in their response to previous reviews certainly shows no ownership nor the awareness to improve. Regardless of what you believe you have in place and would like to be portrayed individuals at Browns, like Michael and Jade reflect your outfit. So don t reply to this, take the matter up with them. Is it easier to be rude on the phone, than in person? We ll see

Very much a favourites place i personally found after over 5 1/2 years. Foreign drivers seem get all the nights out to keep them happy. A select few English drivers got the full week out every week. Even after two years of reliable service i couldnt get more than two nights out a week, but i had new drivers occasionally telling me they had been set on and guaranteed a full week out. And that they wont have to do a Friday night out. Very unfair ! If your face doesnt fit. This is i thought the doing of one person in the office who picks drivers to favour and others not. I came to think Browns was a company of unequal opportunities not equal opportunities for drivers from how i was treated. Even after 5 1/2 years i saw the favouritism to other drivers from this one person. I would still recommend this company for a driver as apart from how i was treated and saw it, it was a good place to work. Staff in the office are very nice and the owner always waves when he see s you or is happy to chat. You will be happy if you only want a couple of nights out a week. Also i found without fail if i did and most over drivers did a Friday night out then you were guaranteed a late start Monday morning. I thought this was to claw back the Saturday overtime you did. Of course the favorite one s if they ever did a Friday night out still got an early start Monday morning. So unfair.

Not personally used the company for services, however had plenty of run ins with the drivers. There have been so so many times where their drivers have nearly caused fatal accidents (I speak from experience!), they think they own the road, they pull out on roundabouts without even looking and even when they do they think everyone will slap on the breaks for them.
On one accession I called to complain with the ref number and carriage number of the lorry and the person on the other end of the phone was rude, no customer service skills, never even apologised for their employee who can't drive correctly.
Now I have a dash cam so beware Browns I will be reporting you to the police from now on.

Highly recommend for those looking for pallet storage as well as pallet delivery to Amazon fulfilment centres. Browns take all the hassle out of it - it takes just a few minutes for me to request it, and they take care of the rest - labelling, palletising, booking and delivery. Plus they have an IT system with up to date stock count. Great service

We needed a distribution centre urgently as we had a new range of products arriving in a few days and our original plan had fallen through.
Browns came to our rescue and organised the whole set up including taking the stock, storing and distribution.

Everything worked amazingly well and within a few days our customers were receiving our new products.
Browns team are so easy to deal with and help you during every step.

It has been a please use to work with them and expect to continue for many years to come.

Rubbish, can't be bothered to go into it. Please just trust me they are not very good, helpful and quote for things they cannot achieve. Before you say you cannot find my name on your records, the job number is 1515728. Poke it.

We have used Browns for several years and have never had an issue. Hassle free service.

Pallet of gym equipment dropped at depot by an inexperienced forklift driver and a manager that said to just send it and let customer (me) deal with it on arrival.

Took a month to process a claim for the damaged goods and even with the claim complete and money sat with Browns ready to send (3 months later) I am still chasing this payment. No response to emails from Georgia or the manager (who sped things up but still hadn t changed end result of a huge delay in sending the insurance claim payment over). I ve had to call and chase things up each time. What could have been a positive revolution has left a bitter taste. Customer service has gone out the window and feel like this company are doing all they can to delay sending payment or hoping I forget. I was told I would receive payment on Monday or Tuesday, it s Friday and no response to emails yet again. False promises and enough time to sort this issue so an honest review has been left.

So far really poor. Purchased a motorbike engine that they were contracted to deliver and they lost it. How is that even possible. It's beyond words

Recently moved to Browns for warehousing and distribution. Huge cost savings and a more streamlined service. It's definitely worth a look if you use FBA!

As a relatively new recruit to Browns Distribution after 11 years with arguably one of the highest profile hauliers in the country I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by my experiences thus far.

The M.D. is clearly moving the business forward, they are undergoing a fleet (both truck and trailer) update, new Scania trucks along with Dekker trailers.

From an employee / Drivers perspective I find it a pleasant change to be asked rather than told to do things, to be thanked and told well done still leaves me asking myself did I just hear that?! very much a company that s got the right ideas and heading in the right direction (if you pardon the pun!)

As to those who claim the drivers act in a law unto themselves matter from what I ve seen and practice myself I would merely say it s easy to berate an articulated truck driver when you ve never driven one yourself, were Browns or indeed any other HGV1 driver to actually drive in such a manner there would indeed be fatalities a plenty.
We spend our days allowing for the actions of those around us, sometimes - often perhaps- this may be perceived as aggression or thoughtless driving, I assure you from my perspective at least it s anything but.
I and my colleagues are professional drivers and pride ourselves in what we do, it s a hard enough job to do without comment that isn t backed up by reality.

Rubbish, Arrogant and rude staff - their Pallet Online service never meets deadlines and then staff continually lie about where the drivers are. Avoid like the plague - plenty of good Polish carriers who will do the job better , cheaper and with more reliability
