My mother in law works in New Bremen and offered to pick up some sample bottles for a basic household water test. I had spoken to the representative from the lab and she said yes it's a basic household water test. Her first step in the door was not much of a welcome and she felt like she was a inconvenience from the start. Appearently the lady that answers the door is clueless to this information, and demanded that my mother in law know exaclty what needs tested. I'm sorry we are not the experts and we can't be the first ones to get a basic test on a well water system. I was told over the phone it would not be a issue. The biggest issue is not be treated with respect. I believe basic customer service is not difficult, I practice it everyday and no matter what's going on in my life I treat customers with dignity and respect and try to help to the best of my ability.
