They have not replied to inquiries through email or over the phone.

Yikes! - these people have the gall to try to find me on LinkedIn using my email address?? It s reassuring to know they did receive my email but just choose not to reply so my initial review stands. FYI I was able to find a more responsive, professional agency to help me insure my homes, cars and business. Thanks!
