Awesome service and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a vehicle or a place to have theirs serviced.

I'm really upset as I took my VW there about 2 months ago to have the sunroof drain cleaned due to a leak and its leaking again. The drains were cleaned but it seems as if there was an underlying issue that wasn't caught- there's now more water pooling up on the passenger side floor. I spent so long trying to dry it up from the first time and now I have to again.

The funny thing about all of this is that when I first went the customer ahead of me was returning her vehicle after having her drains cleaned a month or two prior and it was happening again. This is so upsetting as I don't want the floor to rust and cause more issues down the line. 500 dollars spent to be back at square one.

I came into the service department because I had a tire pressure light on, Susan came out and checked my tire pressure right away! She added air to my tires and then reset my light! She was amazing!

The best service department I ve ever used. From a great online scheduling tool, to the excellent staff, nice waiting area and a follow up call they have earned their impressive rating. 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Absolute worst experience buying a car.

First, despite having negotiated a price before even coming in, Dwayne Baker (Finance Manager) forced us to wait for more than four hours just to let us pay. At that point, we had signed a contract and literally had the check in hand practically begging them to just let us pay and go. There was no explanation for this.

The problems with this dealership continued well after we purchased the car. They would not issue us the registration or apply for the title. Over three months passed, with us calling every person at the dealership trying to get temporary tags just so I wouldn't be fined while driving the vehicle, and they finally applied for and got a license plate.

Unfortunately, the problems continue still. They entered wrong information on the application for the title, and now my title is wrong and I will have to get it corrected. This has been a complete headache.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of other VW dealers in the area that could not possibly be worse.

I can't say enough about Brown's VW. From the sales team to the service and parts department, these guys know their stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable and consistent.

I came to Richmond with an electric vehicle from northern VA. I found the Fast Charging device located at Browns VW. The machine was free to use, and really saved me from having my car die on me. The staff were super helpful and friendly and welcomed me to sit and wait in their waiting lounge even though I was not a VW customer. Having access to this device really saved my life, and I m really impressed with the folks at this dealership.
