Pallet of gym equipment dropped at depot by an inexperienced forklift driver and a manager that said to just send it and let customer (me) deal with it on arrival.

Took a month to process a claim for the damaged goods and even with the claim complete and money sat with Browns ready to send (3 months later) I am still chasing this payment. No response to emails from Georgia or the manager (who sped things up but still hadn t changed end result of a huge delay in sending the insurance claim payment over). I ve had to call and chase things up each time. What could have been a positive revolution has left a bitter taste. Customer service has gone out the window and feel like this company are doing all they can to delay sending payment or hoping I forget. I was told I would receive payment on Monday or Tuesday, it s Friday and no response to emails yet again. False promises and enough time to sort this issue so an honest review has been left.
