I wish there was a zero star. All they have tried to do since I have been here is get money for stuff they don t want to repair or charge me for a no show when I was here at the appointment time. I am so disappointed, this is by far the worse rental company I have leased from and to note I always pay my rent on time every month since I have been here. They were nice to get me in and that s it. I paid a lot to move here and want to get out ASAP

I did this on my own for a while, so I know most of what can be involved, and I was so relieved to find a company that I can trust to take care of things. 11/10, Daniel Roberts and his wife Shelby are amazing, I cannot say enough good things about them. They have been so very helpful in our house buying process and Daniel still continues to go the extra mile helping us. He is simply the best when it comes to professionalism, knowledge/skill, integrity, and helpfulness. I would recommend him to any one looking for a realtor who has a lot of handyman knowledge as well.

Three months ago, we tried to use dish washer but it had a drain the water problem. I emailed a ''maintenance request'' . And issue still need to be solved, I have been waiting for 3 months and still continuing. Handyman, called Don, showed up 3 times and he didn't do anything and problem has never been solved. But he informed the company about that it is fixed and no issues anymore. I am currently texting one of the staff named Ray P. I think he is not a problem solver and not a professional. He don't understand that problem has not been solved. we have never used dishwasher for three months but I am paying full amount of money for my rent. This is not fair. I have just wanna ask one question,
Are you willing to solve this issue?

Colt is an amazing charismatic guy. He knows his stuff. And works within my means. Most landlords do not actually work with you and help you out on your Finacial and time management, but Colt Clark does and did. Making sure I m staying on top of financial opportunities. That s not even his job but he understands the importance for his business to grow as well.

My husband and I rented a condo from this realty company and i have to say we were very pleased. The landlord is a very pleasant person to deal with and always answers or returns your calls.

When we contacted Two Doors 2 months before we planned to move, Scott was very thorough and kept in touch with us. He did a previous walk through to see the home and make any suggestions we might need to do.

We had a number for a monthly rent in mind and we were sure it was possible. We made the house available for rent on Tuesday, that weekend we had 5 showings.

Background checks were done fast and we ended up with a great renter for a 2 year term.

We have recommended him to 3 others who have also used Two Doors. We will continue to refer him for any future property management needs.

I have actually been a tenant of Jon's since March 2013. The weekend we moved in the heater didn't work so I called Jon and that day someone came out and when they told him they would replace it the next day, Jon told them NO! You will replace it today! It was cold so I was happy and knew we had a good landlord.
The following year our garage door went off track and again I emailed him pretty late at night and the next day he sent someone out to fix it.
We had a bathroom sink that was leaking and again someone was out the next day replacing it.
He puts a lot of work into his homes and my family is very blessed to have him as our landlord.
If you want a landlord that is amazing and is on top of fixing things he is definitely the one you want.

Mr. Scott Martin, with Two Doors Realty, is our property manager. He has secured qualified tenants in a timely manner and stays on top of any issues that might arise. The billing system is extremely user friendly and I love having access to the portal to keep up with our properties. Can't Jon to call me. It has been 13 days. I am out of state and it is very frustrating to me. Also sent money for repairs and cant get receipts for the work

Awful to trust someone and they not be trustworthy.

Frrustrating for tenants too if Jon won't return theur calls when there is a problem.

We're away from home for a few years and we're renting it out with the help of Two Doors Realty. Jon and the staff have been awesome from the beginning. Even though we turned to them last minute (a week before we moved) they quickly took pics right away, put our house online for rent and after going through a throrough background, income and tenant check...they quickly found the right tenant. We HIGHLY recommend them, especially those affiliated with the military. We definitely DON'T recommend Real Property Management Enterprises...because of them failing us 2 times, we turned to Two Doors Realty last minute and they have been taking great care of us ever since. Thank you!

One of the lower management fees in the area, but extremely attentive and professional. All issues are resolved promptly, and they do an excellent job of addressing both the owner and tenant concerns in a cost effective manner.

I wish that I rented through a different company because they are inattentive as soon as you pay your first deposit.

YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR THE MOST PART THERE ARE STILL THING THAT POP UP THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE WE MOVED IN BUT OTHER THAN THAT YOU ARE PRETTY QUICK ABOUT GETTING THINGS BACK IN ORDER!

This is a very hands off company who will certainly gouge your deposit when you leave. Also beware if you are a female, as the handyman is definitely small minded. They claim if I want to dispute my deposit withholds, I can take that up with them with pictures and such. I don't trust that in the least. Renters beware.

We ended up being transferred for work, so we ended our contract early, and I felt like they were extremely fair and upfront in the way they handled that. I would recommend using them. If you treat them with respect as a tenant, they will treat you the same.
