Superior work with constant communication. Tim has been our broker for almost six years, three mortgages, two inter-city moves and endless re-financing and changes to purchase and sales offers. His advice when we started out as new home buyers was great, and continued through the market crash or '08; he got us great rates, did all the calculations on funds owing and funds available for bridge financing.
