My experience started the night before. I called about a half hour before closing to ask a few questions. I was directed to a salesman named Obi. He was very helpful and unfazed by my late night questions. I had set an appointment to meet the next day after work. Had an almost 5 star experience at Bosak in Merrillville. From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly. We were just finished with a test drive, going to sit down to discuss price when our salesman had a former customer sitting at his desk waiting for him. He excused himself and said he would be right back. Not a problem I understood, until he was gone for 15 to 20 minutes, this is where I would have normally left. Obi was very apologetic for his absence. I just wish someone would have checked on us and let us know he got a little more involved with the other customer.
Still everything worked out in the end, I drove away very happy.
