So many people who love to travel that for work make you travel.

I have been a Boscolo customer for over 10 years and I have done many tours always appreciating the excellent choice of hotels, the professionalism of carers, guides, drivers, all organized always in the best way. I have just returned from the "Amsterdam, Flanders and Reno" tour, but this time I had to change my mind about the Boscolo organization: the hotels not up to their 4 stars and some very far from the center, at the Mercure hotel in Strasbourg (4 stars ) the almost non-existent breakfast, coffee and cappuccino machine and two types of mini brioche (in any 1-star pension there is more choice), restaurants with poor menus and especially in the first repetitive days. The Amsterdam guide was embarrassing as he often talked about his personal interests and almost nothing about the city. The chaperone, always kind and helpful, was not able to impose herself, allowing some people to often arrive late for appointments creating problems for the whole group. The only very positive note of the tour the bus driver (Ariel) very good, kind, helpful and always ready for any request.

I find absurd the quantity in terms of choice compared to the price and the rigidity in box changes despite the COVID. Never again.

I have been a Boscolo customer for a few years, I made several trips with them, very very good. Absolutely to try.

I have done many tours with Boscolo and I have always found myself very well, both in terms of hotels, guides and the escort.
Everything organized in the best way with no "dead time".
In particular on the last tour of Scotland I wanted to emphasize the great professionalism and availability of the companion Mr. Maurizio.

I used a lot of time to use the box I was in possession of.
Starting from the site, not very effective, which processed errors at every step Forcing me to reload all the data previously entered.
The same error occurs at the end of the reservation with no final confirmation.
I try again to make the reservation with an answer of the operation already carried out.
I call the number provided and after 2 rings the line falls; this for 3 times in a row ...
I am convinced that the service is good but in 2018/2019 I do not think it is possible to make mistakes of this kind, especially with the advent of today's technology!
Despite this I managed to complete everything

I took a trip organized together with the family through the most beautiful wonders of romantic Bavaria with the Boscolo Tours. It is the second trip. In fact, last year we did Vienna and Prague. It was a nice experience. Seriousness. Professionalism of the guide that also manages to optimize the times.

I did so many tours with Boscolo but I had to give up because in my opinion the Boscolo had reached the point that it chose low-category hotels and every time I wanted a contact to be able to communicate he never ever answered without counting that in a reservation the bus didn't load us leaving us with our bags on the road

It's a place like Plave, wow superb service and assistance, we recommend everyone !

The most unpleasant thing among others that happened to me in Paris 2019 was the falsity and stupidity of an escort who tried to unload a serious lack of her on me and then was denied by the reality of the facts, doing a very bad figure of a liar and in vain without too much effort tried to remedy the wrong that had been done to me, moreover it is not possible to appreciate anything and not even to socialize with anyone with their schedules a girl had even been abandoned and forced to return to hotel alone in the louvre because she had not been able to keep up with the queue in the midst of all the chaos and this was true for any of us

They managed to solve a problem with a box set expiring in a short time and at no additional cost.

A box set for which they had paid 289 euros for me expired and there was no possibility of recovering the expense.

As far as I'm concerned they pocketed money without in any way having given a service!

As far as I'm concerned they have done their business .... they can answer whatever they want, but in the face of such a thing I can only advise against it!

Hi I just got back from the New Years tour in Malta. Very disappointing experience.
Tour without a guide in fact the guide mr. STEFANO very good did not know at the start if the group was complete
Meals in the hotel decidedly abundant but of medium-low quality. New Year's Eve dinner costing 250 euros at 19 self service ended with Brindisi at 20.15. Next show without useful spaces and toast at midnight for a fee.
Surely after other disservices in previous tours it is the last tour that I will do with you

I returned from a tour in Istanbul, the hotel was not 5 star: small room, dirty sheets and walls; old and untreated structure, even raining in the hall! Very good driving: professional and well prepared.
